I'm a caregiver for a patient there, I especially love the activity Department she does a lot for these residents take them out on Fridays either riding around or out to eat I think that's a beautiful thing because a lot of them need to get out they don't need to be there 7 days a week and don't get out. I love this place.

My Mom is 101 years old. She moved into The Residences of Greer a year ago. When we moved in Charimon Robinson was our Caregiver. She was wonderful to my Mom. Charimon became the Activities Director and is doing a wonderful job! She has many activities for the residents there. My Mom goes to exercise several days a week. Charimon helps her get started with chair exercises and she does what she can on her own. Charimon always makes her laugh! She also stays for Devotionals. We really appreciate Charimon and the wonderful job she does!!

I visited as a volunteer throughout my Christmas break. This was my first time volunteering anywhere and it was an absolute joy! It's a beautiful place. I really enjoyed meeting everyone, including the residents, Mrs. Charmion (the activity director) and employees. They were a huge part as to why I loved it here. I could tell how much love & care went into planning the activities. The bus trips felt like we were on the magic school bus going on an adventure 🙂 The activities were great and included enjoyable seated exercises, personal care: foot therapy, nails done, etc., devotions (included wise words for one's heart and mind), different kinds of games (which everyone could participate in one or the other). This volunteering experience was a wonderful opportunity to step out of my own world/daily life to learn, give love and offer help to others. It was an absolute joy to spend time and get to know them. At the end of the day, this place felt like home to me. This is a place that brings happiness by being there and enjoying time with the people I have met and grown to love.

My mom lives at The Residences of Greer and it is a wonderful place, she is taken care of great food. They are always going some where on the bus. It is a very great place for someone you love to live and not have to worry about them. My mom loves it there. Debra West

The tour we were given was great. The actual everyday life in the Memory Care Unit is so far removed from the tour, is astounding. They are very short staffed, but the staff is absolutely wonderful. I am very under impressed. My mother hates it there.

Ive had the pleasure of visiting Thrive several times. I work for a company that does business here and I have always been treated with the greatest respect. When I visit Im usually here for a while and have watched many interactions that the staff have with their residents, and they are very caring and compassionate people. You can tell that the people who work here love their jobs and the people that they care for. If I had a family member that needed assisted living or memory care I would not hesitate to recommend that they live at Thrive.

I did not know what this building was until I toured last week. It is a very beautiful community and all of the staff are friendly and welcoming. They all greet their residents, treat them kindly, and seem to really care about how they're doing. The suites are spacious and up-to-date and the prices are reasonable.

Ever since Mama has been at Thrive, she has become more like herself. No more spending all her days lying in bed. No more sitting in a wheelchair she doesn't need. When we bring her back to Thrive after an outing, she throws up her hands and says, "I'm home!" It's so close to home for Daddy as well. The staff is patient and compassionate and eager to learn what they can do to help her be happy. I couldn't be more pleased.
