I highly recommend Skyrise Apartments for their outstanding staff, particularly Chip, whose exceptional customer service made my transition seamless, and the amazing amenities that truly enhance the living experience. He has gone out of his way to make my transition more comfortable and he has done a fantastic outstanding job!

Chip and Alex have been wonderful during my move in, helping me with furniture while I'm waiting for my own stuff to get here. Linda was great walking me through the leasing paperwork, and my fellow residents are all kind and nice e to spend time with. There is always something interesting and fun going on in the community room. If you are a senior (55 and over) and you are looking for a friendly and safe community to be a part of, this fits both criteria!

Just moved in a cpl months ago, and I love it here. Everyone is nice, office people are great, Linda, College, and the manager Andre, I done alot of research before moving, and Skyrise was the one I liked the best. I love the geese, I can look out the living room to watch & listen. They're beautiful. Can't forget about Gary, maintenance man. Really nice guy. I made a great choice and I'm very happy here ‘‘‘‘

I've been here for over 4 years. I'm very happy with my apartment. Chip, the apartment manager, and Gary, our maintenance person, always make sure the building, and the grounds are always well taken care of and everything is in fine working condition. It is home.

"I've been here for at least three (3) years, possibly closer to four (4). The management and staff treat me decently and with respect. They are on top of all of my requests. They always seem to be willing and able to listen. I can't think of a valid reason to complain. If I ever do, I'll share it. The management tries to run this place decently and properly. I LOVE my view!"

I have only lived here 6 months. I love my apartment, the layout, and the view. The location is great. The management is pretty good, and I really like that they have a social service director and activities. I've met some very nice residents. That being said, I got bedbugs almost immediately. They are a problem in the building. Maintenance does spray routinely, but if you don't know what you're looking for, they get very out of hand. I had hundreds of bites, but I only ever saw one until there were dozens in the bed and on the walls when I woke up in the middle of the night once! Maintenance did spray, but after a week, they were just as bad. They sprayed again, but I ended up hiring a private pesticide company myself and had to have my bed frame, and couch wrapped and thrown out. Fortunately I had my mattress in a bedbug encasement. I think they need to educate new tenants on what to look for and what preventative measures can be taken. Every resident should receive written info with pictures to know what to look for. And be informed that even if they only see one to report it immediately. It is very common for highrises and large hotels to have bedbugs. They're almost impossible to eliminate completely, especially with people coming and going. But I think they definitely need to be more transparent about the problem and the risks. If I was better educated on this, it would have saved me a lot of anxiety and money. I did decide to stay because of what I first mentioned. I love my apartment, the layout, my view is amazing, and I love the location. I notice that my review has not been recognized. ???

Submitted my Paperworks to apply for an Apartment on 30 May 2023. Approve for an Apartment 02 June 2023. Started moving in on 5 June 2023 and completed moving in on 15 June 2023. Nice and quiet. Rent $575.00 per month. Gas for the Range/Oven Free. Electricity per month.

Skyrise seems to be more than a fair choice for price quality ratio in Rockford, and the new management seemes to do a very good job so far. Beside, it has facilities that others doesn't have, and is in a very convenient location. Walking distance from main attractions.
