I attended a wonderful Valentine's Day lunch at Timber Point yesterday. The community was bustling with happy residents and their families enjoying a special meal together. There was live music, festive ballons, and fresh flowers all around the community. I have been to this lovely community several times in the past, so I know this wasn't just done for the special occasion. Residents at Timber Point always look like they are having a wonderful time. I know this community takes pride in having a great selection of fun activities and entertainment for the residents. Scott Hanson is their Sales and Marketing Director and he clearly does a wonderful job. New tours and prospective families are made to feel welcome and special. I encourage anyone looking for an independent or assisted living community in Springfield to give them a call and schedule a tour today!

My grandma and I toured timber pointe with Scott and he was a breath of fresh air! We were met with a smile that could put any stressful situation to rest. My grandma has been very hesitant with this next step in senior living Scott was so reassuring that there is no rush and many other resources while she's transitioning into this next chapter. I was extremely taken back by how much thought and passion Scott had for what he does and how much he cared for the residents during our time with him on our tour. He was able to give me in home care information which I very much appreciated!

I called Timber Pointe to get information for my loved one and I spoke with Scott & Maya numerous times since I had alot of questions and I have no experience with Assisted Living. The both of them were so informative and lead me down the right path which ended up being memory care for my Grandmother. Looked here for my grandparents, and loved the atmosphere and the staff. They made my family feel welcome and made the process of moving my grandparents out of their home, and into a care facility so much easier. Food also was super good!

I LOVE Timber Pointe. My grandmother in-law live there and she receives the best care! The staff is so friendly and professional. The living quarters are very open and spacious yet cozy and inviting. Very nice staff, caring and attentive. My grandma recently passed but their care didn't stop. They were very helpful during the entire process. My grandma was there for five years and we never had a single complaint! Highly recommend this place.

I am very impressed and satisfied with Timber Point Senior Living. It is a beautiful facility and the staff is very caring and friendly. The rooms, the dining area, the activity rooms, the grounds and the 50s dining are all so tastefully decorated. Timber Pointe Senior Living is such a beautiful community. When we were looking for a place for our mom to live, about a year ago, this is the place we would have chosen! We decided she was not quite ready for assisted living at the time, but when she is Timber Pointe is our choice. The staff is friendly, the residents seem very happy, and the apartments are beautifully suited for senior residents. Scott and Maya are a joy to work with. They are so professional and knowledgeable. I recently started working with Adult Living Solutions, a Senior Placement agency. I look forward to helping people move into Timber Pointe.

I have been working closely with Timberpointe the last several months in helping move in new residents and recently, on a fundraiser for Alzheimer's Association. Scott and Maya are great to collaborate with and truly meet expectations. Their communication is stellar. Ive worked in a lot of different communities in the area, and Timber Pointe is by far the best one Ive ever worked in. The staff truly care about our residents, as well as other staff. Its like one big family here! The staff are more then willing to help with just about any task, as well. We have an amazing nursing staff, as well as management team. I truly enjoy coming to work everyday!

My grandma is a new resident here and every single day I get a call from her telling me how much she LOVES it! Chelser, my girls are so good to me They feed me so well here! The food is just amazing Its so beautiful in here I love my apartment She is so happy with the care she is receiving and she tells me she would recommend this place to any of her friends! Unfortunately she moved in just 2 weeks before they shut down for COVID but even without visitors she is very content! Thank you Timber Pointe staff for making my grandma feel right at home!

My parents are quite comfortable in their new home, A 700sqft apartment. Housekeeping and maintenance services are stellar. Residents are well cared for. COVID protocols are adhered to and communicated to family members.

Everything here is a blessing for my sis Barbi and me. it feels like a wee taste of Heaven. Tammy, Val, Precious, Jeannie and Matt, Donna - omigosh, the list goes on forever! All the staff are wonderful and have made the transition from private home life to assisted living a true pleasure. Tammy Ticker, Val Hull lead a a compassionate caring team that serves 100+ residents. Tammy, the director comes in on holidays to help serve meals and just be with her residents and has set at the bedside of other residents so they would not be alone. How many other MANAGERS would give up part of their holiday to be at their job because they care about the people they work with and those they serve. Call and her team plan lots of activities from simple things like games and crats to scenic drives and trips to the coast. She over sees any group that wants to form (e.g., cooking club, garden club, etc) She also arranges music or other entertainment for a weekly ice cream social on Wednesdays and happy hour on Fridays. There are weekly trips to various shopping locations and a chance to do their own banking.I had to move my Mom from Arizona to Oregon due to failing health, which she was not at all happy about until she found out all the activities available and made new friends. Now I schedule my time with Mom around things planned at Timber Pointe. She loves it and the staff. I feel comfortable going on trips out of the country because I know Mom is loved and cared for in my absence. Thanks to great leadership at Timber Pointe!

Everyone has their opinion about any community. Brookdale Briarwood is an awesome community. I served coffee this morning and all residents looked happy, the food looks great, and smells good. The atmosphere looks welcoming. We do our best to serve our residents daily. We as people and human beings are not perfect. Every community goes through a dark cloud, but we don't give up. We learn and we fix things to make it better. We don't judge. There is so much hatred in the world, we don't need to continue the negativity, we create positivity through learning, training, and meeting the needs of those we serve daily.
