If I could give a negative 10 I would my mom was in memory care, and the place was awful, they would lock her out of her room, lie to me about what was happening, when I went to visit her, she did not look well at all, the head of the nursing staff would like to me, and said my mother fell, but never had her go to the hospital, or had a doctor look at her. When I finally face timed with her at the end of the day, she looked like she was in a boxing match, we had to call 911 and have her rushed to the hospital, The nurse said she had a small bruise to the left of her eye. Her left eye was completely swollen shut, her entire face was black and blue and purple, and she said someone had hit her. Because she has mild state dementia, they said "oh she has dementia so you can't believe her" well I could believe what I saw and so did the hospital, luckily, she was not seriously hurt, except for having her whole face bruised, a major uti, and other issues because of their lack of care. Please beware of the memory care unit. She had to stay in the hospital for three days the doctor and staff could not believe whta they saw, we pulled her out of there and never sent her back. BeWARE

I've visited there several times and I must say, if I needed to be in an assisted living facility, that would be the one for me! The place is beautiful, the staff warm and friendly, and the residents are extremely happy. My aunt is there and I am so glad that she is! Brenda Basham makes everyone feel welcomed and LOVED!

I love Allegro in Fleming Island. My friend has lived there for about 8 years. She loves the activities they have and the entertainment they provide. The activities director Brenda, is amazing and so patient with the residents. Amanda the executive director and her staff are amazing as well. You can tell their hearts are in the right place.

My family and I have had a family member here for over 10 years. Fortunately for us, almost all the staff we started with still works there. That is saying something for any business. Their activities are exceptional, their activity, director, and other workers go above the call of duty. The place is well managed, always clean and the food is delicious. We are confident when we go out of town that our loved ones will be taken care of exceptionally well. I can't say enough for Allegro Fleming Island. My family and I are very fortunate that this facility is so accessible.

My mom lived at Allegro for almost four years. She loved her apartment and enjoyed walking around the beautiful grounds. She made many new friends and enjoyed their company at meals and activities. The staff was very caring and compassionate. It was a great experience for her and our family.

Our ladies group was invited to participate in the holiday craft fair event. I was so impressed with the facility— from the welcoming atmosphere to the care of the community. We enjoyed watching the residents shopping for gifts and especially enjoyed visiting with them. I personally have been back for other events and they are always done with excellence. This is definitely the type of place I would consider for my family and perhaps one day for myself and husband.

I was looking for an ALF for my Mom and took a tour of the facility with Lisa. She was so professional and kind and glad to answer all my questions. Allegro is a beautiful clean facility with lots of outdoor spaces for folks to gather or just sit outside on covered porches. The lunch was excellent too. I highly recommend that you take a tour and talk with Lisa.

My Grandmother is currently living at Allegro. We have had a great experience. She has transitioned so well which makes us so happy. We enjoy visiting with her on the lovely screened in back porch. There are many activities for her to enjoy throughout the day. The staff takes great care of her. Whenever we visit she is always clean and happy! We Love ALL the staff! They always make us feel like we are at home when we come to visit her. Thank you for all you do.

My experience at Allegro has been very positive. I called Lisa on the phone about a future resident and she was so helpful and she made the process very easy for me. She was so kind and answered all my questions. She made a very stressful situation into a positive experience. I have been so satisfied the care that my love one is receiving here at Allegro. I took a tour with Jennifer. very very sweet and informational girl. I was with a patient of mine, Im a CNA, we got a tour of the place and had a great lunch. my personal opinion one of the best assisted living places I have seen. Id happily be able to use Allegro for future endeavors.

I have been visiting residence in the Allegro independent living for the past month . Every visit I am greeted with a smile at the front desk and pleasant conversation as I make my way back to visit. It has been my experience that Cathleen, Lorie, and Landry have gone above and beyond anything I have seen in a similar community. Their overwhelming care for the community and each resident is a testament to their character . They turly enjoy making a difference in the lives of the residence at Allegro. I have personally recommended them to friends and loved ones .

I want to express my gratitude for the staff does to keep "us" here at Allegro up to date. We loved the recent Family Night. "HeeHaw" theme was great. Very entertaining. I want to say thanks for the update on the Wellness Gym Renovation and our Fire Safety meeting. It was very meaningful and helpful. You go out of your way to keep us informed. Also, every night I enjoy looking down on the sparkling water fountain in the pond.
