I have been trying to contact my recently admitted mother and have been on the phone for hours. The staff were heard laughing in the background in Spanish; got the recording again. I am still waiting to speak to my mother. Lady answers and hangs up on me again. I call back. No answer. I will be taking my mother out of this facility as soon as I can.

I sincerely appreciated how the staff was warm and connected to our 101 year-old mother. They cared! They worked with us to make sure she felt comfortable and benefitted from their care, physical therapy, and activities.

The staff is very nice. My pops is recovering well. He has nothing but awesome things to say about his caretakers. He is improving everyday. They offer some delicious infused water outfront everyday. And the staff is very nice as well as helpful. UPDATE: Its hard to get a hold of anyone here that has any type of control .they will ask you to come in randomly After being here 3 months. The staff is nice. The care is terrible. His improvement has since been stagnant. No one seems to know whats going on with each patient. I have to complain all the time. My dad needs therapy often and needs a wheel chair. Staff comes in and takes parts off of it and he is often unable to receive his therapy. Their response is "is it your personal wheelchair?" Like they arent supposed to be providing one. I understand it isnt his personal wheel chair. But dismantling it so he cant use it is ridiculous. Taking parts and giving them to another patient is ridiculous. Mu dads been here 3 + months. Ive complained to staff many times.the staff just does not seem to care. Everytime i ask to talk to a supervisor they say to come back the next day or to call. And when i call no response or answer. I would not recommend willow creek to anyone… Its upsetting…

I love this facility. Currently CNA, every staff in here are very nice, and work hard for their work. I love my station and my group. Also, the nurse is super nice. Love my residents. They are cute . Thank you for the best training.

The facility, especially the rooms need maintenance. The halls smell horrible all day. My dad was there for the past 2 weeks, the care was questionable, but luckily my dad was able to speak up and advocate for himself. The first week he was there, they never offered him a bath or shower. I complained to Admin and they had him bathed that night. The food is horrible, usually barely warm. Many families bring in food for their loved ones who are in there. Some staff seem to enjoy being there, but the majority seem miserable working there. The floor RN was cold, didn't care when i told her my dad hadn't bathed in 7 days. If my dad needs to be cared for again, it will not be there. The Admin and case managers were nice and listened, so hopefully the actual care for the residents will improve based on the feedback.

My mother was here recovering for a few weeks. We really liked this facility. All the staff were great with her. I would definitely recommend Willow Creek to help take care of your loved ones, they are very caring and attentive with them. The front desk receptionist Veronique is very welcoming when you're checking in.

Veronique is a very warm and sweet person. She's a wonderful receptionist always kind and caring. I love the CNAs in the 3rd wing most of them have been very kind and attentive. Overall pleased with the care my mom's received.

Willow Creek has really improved in the last year or so since being under new administration. Communication and improved procedures have been very good. My mom has been in long term care there for over two years. All the staff I've met have been attentive and respectful when approached with any concerns. My mom and I know she is in good hands there. The receptionists in front are super helpful. The CNAs are busy of course, but always nice and polite and if given advanced notice for requests they are especially efficient and accommodating. Helping run things, Mani and Bobby are very kind and compassionate. The PT crew are encouraging. I am especially thankful that Angel is there now, as he was a staff member at another facility where my dad was on hospice. He is very thorough, kind, and a good listener—great reason we are satisfied with Willow Creek. Truly everyone I've met there has been so nice, especially in the last year or so. Nice grounds, too! Some more easily accessible outdoor areas for visiting would be nice with all those beautiful lawns, but other than that they have fun yearly events like a car show and last year they had carnival-type thing with music. The PT department has also helped her make lots of progress.

My Momma was brought here through a difficult time with her health. She needed care that we couldn't give her at home because of her illness. The staff is extremely caring and compassionate. Even though my Momma is here to rehabilitate till she becomes stronger to come home I was comfortable leaving at the end of my daily visits because of the care she's in. This Sunday I get to bring her home. I'm so grateful and appreciative of Willow Creek staff. Thank You!!!! This has to be the most comfortable rehabilitation facility my Momma has been to. Again Thank You!!!

Excellent Place to be. My third time in 21/2 years. Would not go any place else. I w as a Executive Housekeeper for 30 years. I know a clean house. This is a clean house. My mother needed a place to recover after a serious accident. After days of research in the Fresno area, me and my siblings decided on this location. We were very pleased with the warmth and accommodating nature of the facility. Everyone we have contact with is friendly and helpful. The staff is focused on the patients needs and if you require something more, just ask.

You have such amazing therapy staff! My mother in law progressed so well and walked out better than ever. She especially would like to thank Jose, Nick and Elexis who helped her recover and were super fun to work with in therapy. She loved the beautiful view she had from her bed and the flexibility of being able to order alternative food for lunch and dinner. She also said the staff is so friendly and very accommodating to her needs. She has had family at willow creek as well who have all had similar experiences.

My sister is a patient-Ellen Williams Zilinki. I want to commend several people: 1. Melani-works in area of room 300-she is caring, competent, and works hard to make a great experience for my sister-also creative, a 10+ 2. Fabiola (not sure of name) is a friendly, smart nurse. Seems to have a good relationship with those under her authority. 3. Krystal-very kind and friendly to my sister, who wasn’t even her patient. Cheered and calmed her. 4. Sarah-kind and friendly caregiver.

Social services has been great! They have helped my family out so much I can't thank them enough! They have been great with my mother and I do not know what I would have done without them. My 92 year old Dad received the best care here for 1 week after his broken femur (hip) surgery. I was able to view online all of the Doctors and Nurses posts about his condition, his progress and his medications. Every employee I encountered was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The location is perfect only 5 minutes from our home.

I am so happy that my grandma and I decided to pick Willow Creek instead of other skilled nursing facilities. Everything was so amazing from social services helping me with my annoying questions to directing to who I needed to speak to was so nice of them. My grandma loved the facility and the kindness that they showed her. Not to mention the COVID precautions Willow Creek has. I absolutely love it. They are very careful when it comes to covid still and I am proud to say that if I needed a facility again (hopefully not) but if I did for my grandma I would definitely pick Willow Creek and trust them to take care of my grandma 100 percent. Thank you Willow Creek.

This place is understaffed. My loved one has been there for days at a time without a TV remote, sitting staring at the wall. They don't have the time to do a basic thing like find a remote so he can at least watch TV. Besides that, he has falled and broken his hip, has had several UTI's that turned to sepsis and had to be hospitalized. I don't think the staff doesn't care, they just don't have the time or resources to take care of the residents with any level of quality care and level of dignity they deserve. It is awul and if you can find another facility, I would highly recommend it.

My father is having a wonderful experience at Willow Creek. After a horrible experience at another facility and in and out of Clovis Community, we thought we were going to lose our father. Once he was transported to Willow Creek, things totally changed for the better! He is receiving fantastic care, amazing physical therapy, and nutritious meals. We love how everyone is so friendly and helpful. We feel as though we have our father back! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We recently had a loved one stay at Willow Creek and had a great experience. Starting with admissions Jasmine and Shayna were fantastic. They were organized and efficient to assist with every need at the time of discharge from a local hospital. Shayna made sure to check in periodically and was always available to help facilitate further communication between the multidisciplinary team and family. I cannot brag enough about their activities team. Katie was great! They consistently offered activities to engage residents. The therapy team was phenomenal. As well. There are too many people to name but they each took the time listen to our loved one and gave him the gentle push to work to accomplish mobility goals.

This is such a great place when you are skeptical about nursing homes or rehab. They have caring staff that goes above and beyond. I recommend this place over any other facility in town I was very surprised at how good it smells.
