I recently visited Maple Ridge and found that the buildings were clean and bright. The campus area was also attractive. I met some of the residents and they all seemed happy and encouraged me to become a resident. They all had positive things to say about their living environment. The Staff was also very friendly. Renee explained all the details during our 1-1/2 hour tour and was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and friendly. I was impressed with Maple Ridge and I am considering this facility.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MAPLERIDGE)) Both of my parents are there.This has been a HUGE transition for us.Being the only child ,I was so afraid....but the ENTIRE STAFF from the office to the cottage...EVERYONE MADE THIS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE FOR US..I feel so loved and supported...my parents ARE SAFE AND HAPPY..I love the care and the activities...their QUALITY of life is all that I had hoped for))°°

Unfortunately my mother did not get good care. There's too few nursing assistants. My mom crapped herself so many times waiting for a bedpan that she decided to just quit eating. Sadly my mom passed away.

The minute I walked in the doors I knew this was the place for my loved one. Danielle was excellent. She talked me through the whole process. The facility is clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient.

Most fun bingo parties I’ve been to this year! Simple delicious food and drinks that emphasize low salt, low carbs, creative ie taco without shells, eaten with forks, fresh fruit & good coffee .no high salt/fat snacks,, creative presentation.. Bingo boards, paper ie disposable, use of daubers and plastic tabs (good hygiene, no germs) and game on large screen TV. Prizes are simply creative and fun. Looking forward to more games. Most recent Carnival event decor very interesting and unique! Thanks for the helpful staff not tied up with calling numbers.

Maple Ridge has been wonderful since the first day I toured the facility for my husband. Danielle, Renee, Alicia, and every care partner that I encountered were so kind and supportive. It’s so hard to place a loved one in a facility, but when you can no longer do it yourself, it’s a blessing to find a family friendly facility with compassionate staff from administration to food service (shout out to Michael!) So happy we chose Maple Ridge!

My mother’s building had just 10 residents, creating an intimate, homey environment where everyone looks out for one another. The rooms are generously sized and comfortable, making for a welcoming living space. Mike, the cook, creates truly incredible meals that residents look forward to every day. The activities each week are thoughtfully planned, keeping residents engaged, happy, and connected. Maple Ridge doesn’t just meet expectations, it exceeds them in the most caring and heartfelt way. I would give the staff at Maple Ridge more than 5 stars, if possible! It started with Shaq the Senior Living Director doing everything she could to help me get my parents placed. Everyone that I have talked to or who has been in contact with father has been excellent to work with and truly seem to be interested in our well-being. After a long year of dealing with incompetent hospital staff, therapy centers and insurance people, working with the staff at Maple Ridge has been a great pleasure and a relief that some people care about their patients or customers. A big thank you to Shaq, Tim, Natasha, Vanessa and anyone else I forgot to mention because everyone helped us.

The Staff was very helpful and the facility is clean and very nice the cottages are perfect for senior living. The transition from rehab to the assisted living was seamless.

Friend had to wait several hours for the aid to help them with sanitary bathroom procedures. Outrageously charged to live there , and for services that should be offered with high fee.
