I have lived at The Gardens for going on 2 years and it is truly home. They have activities for us and the staff is caring and always willing to help. I moved my Dad into the gardens at Marysville and Day One We knew this was an Amazing Place! I asked to have his room doors removed (he’s in a wheelchair) Dustin that day made it Happen! One Tube on my dad’s wheelchair kept deflating, I brought new wheelchair Tubes and Dustin put them in! The Food Choices are Great and according to my Dad Taste Great! The Outside as well as inside are Beautifully Kept up, my Dad’s room looks like an Apartment not a Hospital Room! I initially spoke to Nicole about my Dad and she was open and inviting and made me feel my Dad’s Care was The Priority! The other residents are talkative, friendly and in General seem Happy!! If your Parents need assisted living I Recommend The Gardens at Marysville!!

As a senior advisor who tours senior communities with families I would recommend touring & considering the Gardens of Marysville for your loved one. This community is a reasonably priced and consistent community that offers a down to earth homey setting which is what most seniors and their families want & need. There are less options in Marysville and surrounding cities so I am grateful to have the Gardens as a good option for the families that I serve.

The staff and residents have welcomed my mom with open arms helping her and us transition her from living independently to living with assistance. The facility is clean and inviting inside and out. The few outdated rooms are in process of being renovated as they become available. The variety activities offer something for everyone. We are grateful to have found them and it was worth the short wait for a room to become available. ’

The Gardens is a wonderful place! They have live music weekly, daily activities to exercise both the mind and the body. They enable residence to continue to use their skills and knowledge prior to moving to The Gardens while living there. They have resident mentors for new and shy residents to learn the ropes and introduce them to social activities. The staff build relationships with each resident, knowing their name, likes/dislikes, family, ect. This has been the best choice for our family by far.

If I were older, I would absolutely want to live here. It is clean, and they have fun, engaging activities. They even have a salon on the 3rd floor, with a really nice hairdresser who is available twice a week! Every single staff member is super friendly, and willing to help everyone, resident or other staff, with kindness and integrity. The atmosphere is always positive, and the residents are very well taken care of. All the staff are very caring, and hard working. I’d give more stars if I could!

I can’t say enough about the Gardens Memory care. The staff are so friendly and are so attentive to my Mom. She has been thriving ever since we moved her there. The food is great and we especially like the Family dining room. It’s private and has the at home feel. I highly recommend The gardens to anyone who is looking for Memory Care for your loved one. The staff at the gardens are exceptional!!! From Nicole the marketing/admissions director to the care team & executive director! They all take pride, making sure all the people in the community are well taken care of. Plus all the residents are always so happy & Entertained by the enrichment coordinators, they have there! I definitely recommend this assisted living For anyone who is looking for memory care or assisted or independent living!

My mom needed quick placement and extra care. The staff and administration of the Gardens went above and beyond to get my mom placed in a timely manner, and to facilitate access to extra care that was incredibly helpful and beneficial. The facility is clean and the residents are happy and friendly. My mom's care is now being managed by a team of professionals that I could not have gathered on my own. I am incredibly grateful for the assistance that the Gardens provided to get her in, and for the care she's receiving now that she's there. Highly recommended.

About a month ago Dad was in need of more care than I could provide at home and after 3 years of caring for him I was worn out. I spent some time looking around the community for a facility that would meet our needs and decided to tour this facility. Dad was on board with this move which made the process even easier I stopped in and took a tour of the facility and met several of the staff, everyone was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Once I confirmed all the details next was the move which went so smooth it took a huge weight off my shoulders and now Dad has the care that is needed for this season of his life.

I am extremely thankful for the compassion and professionalism of the staff through the entire process. From day one, every member of the team showed genuine care and empathy for my mother. The leadership team at The Gardens went above and beyond to ensure that the move was seamless, comfortable, safe, and emotionally supportive. They anticipated needs, medication, kept us informed, and took time to ensure my mother felt safe and at ease in the new environment. My Dad has been here about 3 months now and LOVES it. Excellent staff and super sweet residents. Staff is caring, and very prompt dealing with any issues. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming with me and family members as well. Place is very clean--a little dated in some rooms--but they are updating when they can. UPDATE --my dad has lived at the Gardens for over 2 years now and still enjoying living here. He's moved to memory care and is well taken care of. Kudos to the Life Enrichment team who keeps the residents engaged and active.

Mom has lived her for a little over a month after having a stroke. She is thriving! There are tons of activities, the staff listens to the residents and makes things they want happen. I am always greated with a smile from staff and other residents and I feel that Mom is taken care of. She says she doesn’t want to leave so now we are looking into selling her house.

