At the end of last year, my mom had a fall at home followed by unpleasant experiences in a hospital and then a rehab. It was a very stressful time. She wanted very badly to get out of the rehab but knew she couldn't go back home. I found Brookdale Liverpool on a Saturday in January. On Monday, they had a room set up for her, with the help of a mover they recommended, with her furniture and other things from home. She moved in to a room much like her home on Wednesday of that week which was her birthday. (She could have moved in Monday but for the delays at the rehab in discharging her). Brian H. at Brookdale moved mountains to make this happen. I still can't believe it. Three months later, my mom is doing very well. She's made friends, the food is good and the staff are wonderful. I honestly don't know how to thank everyone there, especially Brian, so I wrote this as a small token of appreciation for taking such good care of my mother.

We moved my mom here in December facing several challenges along the way. The staff immediately made all of us feel at ease. We now refer to the transition as the Christmas miracle. I cant thank the staff enough. They are genuinely caring and helpful. This has been a wonderful experience for my mom.

Brookdale is very family oriented and "family style" from the meals they serve to the activities planned. The entire staff is involved in events and even serve up the meals. My Aunt is very happy there and involved in her new little community!

You cannot ask for a more caring staff .Each person has been so helpful the nurses are wonderful. The geriatric care givers are awesome .Sue and Patty are always doing something with the elders . They don't only help the elders with their daily living they go above and beyond to help the families too they are as lays there to answer questions . They really do become part if yhe family. If you are looking for assisted living for yourself or a family this is the place to go .Excellent
