No one can imagine how hard it is to have to place a parent into a care facility. The decision is often made under extreme conditions. When you make the decision you hope that the facility will take care of your parent as well as you have. I can honestly say that Dimensions Living Burr Ridge gave me the guidance I needed to make the right decision, and all the care that my 100 year old mother needs 24 hours a day. There isn't one person that I have interacted with from the Exec Director to every member of the staff, that has treated my mother and myself, with kindness and respect. If you have to place your loved one into a care facility, please talk to Dimensions Living Burr Ridge FIRST.

My husband 58 years old had a major stroke and I could no longer take care of him at home while working full time. We first went to Dimensions Living in Burr Ridge for 2-week respite care. My husband and I were both comfortable and happy with our experience he is now a resident. The service of care is top notch and my husband loves the food for the variety, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and popcorn/cookies for snack. I was unable to keep up with the full meals he needed for his medication. I feel he is safe and monitored at all times. I cannot say enough about how smooth the transition has been for us. Thank you Dimensions for taking such good care of my husband.

My mother has been a resident here since November 2022 due to healthcare needs. The onboarding staff was very detailed and took time reviewing the facility as well as answering any questions. The nursing staff has been so helpful to mom over the last few months and the physical therapy staff has helped her be more mobile. The meals choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner have been very good so far. Mom has had a positive experience and we are thankful for the entire staff that cares for her.

My grandmother has lived here since April of last year. The people who work here are friendly and really care about my grandmother. The food here is delicious and there are plenty of activities to keep my grandmother busy and happy. I am so happy my family made the decision to bring my grandmother to Dimensions Living in Burr Ridge. My family and I are so grateful my grandmother has a great place to live as she continues to age. My 98 year old Aunt is presently at the Burr Ridge Brookdale facility, and I am so happy to say that she taken care of so very well. Each time I visit, she is clean, dressed, hair and makeup done, and out in the general population socializing. Everyone at this facility, including the receptionist, social worker Stephanie, and all nurses and aides are so attentive and loving to my dear aunt. Thank you to the entire staff for being so kind and caring to such a wonderful lady. She is a treasure, and you treat her as such. I am extremely grateful, and so is she.

I am a resident at Brookdale Burr Ridge,otherwise known as TLC. I love this particular facility because it is smaller and you get to interact with the residents and Staff. I never feel that I am a bother to anyone & when I have a problem, small or serious I am given immediate attention. In otherwords, I Love Brookdale and the Angels that take care of me. Cash accepted for the above words! Ha!Ha!
