Carola is an amazing administrator. She handles problems with such grace and compassion it is almost baffling. The care staff shows every day how much they care for each and every single resident. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is always amazing and the cooks are very knowledgeable about each persons diet and restrictions.

I was looking for a home-like feel for my husband. I found Palm Cottages. It is my 2nd family. Everyone from the Caregivers, Chefs, and the Director truly cares about the residents. They listen to your concerns, if you have any and immediately corrects any issues you may have. My husband has been there almost 3 years. I go every day to visit and I can tell you after all the other facilities I have visited I would take him no where else. The cottages are small & homey and the food is excellent. Like a restaurant. That makes me happy. Love Palm Cottages for my husband!

cconstant baddle , never new what was going on , much leglect of wifes personal care and cleaning of her personal things , food not fit to eat , wife couldnt feed her self , staff didnt seem to notice or know it .... food her eating soup with her fingers while two staff stood 5 feet away talking to each other . when i asked Questions , office silenced staff to me , i could only speak to bosses . they owned her . glad she servied! not about help here , all about money ! its a buisness not care place . sad sad , one day they will all be old too ... they will reap what theyve sowed !cant tell you how many times I cleaned poo from my wife my self there , few times it was dryed and hard. was often !! rarely was cleaned well , this is just sick !!! 6500$ per month for neglect !! its a buisness not care !

As others have mentioned here, Loretta is amazing! We had an emergency situation with my 100-year old mother. Loretta literally moved mountains to get a place for my mother - even though she knew it was probably a temporary solution. We will be forever grateful. As with most such facilities, staffing is an issue on and off. However, Palm Cottages boasts a group of highly competent, dedicated staff (Sissy,, Pasha, Pashenique).who are always cheerful and active and keep things humming. The wagon-spoke concept for helping deliver care really does work and help is always a button click away. Meals are important and looked forward to and the cooks are incredibly accommodating . All in all, we are thankful for the care from each and every staff member. If you are looking for a home for a parent or yourself, you can be assured that Palm Cottages will find the best option for you.

Loretta is fabulous! She has been incredibly helpful and compassionate in a situation that has been most difficult. The staff are all very helpful and so nice. The facility is kept very clean. I would highly recommend Palm Cottages.

I was hesitant about moving my dad into a retirement home but when we found Palm Cottages and after touring and eventually deciding to move him in there, we knew we could not have made a better choice for our Dad. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, and we are always getting calls from him telling us how much he loves it!

You can tell the management cares about the quality of life here. I was touring place after place before I came across Palm Cottages. It’s the first place that felt like it had some life to it. The cottages are adorable and my mother loves how she didn’t feel like she was trapped in some big building. It’s been 6 months and I have never seen her happier. I look forward to visiting every chance I can. All the staff remember me and are so sweet!!

Palm Cottages is a very nice facility with a homelike atmosphere. The staff is great and understanding of what the people who live there and family need. We were able to use Elderlife Financial to help my mom get the funds she needed. Thank you to Gigi and the whole team for helping during the transition, it was very fast and easy.

Palm Cottages has been great for my wife’s aunt. We were not sure what steps to take to help her make the necessary move. Richard helped us every step of the way so she was able to have a smooth transition in a very difficult situation.

My mother was in between moving from a rehab facility after her emergency hip surgery before we moved her into an ALF close to my home in Viera FL however we needed a place for Mom until the ALF was open since it's brand new so we first visited PC and met Richard Hunt he was wonderful with mom and our family he made sure mom was comfortable and helped set up her respite room mom stayed at PalmCottages Rockledge for 1 1/2 mos and since this situation with mom was so new to us Richard Hunt was always available to take our calls at any time of the day or evening to answer our questions and needs for mom he made certain things w mom went smoothly during her stay. Would definitely recommend the Palm C for short term respite and as a ALF Palm Cottages truly does look after your loved one's needs and treats your loved one with dignity and respect & kindness.

Having to make the most difficult decision of my life to find a caring place for my wife of 59 years was excruciating. The staff at Palm Cottages helped me so much! Working with my tight tight work schedule to make her moving in to keeping me informed about how she was accepting and sharing her days with me on regular basis helped me better understand how best to cope. The staff I have worked with are dedicated as well as compassionate and gives me some peace of mind knowing she is being well cared for. The cottages are far more home like vs. the huge more institutional facilities. My family is happy that we chose Palm Cottages.

My 90-year-old mother took up residence at Palm Cottages a few months ago; she is very happy. The staff is very attentive the food is great and they have activities for everyone to participate in. Her favorite activity is keeping a balloon in the air with pool noodles.

Our mother was a respite resident (temporary) while waiting to get into a different ALF but only after one day of being at Palm Cottages she loved it and decided this was going to be her permanent home. Mom passed away only 3 weeks later but the care she received while here was fantastic. Angel was her 7 - 3pm nurse and she was so caring towards mom and the rest of the family. It was obvious that Angel loved all her residents in her cottage. The activities were plentiful and the business end was was also caring and understanding. Palm Cottages is a hidden gem for your loved one!!

My mom is a fairly new resident who is recovering from a bump on her head. So far I would say everything has been great. The staff are very accommodating and especially now there rules have been eased so visiting is easier. Also picking my mom up for church, family dinners, appointments etc. has been very convenient.

Feels like home for my mom. This is my 1st experience with memory care and I have to say I got really lucky picky this place. Sandy the director is awesome and Lilly the lady in charge of my moms house is fantastic and extremely caring. I looked at other places, more expensive places and this just felt right. I would highly recommend checking it out.

Place is great only issue I ran into was the community charge. I was inform that every time I want to bring my father-in-law back I would be charged the community fee again. That for me would be every year, being that I just need a place for him for 4- 5 months out of the year. Other than that their one price on memory care is not bad.
