Well I made the mistake of going to two other senior places now I can say Glencroft is the one. They have everything covered here. You don't have to leave the property for anything except maybe go to the doctors and but they have a medical office Curana on site.

Public records reflect the administrator here is newly licensed as of a few months ago, and her Director of Nursing has no previous experience in management. Is there any doubt why this place is a joke? Remove your loved ones to a better facility. You can't say your staff has compassion while your facility only has a one star. Ensign, are you reading this? You can do better for your residents.

I had the absolute pleasure of discovering Glencroft this summer, but not for the reasons you would expect as my mother ultimately was placed in a group home before the lease was signed. Despite the circumstances, Glencroft, and especially Nitara Jones, who looked after finding a flat and the process leading up to it was instrumental in helping my mother feel comfortable and at ease with this difficult decision. Nitara has a beautiful nature and personality to boot. Her amazing ability to make you feel confident and listened to, really stood out for me. Unfortunately, Mom had a series of falls which prevented her from going through with the move in, but Nitara was quick to act, offering a group home agent as well as an estate planner/advisor. I cannot recommend Glencroft enough, and their support was unlike anything I’ve seen in the industry. Next level stuff! ‘

Leticia is a very hard working, caring person! Leticia does a very good job at cleaning Doug’s unit. Leticia cares for her clients and it shows! My name is Heather and I’m Doug Duntley’s caregiver he doesn’t have a smart phone so m doing this on my phone for him. Hi. I moved here to Glencroft Crossings this summer. It is so very helpful to have assistance in cleaning inside my apartment. With scoliosis pain in my back it's wonderful for Leticia to vacuum , mops and general cleaning for me. Also having the restaurant's for good meals and also nice people to chat with is a plus. Also Joyce in the main offices really helped follow through on billing issue too. Thanks

My life took on a different meaning when I moved to Glencroft. I came in from being in bad health and feeling lonely and depressed. The programs Glencroft offers and the modern way of aging helped me find the path to wellness in spite of my health problems. The community atmosphere is uplifting and the staff is helpful and friendly. It became a haven of family and friends for me. There’s always something going on.

I can not begin to describe the amazing people that work at Glencroft. Not only did Mary go above and beyond for me and my grandparents making sure we got the perfect place for them but she brought in a team of people including Joyce that made sure the transition for my grandparents was as smooth as possible. Many tears were shed but at the end of it all and now 2 months of living at Glencroft i can say this was the best decision we ever made. My grandparents are safe and taken the best care of. I can only hope they are still in establishment for when i am of age. Thank you everyone my words can't even express the appreciation i have for you all

This place ended up being the perfect place for my dad. Ms. Mary and Ms. Joyce were very helpful in getting everything set up, paperwork completed and many many tours. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I would recommend the place to any senior looking for a new home. Thank you all so much, my dad is loving it!

We are independent residents living in a beautiful Casita in one of the courtyards. It's like a little neighborhood where you know most or all of your neighbors. Everyone here, including staff, is very friendly. They have excellent activities and six special 'weeks' a year. My husband and I just love our little home and the self-contained Christian Community.

Get some signage for the various locations in the facility. Not having appropriate signs delays patient care. It’s getting too hot outside to play around with geriatrics being transferred to the incorrect portion of the campus .

On the outside the complex looks great, the rooms are good but whoever setup the main dining room needs to take a course in food service. If the tenant wants a salad they get a plate on one end of the salad bar and then walk to the other end for the greens and then back to the other end for the salad toppings, this causes people pileups and a lot of grumbling from the tenants and guests as well.

What is going on with Glencroft? First Jose left then Amanda, now the water is contaminated?? They are serving the residents on paper plates and plastic knives and forks and giving them bottle water to drink. What is going on, are they bathing the residents? How can they possibly be taking proper care of someone with contaminated water.

I just want to say Thank You Glencroft. My dad has been in 3 other skilled nursing facilities and this by far had and is very good. There is no perfect place but for the most part they were good. Now my dad was on the first floor for medications and PT/OT. So I can't comment on the Skilled Nursing Long Term care area. But for short term I highly recommend them. They were prompt in answering the call buttons. My dad's briefs were changed and his skin kept clean. The PT/OT were patient with my dad. And so was the whole entire staff. The food there and at Henry's Cafe far out did all the other skilled nursing facilities. However if your loved one needs intensive PT/OT I wouldn't recommend this place only because they are limited with equipment but being my dad is 80 years old it was just right for him. THANK you all. GOD Bless. Edit10/2 however had to change to 3 stars because of my dad's stroke and outburst they would not allow him back into the facility. I would think they are used to dealing with 80 year old people who have suffered more than one stroke but it is what it is, I suppose.

I have personally known the director of nurses for greater than three years and feel very confident that they have the perfect person for the position in place. this facility is very well maintained with staffing ratios that are significantly less than those of the other facilities in the area. the staff is well trained and professional. I would highly recommend this campus as a long term solution to the problems associated with ageing be it through the independent living all the way up to skilled and long term care. this campus has it all. multiple on site restaurants serving up high quality food, a senior center and thrift shop as well as activities in each of the assisted living buildings as well. this is a great place to live out your retirement with comfort and peace of mind that you have made the best decision possible. well done Glencroft your awesome.
