Earlier this week, I moved my aunt out of Atria Lincoln to a place that is more appropriate for her at this point in her journey. Boy, was it bittersweet. You cannot imagine a more caring and loving staff and environment (she was in memory care after spending 11 years there in Assisted Living), and the culture that the leaders have built there is outstanding. Dementia is a tough road for families and caregivers alike, but all I can do is rave about how this team at Atria were a second family to her and the rest of us every step of the way. Don't hesitate to bring someone you love here.

As someone who works in senior living, I have the opportunity to see many communities, and Atria Lincoln is one I’m always grateful to have nearby. The team there truly cares about the residents and the families they serve, and it shows in the way they interact with people every day. They do a wonderful job meeting residents where they are, whether someone is living in Independent Living or Assisted Living. The community offers excellent programming and engagement, with thoughtful activities that help residents stay active, connected, and involved in meaningful ways. A special shoutout to Allison, who does an incredible job walking families through some of the most difficult and emotional decisions they face. After my dad passed away, my mom was adamant she would never move to assisted living. I tried to honor her wishes, but despite part-time home care, her cognitive, physical, and emotional health declined, until she was no longer safe at home. I wish we had visited Atria sooner. Mom has been at Atria for a few months now, and we are both deeply grateful. She says it is even better than home. She feels safe, has a routine, and is surrounded by people and programs focused on optimizing health. She is more vibrant than she has been in years. The staff is phenomenal. It’s a smaller community, so they know each resident and tailor care accordingly. My mom has an individualized care plan that balances her independence with the support she needs. The communication with our family is outstanding; they are true partners in her care. Activities are plentiful and optional. My mom, never very social, now participates on her own terms and loves her community. Atria is a blessing for our family.

My brother was extremely well cared for during his stay at Atria. The food was great and the entire staff was wonderful in every way. The room and entire facility was exceptionally clean, neat and well designed for safe movement. I give Atria my highest recommendation!

Great for the first year, until your loved one gets the yearly letter in their mailbox, right at the beginning of the holiday season, and you learn that the rent they signed on to was only a "teaser" rate and they are jacking the rent by 10%-15%. My mom has been there for 3 years and this has happened every year. They know nobody wants to go through another move and leave the friends they've made, and they exploit that. They cry "increasing prices" but please, nothing has gone up 30% (I bet certainly not the wages for their staff). So if you're rich, by all means, they would love to have you and charge whatever they want. For the rest of us, beware.

This place has been a godsend for my family and me. I have had some difficult issues to deal with. The staff has gone above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety. Overall this is the best place for me to live. I get to relax and enjoy what is offered here. I feel loved and appreciated by staff and residents. This is home for me. I just simply love it here!!!

Seems like a way better place than the last assisted place I went to. The staff is friendly. They have tea, coffee and fruit infused water available for everyone. There seems to be enough people working for everyone there. I only saw the memory center part. They keep things nice and locked away so that they are unable to get a hold of things that they could misuse if they are confused. It’s cutely decorated so it looks like their home

I feel that the Life Guidance (memory care) area needs more activities geared towards the different levels of the residents that live there. Staff obviously needs training. The evening staff are not responsive and are on their phones in a corner by the kitchen. I have walked in many times and found all of the residents alone watching tv. Management stays in their offices when you come to the facility and never speak to you. Once you are sold a room the Marketing Director will walk by you and not even say hello. The facility is immaculate, the receptionists are lovely, professional and warm and hopefully the new Director will do a good job.

My mom, Ella, didn't want to move and give up her current residence, but once she toured the Atria Lincoln Place, she realized how great it was and has embraced the whole experience!! We love having her there!

