Great experience here visiting my family member John . He loved living there because of all the cool activities they would do each day . The life enrichment team makes getting older easier by having fun ! Ivy was the best by far in that department . This facility is AMAZING!! We have a friend who has been staying here for about a year now. He LOVES it there!! He says it is a very warm place to be!! Yesterday afternoon, we were visiting, and also were invited to the Happy Hour they provided. There was live music and dancing, and the room was filled to the brim!! It was SO much fun for everyone, including myself too!! We did have lunch there, the choices offered on the menu really surprised me, and the food was outstanding!! The dining room, food and service made us feel like we were in one of the finest restaurants in town!! You folks really have, providing a place for Seniors, down!! The amount of activities, the field trips, and so many other amenities you provide really assures me that our friends is in the right place!!

As a Hospice volunteer, I have been privileged to observe how amazing the staff here treats patients! I have grown to love the Peaks because of this! They are caring and loving, and what a difference their care has made! I highly recommend this place for loved ones !

Sometimes people give bad reviews for a place like this when they had a bad experience. Sometimes the people who had good experiences don't take the time to write. My father was here at the Peaks for a few months before he passed. They treated him like he was all their fathers. When he got sick, the whole staff cried. I personally have lived in independent living myself thinking it would be like the Peaks while living in Albuquerque, and I was terribly mistaken. The Peaks is amazing. You know, sometimes, you don't know what you got until it is gone. This is a fantastic place. Trust me, I tried 3 places myself and perhaps I may come to the Peaks and move back to Flag. I would give you 10+ stars if I could. It was so wonderful to see how much you cared for my father, Frank Anthony Sibbio™

The Peaks administration, nursing and caregiving staff are some of the most supportive people we have ever had need to utilize. My Mom has been in 3 different assisted living communities.The Peaks is 5 stars way above the others! The staff is caring kind and go above and beyond. It takes a team to make things run so smoothly.When Mom needs something any employee near is willing to help and they do it with kindness.Thank you for making such a difficult time easier for both of us.I would recommend The Peaks to anyone needing assisted living.

I was in the Peaks for rehabilitation a few weeks while recovering from a fall and hospital stay. The care was exceptional! All of my needs were met in a timely and professional manner. The food and service were outstanding! I was impressed with the warmth and caring of staff-always making me feel my needs were important. It has my highest of recommendations!

Although I wasn't a resident at The Peaks and was only there to clean the outside of the windows, I could tell that this was a really great place to be. All of the staff that I dealt with were cool and I found them ALL to be extremely helpful. I had the pleasure of meeting several of the residents and they too were happy and really seemed to enjoy the place! Thumbs up to "The Peaks" ‘‘‘‘

Peaks provides an atmosphere of very pleasant social interactions with both the residents and staff. I get along with both which gives some meaning to the day. There is a great variety of activities especially all sorts of music and head alert games.

I have lived in the Bungalows for four years. I think that the residents and staff are extremely friendly. Also, there are lots of activities for people that have different interest. The Bungalow residents go on outings, to restaurants, concerts and various places. We also have Happy Hours, Fine Dining on Fridays and Bungalow dinners at the clubhouse; which are great! The coordinator and the assistant do a wonderful job! They seem to enjoy what they are doing, as seen in their personalities. The Bungalows provide very comfortable living quarters.

Google Review for The Peaks 10/25/19 My husband and I have lived at The Peaks for three years. Although we live independently in the Bungalows, we’re still afforded opportunities of daily activities and exercise classes which give us social contact with our congenial neighbors. Monthly, we’re provided with Peaks transportation to various outside activities, such as restaurants and concerts. We have additional benefits of being served substantial meals at The Peaks Lodge, with Friday meals being gourmet. Each month, we’re treated to scrumptious home cooked dinners prepared by our Activity Coordinator and her Assistant and served in our Club House. We also have the advantage of maintenance and housekeeping services. Staff and Administrators do their best to meet our needs; and service is always provided with personal greetings and smiles. I consider it a privilege to be a participating member of the caring Peaks Community. Life is joyful and safe here!

My grandmother was at this place and it was a wonderful experience! The caregivers and nurse were wonderful in the Assisted living and the CNA’s were wonderful in the health care center. She was sung to every day and the staff was pleasant. The food was delicious even with the many different taste buds. We had a great experience up until the end!

My parents have been living at The Peaks for almost two years and could not imagine a better place at this stage in their lives. Beautiful grounds with stunning views create the setting for their sweet apartment in the tree tops. Meals are excellent and the staff bend over backwards to make them feel at home. They love the live music during Friday happy hour too. We all feel so lucky they made their home in this lovely place!!

We moved my grandparents to this community 2 years ago. This is a couple who has lived all over the world and finally decided they needed to settle down close to family. We feel very lucky to have this place in our mountain community. The staff have been so welcoming to them and my grandparents seem so pleased with the environment. One of their favorite things to do is take a walk around the grounds each night. The view of the San Francisco peaks is amazing from here.

My name is Terry Namingha and i can't say enough good things about this place. Excellent care, probably the best place I've ever been to in Arizona, I appreciate the hospitality i received while there, i came in January in preparation for surgery in February, well my surgery didn't go so great and i ended up having to stay at the Peaks for awhile, their wound team there is excellent, they helped to heal my wound a little better so that my next surgery would go smoothly, And it did! So now i am looking forward to going back to recover and therapy. I have made great friends with the Nurses, CNA's and staff and they have become somewhat like family and they truly do care about you're well being and health i would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone who is looking for a skilled nursing facility or a home away from home for those who need medical attention. They make you feel like family!!!
