I would like to thank the Rock Ridge facility in Rockwall Texas for the services they provide for the well being of my mother. The facility is always clean with no odors and the staff is very friendly. The front desk employee (Paula) is always very helpful with any questions and always wears a smile.

We are so thankful to have found Rock Ridge for my father! Just today my husband noticed how many employees were there and interacting with residents! And they're all so friendly and helpful! Haley and Deann are amazing! All employees go above and beyond each and every day! Dad mentioned that he loves Rock Ridge and is happy here. "They sure take care of me! And they're so nice!" Highly recommend Rick Ridge!

We moved my dad here a little over a year ago because the sales director was so convincing about how wonderful this place would be. We were so excited about the move. We learned very quickly that the sales pitch was comparable to a used car salesman. While we think the caregivers and amazing housekeeper were exceptional and can not sing their praises enough, Rock Ridge is very poorly run. In less than a year we went through three directors. We tried very hard to give each one time to improve the situation. We voiced our concerns as far as corporate several times. We were asked to give them a few weeks to improve matters. The last director before we left was not accessible. No matter how many times we voiced concerns, nothing improved. We have moved my dad to a nearby assisted living that is not new or updated like Rock Ridge but the warm, friendly administration and staff make it so pleasant... it feels like home. Instead of the move being hard for him, my dad has flourished in his new home, something he did not do at Rock Ridge. We are so glad we moved him. Trust me, there is a much better place in Rockwall than Rock Ridge.

We were shopping assisted living for my dad during the middle of this pandemic. Tyler was amazing, helpful and full of information. I got the feeling they were really there to help seniors. We had shopped other places in the DFW area that it did not feel like this. I want to encourage you if you are shopping for a place for an aging parent to include Rockridge on your list. I am very grateful for all the help, knowledge and assistance they provided me and my dad.

I visited this Facility in my search for potential living quarters, for my Mother-in-Law. I was warmly greeted by an Associate, asked a few brief questions and then taken on a tour of this facility. This retirement center was clean, brightly lit, well maintained and fresh. There are several options for sizes and arrangements of different living quarters, a good number of activities and other opportunities provided by this Living Center! I highly recommend you visit this establishment in your quest for living arrangements for yourself or a loved one.

While I never had the opportunity to move a family member into Rock Ridge, I was impressed with their facility and the time that Tyler took with me in showing me all of the available options. He was kind, compassionate and didnt ever make me feel like he didnt have time for me. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs assisted living.

I had a lovely visit with my mother to the Octoberfest. The facility is very alive, welcoming and clean. The staff is kind and helpful to residents. Im definitely considering this facility for my mother.

I went on a tour here and the staff was nice and friendly. They answered all of our questions. We liked it but I wasn't as impressed with it as others. The rooms were on the smaller size and the layout was just odd. It just wasn't a good fit. It seemed to be clean.

I like the tour from this community. The staff was able to answer the questions on the care that is available. We liked the menu and the list of activities for my father. We wanted to be closer to the community. I would recommend this community for other families.
