This facility could get a higher ranking if they could hire more people. The morale amongst the existing staff is horrible. They are exhausted and when the "higher ups" tell them if they don't want to work there then leave. We don't need you. Really?? This is a very dangerous situation for our loved ones.

Lake View does a lot for our community. My kids love coming to the Easter event. Lake View is always clean, the staff is so friendly, and the residents seem so happy. I love seeing all the fun things they do with the residents as well.

As a member of this community, thank you for all you do for the residents and community. I absolutely love that you celebrate everything, I love see the pictures of workshops, and community events. I took part in the food drive, and was so impressed with how organized and easy they made it. When I did the food drive I took the opportunity to send a friend a gift. Sarah took the gift and made sure my friend got. I see a lot fun stuff they offer to residents and our community cheers to you all for being awesome all around at this time. Just got another invite to help our local fur friends, I will be there with my drop off.

My mother came to stay at Lake View Terrace and the exceptional job this staff has done for the short time she was with us was phenomenal. They were super attentive to calling and checking up on my mom after her big fall that rendered her quadriplegic. Upon going back into the assisted living on Hospice they were so gracious in how they took care of my mom in her final days here. I am forever grateful for the kindness and compassion this assisted living facility showed to my mom and myself. Thank you to our heros who are in the front lines during this COVID crisis!!

The staff there is so caring and they treat every resident with lots of love. My mom not only gets the care she needs there physically, she also gets the emotional care - lots of love. That care helps to keep her smiling through the day rather than scowl! Love that the staff includes all the residents in their daily activities.

My mother is a resident at Lake View Terrace. I find their Caregivers are very attentive and caring to my mother! The front office employees are always friendly and willing to address any questions I may have! I am so very thankful to have my mom in a facility like Lake View Terrace!

Having visited numerous assisted/memory care places looking for an appropriate setting for a family member, I can certainly attest that you get what you pay for in the form.of care and safety. Lakeview Terrace is a clean, friendly, well-staffed, family inclusive, safe, and dedicated place. Lakeview Terrace provides mental and physical stimulating activities for the residents. Various groups in town provide entertainment ad well as services for the residents. Lakeview Terrace is completely compliant with all health codes and state requirements. Make sure you check out the status of other care facilities if you are considering them for a placement. My favorite part of Lakeview Terrace Memory Care, after the loving staff, is the events involving the youth. The residents truly adore the visits, the programs, the singing, and just being around the little ones. Five stars all the way around for Lakeview Terrace Memory Care!

I participated in an event at Lake View Terrace last year and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I also witnessed the compassionate care the staff showed to their residents as they escorted them through the event. I will be back again to participate this year.

Lake View Terrace Memory Care is a wonderful and loving home for people with dementia. It was our moms home for the last years of her life. She really enjoyed living there participating in their appropriately planned activities and outings. She also enjoyed the frequent singers and entertainers. We visited her often and every time we went she was always clean, dressed and happy. The caregivers are sooo amazingly patient and loving, generous with their hugs and optimism. It was a difficult decision to make when we finally decided to have her move to Lake View, but it was the best decision we made. We are truly grateful for how they taught us, by watching the way they cared for our mom, to be able to understand and love her again with all of her new and unusual dementia behaviors.

My dad is a well accomplished father of three, corporate manager, Master Electrician, County and City judge, and Korean war Marine disabled veteran with dementia. He is a resident at Lake View Terrace memory care and our family sleeps well at night knowing his is comfortable, respected and well cared for in theses later years of his life. I have been here at the community for well over two years now. The first thing I will say is to not base your assisted living search upon online reviews. My best advice is to go visit the community and if you are out of town and cannot then to send someone who is to let you know their experience. A community should not require an appointment to do so. So pop in anytime and request a tour. Some key things I would like to mention about this community: -They have a very home-like setting and everyone treats you like family -They are secured and have nursing staff present 24/7 for anyone who needs assistance with oxygen, nebulizer treatments, diabetic care, etc. -They do not accept the Medicaid waiver, however they are very helpful in guiding you to who does -They have the most combined management experience out of any other community in the area with over 60 years there at the community! -They are pet friendly of course with some restrictions But most importantly, they treat all of their residents with the same respect, care, and compassion as they would their own loved one. Go meet them today!

I am so pleased with the care that Redmond Heights Senior Living provides for my father. Nathan is the lead person to talk to, and he always does an excellent job of contracting our family if necessary. When we call him, we typically get a phone call back on the same day, which is also just as nice. It's great knowing that our father is in good hands at Redmond Height Senior Living.

I have visited Lake View Terrace on several different occasions and have been impressed with the care and concern employees express for the residents of this establishment. The residents appear to be well-cared for and there is an easy-going camaraderie between the higher-functioning residents and employees. The facility is clean and attractive. Employees are detail-driven when it comes to resident health care, yet flexible when it comes to addressing the residents' emotional and social needs, addressing those on an individual basis.
