Don't get sick! My mother had been in hospital and then a nursing rehab facility. Trying to get her back to Wesley Willows has been a nightmare. Lack of communication has been pivotal and I am so disappointed considering the amount of money we pay for her to be there. The worst, is when being told if we don't like it we can move her out. Nothing like kicking us when we are down. I have been a health care worker myself for 40 years, and was hoping better from this facility. Just disappointed

I have lived here 4 yrs. and feel that moving to Wesley Willows was a wonderful choice. All my neighbors here are very friendly and we consider each other family. There are many activities both on campus and off-- next week Wesley Willows activity dept is taking me, and others, to the Olympic Tavern for lunch. On campus there is a large heated pool,. walking track and machines. There are trainers available to us. I often enjoy a meal at our excellent Bistro. I can't begin to tell all the activities and opportunities available to the residents.

My parents have been living in independent living at Wesley Willows for just over 3 months. Despite the limitations COVID has created their move in went smoothly and my parents are happy and comfortable. In talking to others whose parents are in a similar situation I feel Wesley Willows has worked very hard to keep their residents happy, healthy and safe while still offering them a little freedom within their building. The facilities are absolutely beautiful and well maintained, it very impressive.

I have been employed at Wesley Willows for 3 yearsI I chose this company to work for after doing an agency assignment off and on for a year. I had never worked in such a caring environment where I can honestly say I have time to take care of my residents and listen to any concerns they have. The residents are given every opportunity to stay busy throughout the day with activities which are highly encouraged. I cant say enough about Wesley Willows, but I plan to be here for years to come

I've worked for agencies for the past 14 years. And alot of that time I've worked at Wesley Willows. I must say that Wesley Willows is one of my favorite places to work. The people who live here are of course wonderful. But what's even better is the staff! Everyone is so helpful and nice. For someone who works for agency it's sometimes hard to go to work and not know your patients and the staff. But Wesley Willows staff make you feel welcome and they help you to get to know each patient before you start working. As far as a place to live. There's always something going on fun to do. And the food is great. I especially love the wildlife. I'm enclosing a picture of a turkey I cought eating out of the bird feeder at my patients house.

As a parish pastor I was struck by the importance a retirement center held for adult children of aging church members. Pastor could you help us talk mom into moving to one I was asked several times. When I retired I knew my children must feel the same way. I discovered Wesley Willows while a community member of its fitness center. My daily workouts acquainted me with residents who were happy to share what their community meant to them. My assumption that I could never afford to live in such a community was corrected by a visit with one of the sales and marketing staff. I was amazed at their willingness to work with me in financing my move to a Willow Ridge home last year. Since then I continue to be amazed with each discovery I make of the services and amenities Wesley Willows provides. To list them would make this review far too long. Suffice it to say that I most appreciate the immaculate condition of the grounds, the spiritual and psychological support services and the opportunities to volunteer ones time and talent in a variety of ways. I enjoy telling my friends that my next move will be via a hearse. David W. Jones

We have now lived here for 4 years, We say to others, we like living here for many reasons, but it isn't heaven. So it's not perfect, but life will not be perfect until we go to Heaven, We are in Independent living, like it that way, Enjoy days when we go to Bistro for a meal, good food and great price. Enjoy that almost every maintenance problem we have is taken care of. Nobody is perfect. Very wonderful employees who are kind, warm and friendly. Our children who live in Wisconsin are grateful we live here knowing we are safe and comfortable.

After a long illness, my father was at Wesley Willows for rehabilitation several years ago. My sister and I were so grateful for the excellent care he received! Knowing that he was surrounded by capable caregivers AND peers set our minds at ease. He always asked us to join him for dinner, which he liked better than his favorite diner, which was really saying something! Our experience with Wesley Willows was positive all the way around.

My mother and her man have lived in Wesley Willows for close to 10 years. What an amazing community. Beautiful homes, great services, and a wondeful place to live. The Bistro has excellent reasonably priced food staffed by friendly and competent people. I enjoy visiting my Mother and want to say a big thank you to everyone who works at Wesley Willows who makes my Mom's life better.

I have worked at Wesley Willows for 28 1/2 years. I started February 8,1988. My baby daughter was just six weeks old. I have loved Wesley Willows from that date, and love it still. Wesley Willows has been very good to me over the years. I was given love and compassion during very hard times in my life. From my own illnesses, to those of family members. I have never wanted to work in any other field than Geriatrics. I am so glad I chose Wesley Willows to start my career. I plan to be here until I decide to retire. Thank you for giving me so much in 28 years!

I helped my parents to move into Wesley Arbor this week from one of Wesley Willow's duplexes. Everyone is so kind and helpful during this difficult transition. Wesley Arbor is a very lovely facility with wonderful prepared meals and activities. My parents are quite blessed to be in their care.

Amazing staff, who really care about the individuals living there. The residents are all happy, the building and grounds are lovely, many activities thru the day to enrich the residents lives. There is 24 hr staff in case of emergencies. My mom loves living there, and that makes me happy!

The residents are so loving, kind n friendly. I always have a smile on my face n always greet them when I see them. Wesley Willows is a great place to work for! My kids always enjoy visiting my job when they were little n still remember to this day!