Moved Mom in from another residence and the difference is incredible. The staff here is so warm and caring! The food is good and there are a constant mix of activities throughout the day. She is much happier here.

The Gardens at Marysville is a gem! My father has been a Memory Care resident there for a few months now. I visit every other day, at different times… just so I can see what goes on. I’m really impressed by how this place is ran. Let me start with the grounds: Clean! The flowers, bushes, trees are well taken care of. No trash thrown anywhere. Inside lobby: No “poo” smell at anytime I’ve shown up. You get a warm and welcoming vibe when you enter. Front desk staff are always friendly, professional and willing to help anyone at any time. If they don’t know an answer to your question, they go find out. The lobby is clean and decorated for whatever season it is. I’ve called there as well, friendly on the phone. They speak clearly and slowly enough for you to hear and to understand what they are saying. The other administrative staff are outstanding! I had a hard time taking my dad out of his home and dealing with his dementia, but the staff are so understanding, comforting, compassionate. They aren’t there just for the residents but for the families as well. Their support is top notch in my book!!! The residents in the assisted living area are always friendly, chatty, warm and welcoming as well. The smells coming from the kitchen always make me wonder what they are cooking. So, I tried some of the food… I really enjoyed it. Different flavors, the portion size I got was perfect. Moist, flavorful and delicious. The hallway to memory care, is clean, the residents get to decorate their door area. There is a very large calendar that shows what activities are going on. I’ve shown up when activities are happening… I’ve had so much fun interacting with the residents. Back in memory care is where I spend most of my time… It takes a special kind of caregiver to be back in memory care. They are all compassionate, warm, welcoming, full of love and they really do make the residents and their families feel like family! I’m so glad to have found this place for my father. It took him a while to adjust but he’s happy, safe, and finally said, “I have friends here and this is now my home.” I know this is long but I really wanted you all to know that The Gardens at Marysville is well run, organized, welcoming. The entire staff are trained and love their jobs. They really do love the residents. Everyone there, from the front desk, caregivers and administrative staff treat the residents and their families with love, kindness and the utmost respect. If you are looking for a place to call home for your loved ones… this is the place.

The Gardens is the best Senior Care Facility in the area. We looked at and evaluated the available facilities in our region and concluded that this place with their numerous amenities was the wisest choice. When we toured the facility, it was obvious the current residents were happy and content, the common areas welcoming and clean and staff were available to answer our questions. The food prepared and provided is excellent. A selection of activities for the residents are numerous and nurturing keeping everyone busy as they want to be. The staff from the receptionist to the director of the facility are courteous, kind, friendly, trained and professional making us comfortable and confident with the care they provide my mother. Whenever there has been a challenge or change the staff demonstrate their skills and capabilities to assess, adapt and resolve. The Nursing staff is fully engaged and always communicate concerns or issues. Collectively the entire staff at The Gardens is a strong team always willing to help the clients and residents. My mother has been living there for over a year and we are completely satisfied with our decision and she is happy. Highly recommend!

The Gardens was recommended to me by a longtime friend. Her mother has lived there for a few months and is very happy. From the first phone call we have felt that we made the right decision selecting The Gardens for our Mom. The entire staff has been so caring and attentive to Mom's needs. Making a decision like this is difficult to say the least. The staff has been so supportive of our family as we struggle with the emotions and the decisions to be made. The many activities, amenities, food, etc. are wonderful. Mom is happy and well cared for which means we can rest easier. A beautiful facility that is welcoming, well run, clean, inviting, and treats residents with dignity and respect. I highly recommend The Gardens of Marysville!

The Gardens has so many activities that everyone can participate. The food is excellent, and the facility is always clean. This is a wonderful community! We are all about our residents. Excellent care, promotion of independence, and personal dignity are priority one. The Garden's employees and residents often have deep ties in the close-knit city of Marysville, which that says a lot for the longevity of many of the residents and their families (even many of the staff). New residents are moving in frequently, adding so much to community life and culture. All are welcome! As with any new company and major change, we may feel some growing pains. We are refreshing the community and remodeling apartments. They are lovely and modern. However, we can assure you - we do our level best to get things right for our residents and our staff. Come and see us for yourselves. And talk to us if you have any questions or concerns. We'd love to meet you!

I have both of my parents at the marysville brookdale.....Im giving this place 4 stars only because I know the caregivers there do a great job and I feel sorry for them because they are way under paid for what they do. 1 star because they (Brookdale) have raised and raised the rent for my dad being on hospice, most of the care is a one person job but they are charging for 2 person assist. I am there a lot and end up helping out because they can't keep people there to work because they are under paid. People need to stand up to these places that make a lot of money off of people who fought for this country and who have been like most people outstanding citizens. It is really disturbing how they push people pretty much out on the streets.
