Recently, my 90 year old mother experienced a severe decline in her ability to care for herself. For safety, we had to make an immediate decision to place her in a facility. After visiting several assisted living facilities, we were drawn to Brookdale due to the welcoming staff, beautiful environment, and friendly residents. Nu was especially helpful in expediting the process. Since mom has been a resident there, the staff has been extremely attentive to her needs.

Brookdale is a caring, assisted living facility. I had to move in my wheel chair bound sister w limited prep time. Sanjay and staff helped me move her in as quickly as possible. My sister likes her new Brookdale home. Staff is very attentive. I highly recommend Brookdale.

We needed to find another assisted living place for my 95 year old mother that was affordable. The concern was moving her at her age and disrupting her familiarity with her surroundings. Our concerns were heard and the staff has done a great job of welcoming her and making sure she feels secure. The activities and socializing are abundant and varied so that there is something that appeals to everyone. Denise, the nurse has been exceptional as well as Bre, the activity director, Karlina, the receptionist and Christine who handles the accounts. Thank you also to all those who care for my mom, you are appreciated more than you will ever know!

I was in desperate need of an assisted living facility for my Uncle. Pulling out my hair searching for the right place was a struggle. I happen to bump into Carlina (Angle at the front desk) who was a friend of my Mother who recently passed. She referred me to Brookdale and said for me to take a tour and see if Brookdale meets my Uncles needs. Well let's just say he LOVES being a resident of Brookdale. The Facility is spotless, staff is like his extended Family taking exceptional care of him always going above and beyond for him. After my visits with him I leave knowing he is in a great place which is a huge weight of my back.

My family would recommend Brookdale Central. The staff is always upbeat and friendly. Many staff members go above and beyond to ensure that our family member feels seen and heard. They listen well and validate his concerns and requests. His needs are met with care.

What was once a very good facility has now become a mediocre assisted living. The last 2 months have had major problems in the poorly run kitchen. There is no head chef, resulting in a downsized menu and dismal choices of 2 entrees. Not enough servers means a longer wait to be served, along with staff on the floor helping out in the dining room as well. The med techs could use a course in sensitivity training and senior psychology. There are a handful of good aids who are dedicated and responsive to the residents. Otherwise, management should look at Brookdale Uptown and take notes on running a quality assisted living with good staff morale and quality dining.

This is an excellent place for assisted living. They took care of my mother for 3 months and they went above and beyond what was expected. Every caregiver was excellent and very caring. My only complaint would be that there needs to be more caregivers. I would recommend this location to everyone looking for a place for a loved one.
