The fitness program is outstanding with an exceptional full time Fitness Director. managing a well equipped gym and indoor pool. I also especially appreciate the kind, caring, and professional nursing assistants who pleasantly help me each day. Please come for a visit!

Marvelous MAPLEWOOD in Weston , Massachusetts. I have been here for nearly two years. It's a wonderful place to live, with interesting people and a variety of activities . I'm a former athlete so I like best the pool, where I swim 5 days a week, and Monique's excellent exercise classes. They happen five days a week. On the sixth there is balloon volleyball. Additionally there's a gym with all sorts of equipment. At least once a week there is a music performance. A great activities director designs parties and other events. A pub is open three days each week from 4-5:30. Here wine is served or, if you prefer, soda, along with tasty snacks. I've found staff to be responsive. Come visit.

Earlier this year our next door neighbor and dear friend for over 18 years made a decision to “downsize” and hopefully simplify her life! She independently and enthusiastically selected Maplewood at Weston as her new home, where one of her dear friends resided. Recently my wife and I visited her to see, first hand, how she was doing. Well, we can not begin to express how pleased and appreciative we are of the very hospitable crew at Maplewood! It was very apparent that the staff knew all the residents by name and greeted them warmly while all the residents had smiles on their faces…everyone was very happy!! The apartments are are well laid out and look extremely nice and comfortable! We dined with our friend and the dining room and cuisine are resort quality along with a serving staff which were attentive, kind and very helpful! I would most definitely recommend this outstanding community. Senior Living Extraordinaire!!!

I have performed as an entertainer at Maplewood on multiple occasions and have been presenting similar programs at many other senior living communities around Eastern Massachusetts for many years. I am always struck by how warm and welcoming both the staff and residents are, and how beautiful and spotlessly clean are the common areas. The residents present themselves as extremely happy to be there and are invariably a responsive and knowledgeable audience for my programs. I particularly want to mention the Events Coordinator, Jill Rubin, who is attentive to every detail and a delight to work with. I always look forward to my Maplewood performances, as it has become one of my favorite venues!

Hello, I'm a manager for WhiteWater. My company has been hired by Maplewood to operate & maintain the onsite wastewater treatment facility. I am writing this review to express what a pleasure it is to work with with Maplewood. Mr. Allevato, the facilities manager, understands the importance of maintaining infrastructure , and keeping equipment running properly. When issues do arise, Mr. Allevato and rest of the leadership team have been very responsive. Decisions are made quickly, eliminating small problems turning into bigger ones. From my perspective, I believe the Maplewood team runs an excellent operation.

One word that would explain Maplewood is Excellence! Maplewood is a luxurious, clean, and well-maintained Assisted Living Facility, their staff is very warm & friendly, starting from the receptionist, Kim, Neil the chef, Bernardo the E. Director to the wellness staff, Tricia, Naa, Delmy, and all RCA's. I worked in the kitchen as a waitress in my high school days and came back as a nurse/owner of Mindful Healthcare Agency and I have noticed the care & dedication in the services provided. They are responsive to any resident needs we bring to their attention & they just have their hearts in the right place and for that I highly recommend Maplewood!

Do not be fooled by this facility It is beautiful. Really one of the nicest we have seen. However they have some serious problems with staff, safety and quality. We moved my dad in with the highest hopes for compassionate care and socialization. However, it was a disaster. NONE of the services we contacted for were provided. Its not that they did a poor job, they were not provided. No wellness checks, no daily housekeeping, no laundry, no bed making, no mobility assistance - nothing. Every time we asked the front desk we were referred to a different someone who was "off that day". The front desk staff always seemed to be like it was the first 5 minutes on the job, like candid camera - they didn't know anything about their own facility or who to call. No one their could even tell us where to park - I have never seen anything like it. I expected that on move in there would be some sort of on boarding, where the head of every department came by and introduced themselves and explained their role - this would be helpful but they do not have that. It felt like a beautiful, unmanned facility. The only caregivers I ever saw, and I was there daily were private hired by residents, as we did as well. If it were not for our caregiver who was there to help with the transition, I do not know what would have or could have happened to him with such neglect. Further their pharmacy messed up his medication, putting him in the hospital. After 8 days we pulled him out because it was unsafe. Do your self a favor and read employee reviews from indeed or glassdoor. I should have. I am not one to leave reviews and always give people the benefit of the doubt, but this is a unique type of business that has a higher standard - due to the importance of their product - the care and safety of loved ones.

