I would recommend Bay pointe Memory Care because they took excellent care of my Dad, communication was miles better than 2 previous facilities, very clean well run and staffed. I would show up all hours, not a morning person haha, and he was always clean and well cared for in every way. Bay Point Assisted Living is such a cute place, they are always decorated for all the holidays! When you walk through the front doors you are greeted with fun up beat music and a VERY friendly "Hello, How is your day going?" All the staff we came in contact with was so nice and helpful! 100% recommend them!!!

After touring a few assisted living facilities, it was clear Bay Pointe was going to be my Dad's new home. They have been extremely helpful navigating us through the assisted living process. The staff is AMAZING and they have taken the best care of him so far. Their food options are delicious too! If you are looking for a clean, community like family setting, with activities and great care, this is it.

Baypointe Retirement Community is the best thing to happen for my Grandfather. He lived (very!) independently in Alaska for over 50 years and was nervous about the move originally. Baypointe warmly welcomed him from the moment he stepped through the door on our tour and really set his mind at ease. Since then, he has fallen in love with everyone in the community, from the amazing staff to the other wonderful residents. They treat him with respect and they treat him like family. I can't stress enough how meaningful this is for me. I find such comfort in knowing he is safe, happy, and cared for greatly. Moving a loved one into assisted living is always worrisome for those in charge of these decisions, but I have never doubted how much they care about my grandfather. I feel like family there too, everyone knows me by name and welcomes me when I come in to visit. Baypointe has turned out to be so incredible and I cant thank the staff enough. Thank you Baypointe on behalf of my grandfather and our entire family. Thank you for caring for him like we do

The staff, led by Director Haley Fitzgerald-Parpart, are so genuinely caring and compassionate, I am blessed my father was able to spend his last five years in such a loving home. Staff are competent and kind and make this community feel like family. My dad loved living in this community. Everything else about Bay Pointe is equally excellent. A critical aspect of residential quality of life is good food. Bay Pointe thrives at delicious and healthy meals. They provide daily fun activities of all types. The excursions were always a big hit with my dad. The common areas are clean, comfortable and always nicely decorated. The outside grounds are beautifully landscaped and provide a lovely walking area. I highly recommend Bay Pointe!

I came in eager to learn and Bay pointe is a great teacher allowing me to grow I have been apart of amazing opportunities . Visited the facility while looking for a suitable place for my wife. Her care at home is getting more than I can handle. The people at Bay Pointe really impressed me with their program to care for those with memory issues. The patients seemed happy and well cared for. I believe they will provide the best care.

This is a very nice as well as a large facility. While my Father was here they offered great food with a lot of options. They had anything that my dad could have wanted. The staff was very friendly and they handled his medical issues and medications very well. He really liked it here and they offered a lot of activities for him to do. Unfortunately, when my dad broke his hip the facility told us that he would not be able to come back because he was too high of a fall risk and he needed more attention than they could offer. I would recommend this facility to other families

I came to live at Bay Pointe in June 2015. The staff here are very helpful and very accommodating ? The food is delightful and such care is taken in presentation by our chef who is also responsible for the grand buffet table we have around the holidays . Our activities are interesting and fun here also ...

My Mom (Maretta Weigel) is so happy living at Bay Pointe and she is well taken care of. I can leave town and have no fear that she's not being watched over. LOVE love love the staff. If you have a family member that requires assistance, whether now or in the future, please take the time to ask the staff for a tour of the facility. Because my Mom has dementia, I know when the time comes for more extensive care, she can just move across the street to Marine Courte and still get the loving care she has now. Oh, and the food is great, too!!
