My mother has been in Memory Care at Traditions for 4 years. Our experience wasn't ideal; however, changes in management and staffing have resulted in a complete turnaround! Shout-outs to Nala and Carrissa! They have made such a difference!!!!

This place is great. Mom and Dad moved to the assisted living in March. They are doing better than they have been in years. The staff is caring and attentive. The activities are wonderful and the meals are delicious. Mom and Dad are happy and so are we. We have peace of mind that they are being cared for and are able to maintain their independence!

If you are looking for a memory care place for your loved one be aware of what u see inside. Hunter Station is pretty from the outside. I was thinking when I put my husband there it would be a wonderful place for him. I was very disappointed in the care he received. They lose their things, and you tell them, and they don't find them. My husband's shoes were misplaced and to this day they never were found. They don't take them to their meals and say they do. I had a camera in his room I knew when he was in his room or not. They sent him for a behavioral test which he did ok on and though he was a sweet guy, but they would not let him return. he went to be JESUS 5 days later. This was my experience with them. You base your opinion on your own thought, and I wish you all the luck in the world for your loved one.

For a Memory Care Unit, Traditions is clean, the staff is attentive and there are a lot of activities the patients are encouraged to join. For the area, it's one of the nicer, more affordable MCU's in the area. We believe our relative was well taken care of during Covid when we were unable to visit. What left a bad taste was when all of his belongings were stolen, including a vintage class ring, we were told that the television and shower curtain were "attached to the wall" so they belonged to Traditions (note that when residents move in there are no televisions, so the staff steals them once the resident has passed away) and an entire unopened bottle of oxycodone disappeared. The nurses who run the MCU then become rude and belligerent and then just refuse refuse to answer the phone. The only regret we have is that we didn't report the theft of the Oxy to the police. Update: The reply from Natalie is a lie. At no point would anyone talk to or return phonecalls, we have a receipt of delivery for the Oxy, so it did exist, and she didn't address the thefts by the staff at all. Not changing the review.

I was very pleased when I came to look at the facility. The appeal is great and love the idea of my mom having meals available for more than 12 hours a day. I didnt think of that when looking at others that have very strict meal times. I had a wonderful first experience and I know we are a bit away from making a final decision but I was very impressed.

Beautiful facility! We struggle with communication. The staff is very friendly but they do not call back when they promise they will. The executive director seems to be out quite often. I know AT LEAST one of the 5 STAR reviews is a staff member and that fact is not stated in the review. We really want things to work at this facility but at the moment, were not sure. Im losing faith in the ability of the management to care for my loved ones. I have 5 family members at Hunter Station.

My dad is new to the Memory Care unit. Staff have been so helpful. We searched for awhile before making a decision and we as a family are happy we made the decision on Traditions. The staff and management have been very helpful I cant imagine it being easy trying to please so many people during a pandemic but we are happy and my dad is safe and well taken care of.

My mom is newer resident to the community. She was having a hard time adjusting at first to the community, but thankfully the staff has welcomed her and made her feel right at home.she had made easy friends with other residents, and has not complained about the food! It was not easy making this decision, let alone during a pandemic. I have felt I have been informed very well of any updates regarding my moms health and safety and I thank the Traditions at Hunter Station staff for making this as smooth as they possibly can during such a trying time for us all.

I looked at several facilities before choosing a place for my grandmother and nothing came close to what Traditions offered. The staff is so nice and always available when I have questions or concerns.The facility itself is very clean and well maintained. They offer a variety of activities for the residents and their families to interact. I am so glad I found this place!! Grandma is very happy.

Everyone was so kind to my mother. They treated her like she was their mother. All employees were kind, helpful, caring, and friendly! The environment was clean and the food was good. I ate with my mom several times. I would highly recommend this assisted living community.

My mother in law and father in law were and are well cared for at Traditions. We are kept informed of concerns as well as needs. Its great to know that your loved ones are in good hands on a daily basis which ultimately is less stress on the family. They have activities that are great it you choose to take advantage of them, special musical guests, transportation to social events, and family dinners on holidays! If you are considering a place for your loved one, I highly recommend Traditions at Hunter Station!

During a recent visit the staff was so helpful and friendly, the facility was clean and tidy and the residents seemed to really enjoy the st Patrick's day celebration. Very nice to see staff and residents having a good time, family atmosphere. Thanks to all staff, great time!
