Every member of the staff at Santa Fe Trails Assisted Living is caring, compassionate and very observant of resident needs. My father moved there from a much larger facility in the metroplex at age 94. He quickly made friends and developed a great level of trust in the staff in all departments during his 18 months there. As his health issues changed, the nursing staff adapted his care plan and coordinated details with his doctor, pharmacy, home health and eventually a hospice care provider. My father felt loved, valued and respected at Santa Fe Trails and he was very happy there. I truly believe that Santa Fe Trails felt like home to my dad and would recommend it for anyone considering assisted living or memory care for a loved one.

The resident assistants do a great job of caring for the residents. The food is good most of the time; with options for a substitute meal. The staff is helpful, respectful and caring toward the residents. The environment is pleasant and relaxing. The activities are fun.

My mom moved into Santa Fe Trails in September of 2023 and has experienced care that goes beyond medical needs. Every staff member is kind and genuinely supportive. One of the most important aspects is that someone always calls me when there is an issue with my mom. The communication with families is above any standard I expected.

Absolutely fantastic facility. The staff is the most caring, friendly, and loving people I’ve been around. They take care of each resident like it was their own family. They maintain great communication with the medical providers coming in/out of the facility and provide tons of activities and opportunities for the residents to stay active and busy. Cannot recommend a better place.

Love this place. As soon as you enter to the facility you can experience the warm home feeling, clean environment and friendly staff. I am an ambassador of the Cleburne Chamber of Commerce and I went to their ribbon cutting recently. They remodeled the building very nice! Looks amazing! Also, the environment is so good that my little one's grandfather volunteers with a band to play music for their residents. It's so awesome how he loves to do this and enjoys it so much! The residents request songs and everyone is so happy during that time. I am contemplating the idea to learn piano and volunteer in the future. My little ones great-grandmother was a resident there for 7 years till recently when she passed away. She was 94 years old but she used to tell us how much she loved there! They always took good care of her. Last but no least. I am the organizer of the newest Turkey trot here in Cleburne TX. They didn't hesitate to sponsor our event! They are so supportive towards the growing of our CLEBURNE community. I really love this place so much!

We made the difficult decision to place my mother in assisted living. I initially made contact with Santa Fe Trails a few years back as I was trying to have my mother live closer. She finally agree to assisted living earlier this year and she fell in love with Santa Fe Trails. After a few roadblocks with her health beginning in early July 2022, we were finally able to get her moved in to Santa Fe Trails. The staff there, Debra, Cyndi, Twila, Roy, Ray, Tom, etc. have been absolutely wonderful. It feels as if my mother is living with family. I have been there when the caregivers are with my mother and they are so sweet and gentle with her. Any questions or concerns are quickly answered and they have been awesome. I am less stressed knowing my mother is in great hands. My mother is happy and they keep her busy with a lot of activities. The facilities are outstanding and inviting. I am so happy with our decision to have my mother move in and could not recommend Santa Fe Trails enough to anyone thinking about moving there or having a loved one move there.

This facility is exceptional in their care of senior citizens that are in need of a place to feel safe. I have taught painting class for the residents. Always impressed by the staff, management, cleanliness of this facility. Residents are engaged with project that they can relate to, like gardening, raising their own vegetables or flowers. Interesting to listen to their advice on how to do projects. More than 75% of residents are in attendance. All enjoy doing these projects. Their chef produces beautiful food that is very delicious. This is an added bonus.

Visited two residents in this facility today. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They directed us to the residents we were there to visit. The room we visited in was large and comfortable. The other resident was in a common area where craft projects were taking place.
