I really enjoy the Wellness area. Lisa & Maryanne guide our exercises and water aerobics and help us to learn more about how to improve . Together they just had a one day event with 20 vendors . 4 guest speakers and more. We had vendors from the local fire district , teaching about disaster preparedness, , a law firm teaching about Senior paperwork , VA did outreach on suicide prevention , AAA on travel opportunities , Oregon Attorney Generals office teaching about Senior fraud. ( prevention not how to) and many more . Our sales staff is great. I often am able to interact with tours, Not to interrupt but to add about how happy I am with the complex. Heasther and the crew are really outgoing smiley and full of information. Thanks for all they do 5Stars to all

My mother lived at The Forum in Town Center for numerous years and was quite happy there. As she became older, it became clear that she required more assistance, so we worked hard to have her transferred to [link removed], where her sister resides. My mother kept saying how happy she was and how much she was adored. We transferred her to another facility and are delighted with the care she is presently receiving.

Dain, the Activities Coordinator, took the residents to the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art for a free tour, and they had a blast! It is good that residents are able to participate in such activities.

On mothers day I was able to visit my Aunt. I was not sure where to go since the community is quite large. The receptionist greeted me warmly, offered me fresh infused water. Called my aunt down and was able to get seated immediately in the dining room by the supervisor. The meal was country club style which I was not expecting. I had a great experience and will be coming back more often for the food and hospitality.

I got the blessing to move two non blood family members to the forum. I have to stay both my seniors are so happy. Both said. I should of done this earlier. The staff and other resident have been so sweet. The meals they get. Amazing, I heard all positive feed back. I went and ate with with one of them the other night. A couple living there joined us. They were so welcoming to my pops and he just enjoyed dinner so much and socializing. This is a big reason for us to have pops there. He used to socialize in younger yrs but had been isolated and lost those skills. It was amazing to see him his true self again! Best move ever. Highly recommend to at least check it out.

In February of 2020, my sister moved into the Forum at Town Center. She was experiencing memory issues loss and by March was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I often asked the management if independent living was appropriate for my sister and they assured me, that it was. However, as her condition worsened, I could see that she continued to be in good hands at the Forum. The employees made sure they observed my sister even when she tried to avoid gatherings. They took time to converse with her whenever she came from her room to get meals ( she did not like eating with others), and during those conversations they assessed my sister's behaviors, habits, and needs. I always felt she was safe and that the employees at the Forum cared about my sister. in February of 2022, when it was time to move my sister to a memory care facility, I knew I would miss the staff at the Forum, as much as my sister would.

An established and well-known community, this place truly warms my heart! The residents and staff make a person feel welcome, and the ambiance is one of a warm, family-friendly and cozy atmosphere. There is much to see and do! So many amenities - even a pool and fitness center! Stop by and take a tour, and pick up some amazing fudge made by one of our Executive Chefs. You wont be disappointed!

I have been with the Forum at Town Center for five years. I am 95 years old and this place fills my needs. It has good food and plenty of it. Great apartments with a housekeeper to clean once a week. A maintenance department to make sure everything is working. Before the virus we had lots of activities to meet anyones need but the activities have been cut back due to the virus. We have what activities we can with limitations put in place by the state.
February 2021
I came to live at the Forum 2 1-2 years ago. Since then many things have changed, especially this year with the Covid virus and then this summer with the fire danger. I think Tracy, Wende, and the staff have done a good job dealing with all the new rules, and encouraging all of the residents to follow them too. The Forum has opened the dining room to a limited number of residents, 2 at a table with social distancing everywhere. It seems to be working great. Another thing is that a wonderful physical ed teacher has become the new director of all the activities. Maryanne Katz, the new director, has involved resident ideas for events. Such as this month the theme was,We are the world. Yesterday there was an event called, The Expo. Tables were 6ft apart and residents had everything from everywhere displayed to show off what their passion is! It was a lot of fun! Safety is one thing I think the Forum can improve on. I think there should be better lighting around the campus. Also, I would like to see more maintenance people hired. I would recommend the Forum to anyone who wants to be involved in an ever changing home to live! ! Kathie McNett

