Ive been almost 2 years living here, it has been a lot up and down and the construction company that is working here works badly, they dont finish there work the maintenance man Jeff as to finish. Today it has been 10 days with NO Air Condition, residents that have medical condition like me this has been very stressful. We had to buy to small fans but you still feel the heat. They said a week ago that they needed a part to fix it and it was going to be here overnight. But No Air

I have lived here for about a year. I am disabled and over age 55. I was given the option to move into a new, upgraded apt at a market rent, which was $799 per month. This includes water and electric. I am on Social Security and fixed income. I cannot work anymore. The management and the new owners are planning on raising my rent to probably $899. That is what they are getting with new people moving in. Though people on the top two floors pay $1000 plus per month. Those apartments have more upgrades. I like my apartment and feel safe living here, but I am upset, because, if they raise my rent, I will not have money for food. The new owners are predators, who own high rent luxury apartments all over the country, and they want to stick it to us, here too. That is the primary reason they bought this place. This place is not worth what they want to charge. There are basically no amenities. We dont even have a washer dryer. The gym is a joke. No pool. The grounds are not well kept. This is a very old building that has a serious problem with roaches and other pests. I advise you to look elsewhere to another place where the owners arent seeing dollar signs.

I am moving there next week so I think is a very good place. The manager Nicole very nice and the maintenance person is very friendly and speaks Spanish.

Property Manager Sharon is compassionate, supportive and an excellent communicator. I am very thankful for the smooth application and move-in process. Staff is wonderful, friendly and kind; much thanks to Seane, Tony, and Jeff! I absolutely enjoy living here, and recommend this property.

I have lived here for almost three years and love it.We do have scheduled pest control and if you have a problem they will call and have pest control come back to your apartment.I WANT TO THANK ROBIN AND STAFF FOR MAKING SURE WE ALL WERE SAFE THRU THE STORM. AS SOON AS THE STORM WAS OVER SHE WAS RIGHT HERE MAKING SURE WE ALL WERE SAFE.
