We are so pleased and comfortable placing my mother in law here in the memory care unit. They are available anytime for any question or concern we have. The process is stress free and the facility and staff is very warm and inviting. We are early on in this process but there are not enough positive words for this facility and their genuineness. Even the residents themselves are happy, inviting and well cared for.

Super friendly staff, great food, and fun activities for the residents. I work in hospice and have seen patients in dozens of different facilities. This particular one is definitely one of my favorites.

The staff at Chisholm Trail Estates Senior Living (CTE) have not only been caring, but also very accommodating. With senior care sometimes situations arise requiring immediate intervention and CTE was able to accept our family member into their memory care facility with only a few days lead time. We want to especially commend Alicia and Michelle along with all of the supportive team members that have made such a difference for our loved one. Another family member is soon to be a resident in the independent living facility and we could not be happier.

I give this facility an A+ in all categories! I have had 2 family members at this facility and would not consider any other again. We have been to upscale fancy homes and have found employees sleeping at their desks at night. Once I went for help because my dad was suffering a stroke and all of the sudden he couldn’t sit without falling over. The night nurse came in and said it was too late to call the Dr he was sleeping so he could make his morning rounds. We’ve been in facilities that smell like urine as well. All this to say just because it’s fancy and the price is enormous doesn’t mean you are getting a top notch home for your loved one. The Director, Jeff Denson, is the most caring individual I’ve ever met. He interacts with the residents and knows everyone of them by name. His door is always open for residents, employees or family members. He runs a clean and top notch home for those in need. He has implemented some beautiful updates to the home and continues to improve on its curb appeal. The nurse, Michelle Gill, is fantastic! You can tell she loves these residents!!! She is on top and always a step ahead of the game. You don’t see many nurses offering to clean up, bathe or interact with residents it’s normally pawned off on the techs. She always welcomes us in and fills us in on any news we might need to know. The night nurse, Liz, is a doll. She ALWAYS has a big smile on her face and makes you feel like you are part of the family. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone work as hard as she does. She can multitask like nobody’s business and never get flustered. The facility is ALWAYS clean, smells nice and is organized. It takes a special person to be able to do this job and treat the residents with dignity and heartfelt love. Kudos to all the employees there and thank you for taking such good care of those that reside there!

We moved my aunt into Chisholm Trail Estates a couple of weeks ago & it was the best decision ever. The staff has bent over backwards to make her feel at home. They even made me feel like one of the family since I'm there helping her to get moved in so much. My aunt has a few disabilities that keep her from getting to and from the cafeteria but once again, our friends have come thru by helping her. I never thought they would do as much as they have done for us but they continue to amaze me. I give them a big thumbs up for their help and service. Thank you so much Chisholm Trails.

Perfect fit for my mother. The staff is caring and interacts with each resident on the level they best respond to. It is truly has a family feel and residents families are always in and out and interact with all the residents not just their own loved ones.

One of the best places Ive worked at! Ive really enjoyed my time working at Chisholm Trail Estates, the staff is caring and hard working to the caregivers, kitchen staff, office staff, the activities director, the director Jeff and their amazing Nurse Michelle. Everyone does their part to take care of the residents, you can tell how much love is given into taking care of the residents!

My mother is so happy here since moving from her home over a year ago. It was a big transition but the staff here have really helped her to adjust. They are so caring and attentive. The atmosphere is so peaceful. It feels like home. She loves walking around the beautiful grounds and participating in many of the activities they have going on and especially loves playing the Grand Piano they have there. Im so glad we found this place. Its really special!

I have been employed at Chisholm Trail Estates for two years, around the time my parents moved into their own apartment here. It is a wonderful, caring, close community that care well for their residents.

We made the decision to move my grandmother to this facility with hesitation simply because the process of moving anywhere with her physical and mental decline was difficult, however it was the best decision we could have ever made for her care. She is treated like family here and I have never had any doubt about her safety and level of care. She loves the staff and they allow our family to rest easy knowing she is in good hands when we are unable to be there.

My parents chose to make the move to Chisholm Trail Estates last Fall. From the first time we visited and made this life changing decision, Jeff, the Administrator and All the staff have gone above and beyond our expectations in helping to make it a smooth transition. Now that they are settled, the attention to detail and loving kindness toward them, has not stopped, but continues to be the norm. This gives our families peace of mind to know that they are happy, content and well cared for. Our deepest gratitude to CTE staff for being family to them during this Covid 19 pandemic when we cant be there.
