Every time I have been in, the staff have been so pleasant. Everyone from Andrea, Nadia, Nicole even the OT/PT therapist and the activity director-they all seem very genuine in what they do 🙂

was looking for a place that Dad could relax and not have any worries. this place is truly the best out of all the ones we went to in the area. the residents are happy, the staff are friendly and professional and there is a medical team on standby 12 hours a day. they can help your loved one with bathing and grooming, medication (which includes refills and reminders), there are exercise routines and a fitness trainer to stay active, there's a game room and a dining area if that is more desirable. there's even a chapel. there's always someone to check on you as well if you've been in your room too long lol. I really recommend this place if your loved one can afford it. bonus if they have VA benefits.

Everyone is always smiling. Everyone is always so nice and pleasant willing to help any time and the food is delicious. I’ve eaten with Miss Beverly Hall several times and the food was very good. This was my second visit. No one was at the desk or anywhere to be found to check in so I just used a name for my temperature and got my sticker. Today the lady at the desk was rude and very unwelcoming! I loved the place and was going to put it on my list I’m 79. The urine smell was strong in the hall and the carpet stained. I hope my future visits leave better memories.

Before I say my thoughts I've only visited there once so far to clean my grandmother's apartment. I am appalled on how dirty my gmas place was. The bathroom was disgusting. And the smell was just so bad I had to air it out. Other than that when I first walked into building the smell was awful and the place was dirty. The stairs and floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in a long time. It would be a beautiful place if only the cleaning up keep was attended too. The employees I ran into were very nice and helpful but I expect my GMA to be living in cleaner environment and who knows maybe the tenants health would improve.

Our mom has been living at The Waterford at Carpenters Creek for two years. We are very pleased with the friendliness of all the office staff and employees that work here. I can’t say enough about (Taz) the activities Coordinator! She does an amazing job with the residents that live here. Making sure they have a good time and just very caring! Hats off to the cooks! She loves the food! We feel great comfort knowing that she is in a safe facility.

I am very impressed with The Waterford at Carpenter’s Creek. The Administration there are very professional and also very friendly with great personalities! The Staff are caring and sweet. My parents feel safe and comfortable in their apartment. They like that they can move around the facility and also participate in the activities that are provided for the residents! There are things that could be improved, but I feel that’s minor compared to all the wonderful things that are going well! The atmosphere is wonderful. My family member is treated like family. Each staff member is friendly and knowledgeable. My family member’s needs are met. The staff listens to the residents and their family. Rooms are kept clean and the food is great! Housekeeping does a great job! Activities director goes room to room to get residents involved in the offered activities. Nursing staff listens to the needs of residents and their family members. Management is friendly and knowledgeable about every need. The receptionists are friendly and always have a smile. I am thankful my family member is well taken care of!

What a wonderful place. When I walk in, it feels like home. Very clean, well lit and smiling faces everywhere. Happy residents and happy staff fill the building everyday. The residents can enjoy 3 restaurant style meals a day. Activities like bingo, jewelry making, painting, or even bowling on the Wii. The staff makes sure the residents are taken care of no matter what. Weekly cleaning and laundry services. Nursing around the clock. Three good and hot meals a day. Maintenance issues are handled very promptly and with a smile all the time. There is even a beauty salon onsite. They also offer shuttle rides in the company bus for drs visits and other things. Plus all the precautions for COVID taken daily here are very good. All the staff is masked and screened daily. All vendors and visitors are screened too. Visiting areas sanitized after every visit. Couldn’t ask for a better place. They really got it down here at The Waterford At Carpenters Creek.

Due to an unexpected home renovation project at my in-laws we needed to find them a new place to live for the durations of the months-long project - and find it quickly! They are elderly and have mobility issues, so safety is a must. But otherwise, they are used to independent living. I was concerned that the uncertain timing of the project would force us into signing a needlessly long lease or that the community Covid protocols would be too lax. Tanya at the Waterford at Carpenter’s Creek put all my worries to rest. Not sure when the contractors will start? No worries, we’ll hold the unit for you. Not sure how long your folks will be with us? We understand. You can either select the respite apartment that rents week-to-week or a regular unit with a month-to-month option. What about Covid? Between new resident quarantines and total community vaccinations, and mandatory masking and temperature checks, we feel secure with our loved ones living in the community. Plus, the units are lovely and come with weekly housekeeping, transportation and meals, in addition to activities. And the staff! Everyone, has gone above and beyond to help the folks (and us kids!) feel welcome in the community. The other residents are friendly, too. They began getting invitations to activities the very first day. Who knows, the folks may even decide to move in permanently!
