Beautiful building , I recently came with my aunt to visit my uncle in memory care I want to express appreciation for the kind staff. This was my second visit this year, I noticed new staff members and improvements, the one down fall I would say is Nursing, I've seen some with lack luster attitudes or not having the appropriate care level experience. I'm not a smoker and to each their own, but I don't believe that the smell of cigarette smoke is a good thing I'm sorry to say. This is why I gave 3 stars.

Our 89 y/o mom has recently moved into assisted living at The Reserve. The Director, Nicole, has made this transition very stress -free for us with her amazing knowledge, and she is always available to answer questions with sincere care and concern. We are also very impressed with the CNAides and how they help mom any time she is in need day or night. They are absolutely fabulous! In addition, when you need a nurse someone is always available to help! Mom has met many friends and is doing well for someone who understandably did not want to leave her home, a great place to choose!

The Reserve at East Longmeadow is charming, homelike and exquisite walking through the entrance. You are immediately greeted with a friendly, sanguine Associate in the beautiful foyer. You will find floor to ceiling windows with natural light flowing in. The care Associates conduct themselves in a loving, compassionate way and attend to the residents like their own family members. A majority of the Associates have been employed at The Reserve since opening. Everyone is happy, welcoming and a joy to be amidst. I recommend this community for anyone in need of socialization, assistance with care needs, great meals and significant activities.

My gram was transferred here this past year, after experincing a horrific placement in Chicopee, and its the best move ever made for her. In fact, I feel shes has never looked better since her memory disorder began increasing and with it, her independence decreased. We just visited yesterday and she looks sensational but more importantly- she is happy and healthy. The facility is kept up absolutely beautifully - its like a very high end hotel, and that includes the memory care unit (which in many places is not a nice as the independent living areas). Every detail is thought of here, from family visiting areas (which are designed to be cozy and home like) to the hair and nail salon providing a relaxing, caring environment. The staff is extremely inviting and friendly and more than accommodating. They are all invested in every resident and it shows. My Gram looked radiant as she was sitting with her friends socializing in the common living room. She was laughing and happy and looked healthier than Id seen her in a long time. After experiencing a horrible facility in Chicopee, I can't explain how much relief I have to know she is in excellent hands as we head down this road. I live out of state, and while visits are limited, I now no longer live in a state of panic daily of "where is she now? Did she drink enough? Is she clean?" Because The Reserve goes above and beyond in not just these basic care rules but activites, healthy meals, independence and dignity, additional therapies, medical needs and more. Im so proud she is there - and I know so is she.

I played the piano for a Christmas Party December 9, 2023. I was promised payment within 30 days, but it is April 16, 2024 and no payment has been received and they will not answer my calls or e-mails.

Every Thursday, the staff is friendly, clean. My friend is showered, hair and makeup gets done, going to lunch with seniors her age. Transportation to and from Drs appts. It all cost money of course, like anything, but they do a good job.

The Reserve has been so wonderful to my 95 y/o grandfather. He was so happy to have his own room and such good care! Annette at the front desk was always so gracious and kind. Brenda was also amazing. Jason lit up his day with jokes and ice cream and my grandfather always told me the funny moments they had daily. ****Iris Ramos Williams *** was helping assist during dinner one day when a resident was choking. She sprung into action doing the heimlich and even put her finger down the residents throat and I would consider an actual hero. At Lifecare in Wilbraham the care was bare minimum, the room was always dirty and they left my grandpa in bed all day long without proper care where he obtained a uti. Night and day. I cannot sing their praises enough. Thank you for caring about your residents! It means the world to us.

I have always been very well assured that my Parents are in a place with caring staff, and the medical attention that they need when they need it. However, each year they keep raising the rent and coming January it’s going to be raised about 8%. This is an extraordinary amount for people who are on fixed income. I understand the cost of living is high, but if we cannot take care of our elderly, then shame, not only this corporation, but all of us collectively. The staff is extraordinarily caring, but the management has a very high turnover. I do recommend this facility If you are in need of helping your Parents, however, I do wish they would reconsider, raising the cost each year at such a high rate.

This is a very nice facility and I enjoy coming to work here. I do not work for the company but come to do care with agency here and there. I can honestly say that the residents are well cared for and that the staff truely care about the well being of your loved ones. The food is served in a family style setting, Drink, appetizer, entree, dessert and it's served hot and presented well. (Healthy options of course). This facility definitely stands out from the rest in the area let alone the state in a good way. I have no complaints about this facility and look forward to serving more residents and the greater community of East Longmedow.

Putting the care of your loved one in the hands of others is a significant choice. My family is very satisfied with the care our loved one is receiving. We have established strong communication with staff; we reach out just as much as they do to us. My loved one above anything else, is content. The activities and social engagement have helped remarkably. My loved one is cared for by kind and generous caregivers, and is in a safe place. I know l can call and speak to any of the staff, and my concerns are addressed. Additional resources to understand aging, health, and well being have been provided to me as well.

With all the COVID issues and concerns around the world at this time, I am even more certain I picked the right place for my parents. The Reserve can be proud of the fact that they are COVID free!!! That is a huge accomplishment- It starts at the top and is achieved by all levels of dedicated staff. I am so grateful to have this peace of mind.

When I first walked into The Reserve I couldnt get over how beautiful the building is. It has a such an elegant feel to it, with all its fireplaces and the grand piano that stands out when you walk in. The elegant feel is not the only thing that makes the building stand out but also the management team. I have had the pleasure of working closely with the management team and the staff to ensure that any issues get resolved quickly so that their residents can get the best care possible. I believe it takes a village to care for ones loved one and it pleases me to know that The Reserve in East Longmeadow is part of our communitys village.

My sisters and I could no longer care for our aging dad but he was not ready for a nursing home so we checked into assisted living facilities. We eventually made an appointment to tour The Reserve of East Longmeadow. I was immediately impressed with its homelike, pleasant , cozy (beautiful fireplaces) atmosphere. We really enjoyed seeing residents having fun in painting class and were amazed at all the activities and entertainment they have. The staff were all very attentive and the apartments are just perfect. We ultimately landed at The Reserve simply because of the care, concern, and love we felt the minute we walked in the door.

Upon entering The Reserve at East Longmeadow you notice how elegant, beautiful and clean it is. I had a tour of everything they had to offer including the Theatre Room (which was one of my favorite rooms) along with the gorgeous dining area where the food they served was amazing. I loved the suites and actually decided on the one I want when the time comes for me to move on to the next phase of my life. The Staff is wonderful and caring and I can't imagine being in better hands.