I have lived here for 3 years. The staff and residents are great! The location is fabulous - close to the mall, freeway, and busline. Activities are fun and enjoyable - they are exciting and challenging too! There is social fun and intellectual curiosity as well. Love the pool and option to play pool! Kudos to Abdul, Maryanne, Lisa and Devin for keeping us on our toes! We are lucky to have them.
November 2020
I missed this place so much, I returned to work here once again. Love the residents and staff. So many great things about this community! I especially like the walking trail around the community and the Lifestyle 360 Wellness Center.
September 2020
When my husband and I first came to The Forum, we found that all the residents were very friendly and happy. We had not seen this to such an extent anywhere else. We have lived here for six months and know that we made the perfect choice. The staff is great, and very helpful. By the end of the first week everyone knew our names. The administration is very available, and makes time for you when needed. There are enough activities to keep all residents busy. The food is very good, and the portions are large. The only thing I would like to see improve is the quality of housekeeping. We are extremely pleased with our apartment, and that we made The Forum our home.
September 2020
Who doesnt want the best for their parents? Mom was living with us, but she loves to swim and we dont have a pool. She also wanted to be with people her own age. We live in Los Angeles, and nice retirement homes are around 4000-5000 dollars. So Mom did some online research and flew to The Forum to check it out. A few months ago, she moved there and it has exceeded her expectations. Due to Covid restrictions, residents cant currently eat in the community dining room and the staff has been challenged, trying to provide a safe, yet fun environment. But they are really friendly and trying to do everything they can to help the residents. Mom LOVES The Forum and the price is half of what she would pay here.

Whether it is the staff or residents, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It is nice to be greeted with warm, smiling faces. The dog park and trail around the community is a plus for me and my dog, Sophie. She loves it.

Amazing staff! Amazing food! Great place to live. They even have an outpatient therapy clinic on site.
February 2020
I came to work here in April and I can not say enough how amazing everyone is here. I can honestly say I love my job and I am excited to come to work. Even with everything going on currently we still try and have some activities for the residents and make sure they know we are always here for them. This is more than just a job, this is family!!!! I wish I could live here with all the fun little things going on and yet we are still making sure the staff and residents are always safe. Being here has shown me you can stay safe and still have some good laughs and great times.

My great grandmother lived at The Forum at Town Center assisted living facility. All she talked about were the fun activities she got to participate in! She loved the coffee and conversation group, as well as the sweet ladies in the salon who did her roller sets every week .

I have been in the Senior Living profession for over thirty years. I have learned that each community has is own culture or "feeling" you get that exudes from the residents, staff and visitors. At Forum at Town Center, one immediately feels a spirit of service and dedication, of happiness and compassion and commitment by everyone in the community. There are team members that have been a part of this community for many years and residents that have watched them grow and change. New residents are welcomed with excitement and warmth. I am proud to lead this community shoulder to shoulder with the residents and team members. All grateful for the past and excited for the future. Come be a part of this remarkable community and part of the journey in our residents lives. You'll be so happy you did!

After walking in the front doors, it is pretty clear that everyone (residents, staff, and even visitors) are considered family. There is just a warmth that can't be explained in this community. Residents here find a HOME, not just a place to reside, which is the ultimate goal for a senior living community, right?!!

Town Center Village has some of the kindest, and most caring staff around. I've worked frequently with the staff there and in doing so have come to learn that the community is really a big family. The residents all seem very happy and busy (given the large activities program). The food is delicious, and the choices expansive. The people there genuinely care for the residents and the residents care for them. The staff turnover is incredibly low, which I think says a lot about a business and a community. It puts the residents at ease to know they can really get to know the management, servers, maintenance staff etc. and bond because they're not going anywhere. I highly recommend them!