Atria Lincoln Place has been a wonderful experience for my mom who is part of the independent living community. We knew it was going to be a difficult transition for my mom to go from living in her own home to a retirement community, but the staff could not have been warmer and more welcoming. Allison N, the Community Sales Director, made the transition so easy and enjoyable (fun!) and we did not hold back with the special requests all of which were accommodated! Whenever we have questions, particularly with Covid, both Allison and Brian, the Director of Atria, are quick to respond. Atria Lincoln Place is a beautiful setting with all the immensities you would expect and then some (an indoor pool, library, Main Street Caf©, Salon etc!). There are several different choices for apartment sizes. My mom’s apartment is not the largest or the smallest but is perfect for her (she even has a walk-in closet!) Though Covid has been challenging, Atria has handled everything very well and has kept us informed every step of the way. My mom quickly made friends and is very happy and engaged. There are a lot of different activities, though many have been put on hold due to Covid. But everyone at Atria did not let that stop them from keeping everyone engaged and having fun with thinks like door-to-door wine and cheese nights, projects, games etc. We really could not ask for a better place for my mom. We have the peace of mind knowing that she is in a great place with around the clock help onsite if needed. Thank you, Atria!!!

I move into a one bedroom Apt. on Aug. 4, 2019 at Atria Lincoln place. The facilities were great the dinning room was bright and sunny and well decorated. The living room, library, Tv room, kitchen and exercise room were well furnished. The staff is so nice, congenial and very helpful. The activities were outstanding there was Bocce, golf, volleyball, bingo, card games, arts and crafts even cooking classes. The wine, cheese and crackers on Friday afternoon in the community room and on the front porch enable us to interact with the community. The outside entertaining meaning the music, the sing along, the barbecues the dancers were fantastic.. As you can see I have nothing but high praise for the staff and Atria Lincoln Place and highly recommend living here.

Truly a great place for my Mom. Very clean and the food is also very good! My 82 year old Mom, who is still very active, really enjoys all the activities and the friendly community and staff. They treat her with respect and dignity and go out of their way to encourage her love for cooking. Since her move to Atria, she is so much healthier in body, mind and spirit.

My mother has been at Atria for a few yrs. now after she had been living with me. It was a big adjustment for her and she was afraid of losing her independence. It has been the best thing that we could have done. Mom has gone from a sit in front of the television to a social butterfly! Rachel Parent and Camilla have every day filled with all kinds of activities. Mom says "if you are bored in this place, it is your own fault, plenty to do". Maria is great at keeping everyone active and fit. Atria is very family oriented and we enjoy all the events that they have for friends and family. My grandchildren enjoy going to see memere and have a blast at all the events that the staff has worked so hard at planning. Brian is always ready to help out when asked with anything you have in store for him. Lysette is great at keeping Mom's room nice and clean and is always willing to help with any requests that Mom may ask of her. The entire staff is professional and treats the residents the way they would want their own parents treated. I can"t say enough about Atria, the best being how my family and I have the relief of knowing that my mom is in a safe and caring environment. I have piece of mind knowing she is happy and well cared for. That is worth more than anything to us. Thanks to everyone at Atria for doing such a great job. Too many people to thank individually. Kudos to chef also, food is great. Because of all of you, all of us say thank you and keep up the good work!

Everyone is so nice to my mother. The dining room staff is polite and eager to please. Rachel Parent makes BINGO something to look forward to. Camilla is always coming up with fun activities. Mary is so nice when helping my mother in her apartment. Brian works hard to make her apartment both safe and comfortable. Lysette does her best to keep everything tidy. Terry has done a great job in making Atria Lincoln Place a great home for my mother. I haven't mentioned everyone because I do not know their names but the entire staff has been wonderful!

Atria Lincoln Place is a warm and caring community. The management is top-notch, running the community with a touch of class that makes the residents feel like gems. The staff know their resident's habits and preferences very well. Atria's dining atmosphere, activities calendar, housekeeping and wellness staff are an indication of the high standards in this community. Management makes updates to the building and grounds when needed. Atria is always clean and taken care of. The staff is SO friendly and approachable, stop by and see for yourself!
