My Grandma lives here. When I go visit her, she is always playing BINGO or some kind of game with the other ladies. The food is very good compared to the last place she lived. I know my grandma is happy here.

I LOVE the Waterford!!! Leslie the receptionist is an absolute angel and goes above and beyond her job title everyday! The festivities are exquisitely planned and executed keeping every resident busy and happy! They have a wide range of puzzles, books and other activities! Don’t get me started on chef Anna, her meals are thoughtfully crafted and wonderfully balanced/ nutritious! Felicia the driver is an absolute joy who my mom loves spending time with on the way to her doctors appointments and weekly outings. All of these points collectively make me feel better about the choice to house my mom there, it was really hard for me to make the decision to let her out of my care but the blatant lack of time made it hard to meet all her needs. The Waterford has brought my family much peace and saved the uncertainty we felt when making the hard decision to put her in IL. Thank you to all the employees for making my mom comfortable we greatly appreciate you.

I came to visit with a friend and her mother. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered every question that we had. They set up For us to have lunch during mealtime for the residents and we had a delightful time!

A very clean, welcoming place with fun activities and amazing food. The dining staff truly care and are always happy to accommodate residents’ likes and dislikes. The apartments are nice and have their own bathroom and kitchenette. If you are looking for a great place for your loved one, this would definitely be the place I would recommend for them to be!

Wow. I was about to leave a review and saw the most recent one here. It could not have been meant to address an issue with The Waterford at Plano. Our mother has been in residence there almost three years. She receives the uppermost tier of care, and we have found them to be ideal. They are professional, competent and very engaged. They have always communicated matters of significance promptly and efficiently. They keep very accurate, detailed records and work with other providers of care seamlessly. They are also very kind, and the staff attends to my mother as though she was their own. She is currently in the hospital herself and can't wait to get back to her room at the Waterford.

The Waterford has been wonderful. Although my Mom was there less than 1 month, before passing away peacefully in her sleep, the care from everyone was excellent. Each and every member of the staff has been kind, caring, and helpful. I highly recommend the Waterford at Plano for anyone needing care for their loved one!

My mom was a resident for over 4 years up until just recently. Were it not for her changing needs my mom would have continued at The Waterford. I am so grateful to have found this place back in 2019 as I don't think we could have asked for a better experience for my mom. Everyone who we came in contact with during her time there expressed genuine care for my mom, even when we were exploring the alternatives here of late. Staff members continually went above and beyond to provide help and care when needed following surgeries she had. This truly was the next best place to home for my mom. To Tori, Peggy, and the entire staff - thank you all.

My husband and I moved his grandmother into this facility over a year ago and I cannot believe I am just not getting around to writing this. Incredibly overdue. The team at the Waterford has been so helpful every step of the way, after a fall we wanted her to be closer and they have made it nothing but a smooth experience. She has regained her mobility and we sleep easy knowing she is here. The staff on the AL side has been nothing but fabulous, even when she is being hard headed. Through it all, Peggy has been incredible. We had no idea where to start or what to do at many points along the way (imagine 2 twenty somethings trying to navigate the assisted living landscape, SCARY) and she has guided us with nothing but care and positivity.

We moved our Dad here a couple of weeks ago and he's really loving it. It was easy to interact with everyone there and my Dad also said that they're all really kind.

My experience with the staff at The Waterford has been exemplary. Everyone there is caring and focused on the residents. My mom has had a series of health issues and they have been more than helpful the entire time. While my interactions with the entire staff have been great, Peggy is truly a super star. She is always willing to help and figure out solutions. The facility is very nice and the apartments are comfortable.

We were going to sit outside but it was a bit to cool. But besides that the inner yard area is not kept in good shape. It’s mostly weeds, there’s broken pottery, hoses laying around, broken plastic. It’s not a pleasant area. It could be much nicer for the residents and should be.

The staff of the Waterford have been wonderful to work with as I have relocated my 93 year old father. The cleanliness and attractiveness of the facility caught our attention at our first visit. The rooms are large and well-kept, leaving my father with plenty of room to maneuver around in his wheelchair. My father enjoys the food and has had no trouble in making friends. The residents here are very friendly and welcoming. My father and I had looked at various communities and had been unable to agree upon one that we felt met his needs. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this place. First and foremost I really don't know what I would have done with the caring and loving support of the Director- Ali, she went far and above what you would ever expect from anyone. She genuinely cares! She gave me direction information for my parent to be successful living independently, such as Senior Helpers and Baylor House calls. (who were also just as wonderful) Even though my parents time there was short due to many medical issues, I am happy that they had such a warm loving and caring place to be for awhile. Everyone there is wonderful they don't just "work" there they really do care about their residents. It's a clean comfortable homey environment great activities great dining/meals. You really wouldn't have to worry about your loved ones here. I highly recommend it!
