With limited mobility and use of my hands, coming to Parkway Senior Living was the best decision I could make. All my meals prepared for me are delicious. My apartment is cleaned for me. And my laundry is done once a week. Everybody is very friendly and kind. At this location, I could not be more happy. There is so many activities going on all the time. I am never bored or lonely. My health problems has prevented me from socializing more. Rent is very reasonable compared to the industry standards. All facilities are kept cleaned, repaired, and maintained to the highest standands. Happy hour with various drinks and appetizers is at 3:00pm to 4:00pm on every Friday. But at this Senior Living location, for me happy hour is all the time.

My mom lives here and they are very nice apartments and even have a restaurant style kitchen and eating area. The food is really good and free to residents, well it is included in their rent. They have free laundry service. The staff are friendly.

Sales rep very enthusiastic about Parkway. She had excellent presentation. My reasons for not choosing The Parkway are the levels of care with points added for increased care and increased fees. It may be helpful to see a list of basic care criteria and points assigned to various care tasks. Being apprised of care points and actually seeing the point values and how they increase would be helpful. Amy Steinbeck asked many questions about Jerry, my husband, to understand our needs. I think if I had chosen The Parkway, we would have entered at a high care level and we would have maxed out on points and costs in a short time. Amy is a valuable ambassador for The Parkway.

My loved one has been at The Parkway for over 3 months, and I have found the staff to be so very compassionate. Memory Care has far exceeded my expectations, and as a long-distance family member, I cannot say enough about Bree's daily postings on the private Facebook group. I get to witness each day's activities and see the smile on the residents' faces. They can participate in exercises, games, meals, snacks, outings, spiritual services, gardening, parties, education, and more...whatever their physical and cognitive levels allow. They have brought unexpected joy to my loved one, and I couldn't be more pleased.

Well on my first visit we had a nice lunch and my second visit we went to the room and saw the facility and saw a lot of people out interacting with other people which is a good thing my father's quite the socialite and we're getting it for him so I think it's going to be a wonderful experience

I highly recommend The Parkway Senior Living community for anyone looking for a new home for their loved ones. There are three levels of care available depending on requirements. The community is lovely. The team members are family and they care for their residents and their families. I always feel welcomed whenever I visit. Most importantly, I know my mom is well cared for, comfortable, content, and happy!

I recently took a tour of the Parkway facilities to get a feel for what is available in typical senior living facilities if I decide to move in that direction. I was given my tour by Mrs. Amy Steinbeck and I must say that if she is typical of your staff you have a first class team. As we toured that various areas I noted that she was well liked by both residents and staff. She made a point to introduce me to both residents and staff and I must say she is certainly well known and liked to everyone we met. Mrs. Steinbeck is without question a strong ambassador to your company. I will certainly put your facilities at the top of my list for future reference

It's not quite time for memory care for my loved one, but I can see that day looming. Looking at places, this ranks high on my list. The staff care, the facility is nice, and I probably won't hear many complaints about the menu, even from my impossible to please family member.

a very nice place for the senior community. I had trouble finding a place to park near the entrance bc of the few spaces that are near the front, they were mostly for handicapped visitors and only one of those available at that. most of the other parking spaces are of course reserved for the residents. I had to drive around behind the building to find parking and walk all the way back around to the front, in the cold rain of course. once inside the staff were friendly and helpful with giving me directions to the apartment I was visiting. the place looked nice and well kept. the halls were quiet and wide open. the walls and floors were all nicely maintained. the doors had cute little wreaths and other decorations where the residents had added their personal touches. the apartments looked nice and were quiet. it looked like a nice place for our aging community to spend their days. the grounds looked nicely maintained also.

My sister has been at Novel Place in Blue Springs for six months now. She has established a network of friends and attends activities. I have seen her become happier and more involved. This is a great place for her as well as an array of choices of good food. I am very thankful to Novel Place for her progress. It is also conveniently located to places that she would want to go to. The facility is very attractively decorated, and staff is very supportive. She looks forward to the housekeeping as they are not only competent, but very friendly. The same goes for the dietary personnel. This is a wonderful place.
