My mother was in memory care for 4 years there. She was taken care of very well. And if we had any concerns the staff was great about fixing any issues. During her passing the staff was wonderful to her and my family. And special thanks to Hadley.

A very happy small town close-knit senior community with exceptionally fun residents and caring staff. 5 stars given for the continuous effort to always improve and perfect our community; more than 5 stars for the above and beyond attention to our Memory Care residents and how they are incorporated and included in assisted living community meals and activities. Everyone should wish this for their family member with dementia! The focus on dignity, respect, and individualized resident-centered care is very apparent at Pheasant Pointe, a one of a kind country-living community that welcomes all!

This community has such a strong foundation of caring leaders! Great tenure, too. I absolutely LOVE their renovated community. Very affordable senior housing and the value of this community is through the roof! I saw a lot of apartments being renovated on my visit. I am excited to come back and see how they turned out. I will update with photos!

I am going to say, I was nervous to transfer to Molalla from a sister Community in Salem. **OPPORTUNITY CALLS** I have worked for this company since 2018 and this is by far my favorite one to be at. The residents are so welcoming, the staff go over and beyond for their residents. I would recommend this place. I love at atmosphere!

I want to let you know what great asset to the memory care team Jessica Wonderly is. She makes sure the unit runs as smoothly as possible even if she has to pick up extra shifts for other staff. She is always pleasant and helpful even though she works very hard in many areas. I am always happy to see her since I know she cares about her residents and staff.

The staff are wonderful Caring People, Many work tirelessly taking care of my Brother. I can't remember all of their names but those who know Rusty know he can be challenging. My grandmother currently resides at Pheasant Pointe. They have been phenomenal in communicating with us through such a challenging time. They have remained Covid-free throughout the pandemic. We just experienced a Wildfire evacuation and I do not know what I would have done if my grandmother was not in the hands of such a caring and diligent team.