I have been working at Maplewood for more than three years now as a private aide but if I say the place is exquisite that will be an understatement,First of all, The management is superb,They aim at meeting the needs of the residents,staff and us the private aides,The place is clean and the meals are excellent says my client☺with a smileThis is the perfect Florida for me…I must commend the entire team at Maplewood during the Covid times that we are in today,I have never felt any safe than am already.Knowing our health and Safety comes as number one priority here at MW.I have worked in and visited a number of assisted living facilities but I must say Maplewood at Weston is still the best and I would recommend it 110%.

Maplewood is terrific in so many ways. First the Nursing Staff, led by Tricia DePina. Just a kind, caring and very organized RN, who will do anything for a resident. She is also very involved with the families and knows them all. The building itself is beautiful and Ive been told the food is outstanding. Many activities to choose from and groups to join. When Assisted Living is the place for me, Maplewood would be my choice.

I visited there few weeks ago. I found an opportunity to see a sample apartment, movie theater, dining room and other parts of the facility. It was a beautiful place where has a peaceful ambiance and atmosphere! By the way they have a senior professional administrator Bernardo Gubert who I know him from hotel sector. I know how he is sensitive about cleaning, safety, customer satisfaction and quality of service levels. I am sure staying there, is a privilege with his hospitality and management style.

I have worked with families that have moved into Maplewood in the last years and what we keep experiencing is a warm, caring and supportive environment for anyone that moves in. From the tours until the move, we see how we are handheld through the process while respecting the residents individuality, including meeting with all the staff ( Fitness, Dining, Nursing, Activities) and creating a unique plan for everyone. I recommend Maplewood to many families that we care for. What they offer residents ( Besides a gorgeous setting) is unique as Maplewood makes sure all your health needs are met. I want to capture a few words of reflection and thanks for the excellent care provided to my great aunt. My aunt came to Maplewood at a time when she needed some extra help with care and the luxury of not having to worry about meals and housekeeping. She made new friends and enjoyed many of the activities. As her care needs increased, the personal care attendants and nurses were attentive, compassionate, and always seemed to have a sense of humor. I felt that my aunt was always treated with dignity and respect. I am grateful to the entire staff and healthcare providers who were there for her faithfully throughout the years. I have spoken highly of Maplewood to many of my friends and acquaintances in the community and will continue to do so.

There are other features that make it stand out from other senior living communities including underground parking for residents, a pool and hot tub, a "wine room", and a gym with in-house physical therapy. Having lived in and cared for many different homes in our 53 years of marriage, this last year at Maplewood at Weston has felt like a vacation to me. The building is beautiful and our friends and family enjoy visiting us often. The location is easy to find and very convenient for driving to any place that we want to go. The meals are delicious and varied with many choices and courses. The entertainment and programs are of good quality and appeal to many different personalities. The staff is friendly and helpful and the Maplewood aides are very caring. The residents care about each other and like to make new friends. I love the heated indoor swimming pool with views to the outside, and the well equipped well run fitness center. Have an underground garage is a blessing in all kinds of weather. Come and visit us and see how easy life can be!

My mother has been a resident at Maplewood since 2016. The facilities are stunning and the setting is beautiful. Whenever my wife goes there she says "hey, I'd live here in a heartbeat!". Her apartment is lovely with a nice little kitchen. What is key here is the staff. My mother has made true friends with the staff (and residents) at Maplewood... they make her feel like she is part of a true community and family and this is so important to our parents when they enter this phase of their lives. The staff cares about their residents on a very personal level- administration, PT, and exercise staff alike. Prior to this my mother lived with us for years in our two family home. It was a very difficult move on an emotional level for all of us when she transitioned to a new place. We have been relieved that she is now able to live in a warm and comfortable setting as a nonagenarian in a place where the staff truly cares.
