They helped my mother with a smooth transition and offered attention along with independence. She loved it there though her stay was short, the memories of her comfort and happiness will stay with us forever. We are eternally grateful to the entire staff and nice residents that made this time so special.

For the most part it's a great place to live good people friendly people but they've got a few problems with Staffing. But for the most part any large business has that. I would highly recommend a visit and check it out for yourself.

What a great place to retire to when things become too difficult for total independent living. Great floorplans. The rooms in each apartment are bright sunny and spacious. The common areas are welcoming and are kept exceptionally clean. Food is mouthwatering. There are a few what are they thinking things in the rooms but the building started as a Abbott holding space for execs moving into the area and waiting for their house to be ready and not as a senior independent assisted living.

While our mom has recently passed, I can say that she enjoyed her time at StoryPoint. She made good friends and was engaged in a multitude of activities. I found the staff attentive, helpful and cheerful, particularly at any time when mom needed a bit more attention and support. A very nice home for our mom and I am grateful for their support and kindness.

My Mom was a relatively long time resident before she recently passed. Mom found a wonderful community to be with when moved there after my Dad passed. The new management has improved the infrastructure greatly and added an increased level of professionalism. I really feel that being in a community like this added years to Mom's life when you compare it to staying alone in her house.

My experience with Spring Meadows over the last 4 years has been a good one. With the change to Story Point and new ownership, I am experiencing some new improvements. One is repair and updating, inside and out. They are also putting in updated technology. The best change has been increased communication, especially during this time. The care staff are wonderful, friendly, caring and kind. They have kept my mom safe this past year! Administration and staff have been responsive through e-mail and texts, and have shown flexibility and considerations when needed. They have even gone above and beyond sharing some of my moms daily stories with an email. My mom feels safe and well cared for. Her accommodations are comfortable and home like. The food has been very good. They have handled medical issues appropriately in a number of circumstances. It is such a relief for me to have my mom somewhere that I feel confident about!

They have turned the page to a new chapter, and it is inspirational... Story Point has transitioned to new management and is undergoing comprehensive renovations to their facility. The community spaces, along with the resident rooms, are now bright, modern and inviting! Perhaps more importantly, however, is the remarkable commitment to care and compassion that is now manifest so fully throughout the community. Jeremy, the Executive Director, along with every member of the staff, has fostered a culture that goes beyond professionalism. The staff is more than capable - they are compassionate. We are so blessed to have found Story Point as a means by which to show mom and dad that we can care for them in the same way they have always cared for us. At the end of the day, thats the story, and thats the point.

Ive come to Spring Meadows for respite stays over the course of the last 4 years, each time I stay Im welcomed by the long term staff and even the new staff ( first name basis). My room is warm and spacious, food is excellent too. My family and I are so happy we find this local GEM, I cant wait to visit again. Thank you Spring Meadows!

5 stars is not a high enough rating for Spring Meadows of Libertyville. Denise and Tom made me feel like family from the moment I walked in the doors. This was the best decision I every made. My aging father (86) was getting to be too much for me to take care of and Spring Meadows of Libertyville is everything I was looking for and more. They worked with me and got my dad into has apartment with in 30 days. Its clean everyone from the staff to the residents are so friendly. Looking forward to seeing my dad blossom at Spring Meadows of Libertyville.

I recently came across Spring Meadows in Libertyville while searching for a place for my Mom, when I entered I felt an immediate sense of home I was greeted by all residents were laughing together and engaged. The sales woman gave me a tour and introduced me to not only residents but staff which were so friendly! I love this community and recommend them highly.

The care is very good. They seem to be short of staff at times. Everyone is very kind and caring. The food is fine. Mom is a little picky and not a great eater but she seems satisfied with most selections. The facilities are clean and welcoming. There are many offerings for activities even though she hasnt wanted to participate yet. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I'am very impressed with this community, and everything they have done my husband. This is a great community, and everything is working out very well. They have a good staff, there is some that he likes better then others. They even accommodate him with making sure the ones that care for him is the ones he likes. Everyone has been very kind, and are helpful when needed. They do a good job with the cleanliness, and his room has not bad lingering smells. They provide nice meals, and he is pleased with the meals. He is getting his therapy onsite at the community. I'am very satisfied with this community, and I would highly recommend it.
