I have not had a bad experience with Evergreen Inn where two family members have lived. My brother is happy he has an "apartment" and loves his independent living. Outside of covid, I have never had an issue if i need to visit outside of normal hours. Usually just to drop something off to a family member.

If you are looking for a place to call home for your loved one, Evergreen inn is the place. The staff care for their residents with unconditional love and compassion. They are attentive to each resident and there needs. During these hard times all staff have gone above and beyond for residents, making sure all needs were met, shopping, zoom appointments for doctor visits, bank runs, food deliveries, and much more.

This year, on November 5th according to my records, marks the 20th anniversary of our sister's independence thanks to the Evergreen Inn. At the Inn she has all her needs met, security, privacy, nutritious meals, help with her health and meds, art, poetry (her favorites) and many other creative activities, excursions, volunteer opportunities, committees and most of all, lots of friends. It's obvious to us that her friends at the Inn are not limited to other residents, but also the nursing staff, housekeeping, custodial, the executive staff, kitchen staff and more. She shares with us frequently, holidays and other occasions offered there and lets us know of the special connection she has with everyone there. Evergreen Inn is her home, and all of you are her friends she sees daily who go above and beyond your jobs to be certain that everyone is cared for and feels special. The Evergreen Inn allows our Ronnie to live her life just as she has always wanted, independently, with dignity, purpose and most of all surrounded by her friends. My brother has lived here for years and I couldn't imagine a better place for him! Evergreen is a classy, beautiful old historic hotel with remoldeled rooms for residents. The staff is friendly, caring, and approachable. Meals are good, and help is provided with needs, medication, and housekeeping. It doesn't feel like an institution, as residents are free to leave and live close to a normal life. There are buses and things to do nearby, but I have been most impressed by their range of actiivites available. There is something for almost any taste: Holiday meals with family, game and event nights, walks, camping, crafts, excusions like art museums, and many other options.

I couldnt be more impressed and thankful to have my grandmother at the Villas. The amount of caring that the employees have for my grandmother is amazing. I never thought I would be able to keep her so close to home and I am so grateful to them. The aides in her house are amazing and I couldnt ask for better ones! Definitely consider this place for your loved on. Management is always willing to work with you and hear your concern too.

We have been pleased and grateful for the staff and administration at Evergreen Inn. We are always sure of our loved one's safety and care. We have witnessed great listening skills and the desire of the staff to understand what the resident needs. We really are impressed with the activities. The sense of community at The Evergreen Inn is wonderful. We are hoping to go camping with them this summer.
