My Dad recently completed his stay at Caretel Inns, and our family couldn’t be more grateful for the care he received. From the very beginning, the staff showed him patience, respect, and genuine compassion. The therapists took the time to walk him through each exercise, explaining how it would help his recovery, and always encouraged him to keep going. The nursing and support teams were just as attentive, making sure he was comfortable and checking in often (Angel and Nicole were especially exceptional). The entire staff listened to his concerns and adjusted his care plan when needed, which made a huge difference in his progress. The facility was clean, welcoming, and felt more like a home than a medical center. Even on the days when he felt discouraged, the staff found ways to lift his spirits. Thanks to their dedication, my dad has made amazing strides in his recovery. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone needing physical rehab. They truly treat patients like family.

This place is not the same with the new manager. Food is not good anymore. Ice cream shop is no more. Valuable staff has left.

It has been wonderful from the moment we walked through the door. Everyone has been amazing! During the 2 and half weeks my husband was being cared for, I can say there was only one nurse he dealt with that I/we have serious complaints about. Bea, Betsy, and Sue in Coventry were terrific! Doris and Cindy in PT and OT went above and beyond to rehab him enough to be discharged home...impeccable care. JP made sure his food desires were honored. The aides did their jobs efficiently, compassionately, and never complaining no matter the task at hand. Everyone was most friendly, ready with a greeting, smile, and even a hug. 5 stars in my book.

Our mom has been living at Caretel for about a month. We feel she receives excellent care from staff. Caretel provides great hospitality to guests.

The entire staff is helpful and caring. The activity staff take great pains to assure the residents have programs: the aides are quick to come when called IF they have a pager, very often that is not the case. However the food is not worthy of the lowest of restaurants. There could be much improvement if the management cared about the residents and not so much the profits from our stay here. No, I cannot advise anyone to move into Caretel without first tasty the food.

I stayed here after my open heart surgery for rehabilitation. The therapists are GREAT! They push you to improve without making you feel bad about your progress. The nurses and the aides are GREAT TOO! They took excellent care of me while I was there. Would recommend to any one who needs any rehabilitation.

My mother has dementia so we had to find her round the clock care. She hasn’t been living at Caretel long but so far it’s been a great place for her to experience social activities and receiving good care. I will update after 6 mos of her living there.
