A hidden treasure is what this facility was. Visiting the facility with friends who were looking for a safe space for their mother, I was impressed with how nice and clean the facility was. The food was absolutely delicious. I'd be willing to reside there for the food alone. Staff was also nice and informative.

We are very happy with quality of care at Azaela Trails. My father moved in after his wife passed away and he has been very happy. The staff is wonderful and the community is bright and clean.

Wow, this community has mostly all new managers, new reno (new carpet, new furniture, etc) and it is absolutely beautiful inside and out! Staff is attentive, residents are happy and cared for. If you're looking for an Assisted Living or Memory Care, go see these folks! When you open the front door, you can feel the warm spirit in this community!

We moved our mom to Azalea Trails last week. It was hard to leave her, but the staff went above and beyond to help her acclimate, as well as comfort us in the process. Everyone is so patient with our mom. They keep her busy with things she enjoys, cooking and puzzles. We couldn't be happier with our decision to move our mom to Azalea Trails Assisted living.

The best staff of any ALF in Tyler! Dusty, the ED is AMAZING! She is helpful, personable and always ready to assist anyone. Trisha, the Marketing Director here is phenomenal! Perhaps their hardest working staff member. She is friendly, outgoing and will go above and beyond to make sure visitors and guests are happy. Dusty and Trisha make a great team & in ALF communities, this is so important. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

Azalea Trails is the premiere senior living community in the Tyler area. A few months ago, Azalea Trails came under new management and has brought forth a new program and opportunities for the seniors living here. The dining service is impeccable, and the new lifestyle program (activities) is indeed helping seniors stay active and healthy. Its a must-see change within Azalea Trails. Call the community and set up a lunch-tour! You wont be disappointed.

I was in a very desperate situation to find quality care for my dad. From the moment I contacted Azalea Trails, I have experienced only the highest level of customer care and service. The executive director is amazing. Mrs. Resencia is one of a kind. She held my hand through the entire admissions process and move. Her staff is compassionate, kind and professional. Look no further for your aging loved one. I can finally sleep at night and my dad is safe and happy.

This is a wonderful, loving and active environment for loved ones. My mom recently moved here and from the first day here has been loved, mentored and with extra care transitioned to this new home. The staff is so pleasant and so caring. God blessed our family with this new home for our mom! By the way, she loves it! She tells everyone how beautiful it is and how sweet all the people are who assist her daily needs. Most of all, she treasures her new friends!
