The staff at Victoria Place truly cared about my friend who was a very challenging resident. The premises are clean and attractive. I witnessed a number of nice touches, such as holiday decorations, good-quality live musicians playing in the lobby, and weekly visits by friendly dogs. The staff do their utmost and come to work with a smile.

Great care staff, somewhere I would feel comfortable and safe having a family member live at.

I used to bring students here to volunteer with the residents back in 2004-2006 and the changes put into place by the current owners/management team, have brought the ratings up ten fold! I spend a great deal of time at this facility once again and see the day to day happenings. I would be comfortable having my own parent living there, and in fact have recommended it to my mother for when she is ready for assisted living, and I take full responsibility for her well being.
