I moved my uncle into Westview and loved the place so much that I also moved my mother in 9 months later. My uncle has thrived there and is emotionally and physically healthier than he was three years ago. I would highly recommend them.

The loss of the head nurse today from Westview Assisted Living facility is a loss for all of us and our loved ones. She was carrying she was good but she was forced to find something closer to her home and we do not fault her for that we wish her well and we understand what a different she made while she was here.

I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The accommodations are first class, more like a very nice hotel than an assisted living facility. The maintenance staff is exceptional, especially Pablo!

I had lunch with my mother. Waste of 16 dollars. Had 3 small Tyson like nuggets no sauce, which i had ordered. 2 florets broccoli. Didn't bring beverage My mom had a cereal bowl of strawberry salad. No dressing. For a beautiful facility the food is subpar.

My review from early 2020 on the Assisted Living side was very positive , 5 stars, and I do think they handled the COVID shutdown well, and appropriately moved my father to the Memory Care side when his dementia advanced. However from 2021-2024 there was first a LOT of turnover in the staff (as expected for what was happening nationwide with the economy and entry-level jobs), and then even a lot of turnover in the management, resulting in people inadequately trained in working with common dementia issues like personal hygiene, and still being short-staffed. The room even wasn't getting cleaned as often or as thoroughly as it was supposed to. But it's hard for someone with dementia to relocate to completely different environment, so I stuck with it because I felt at least he was safe. As of spring 2024, I had just reached the decision point of looking at other places to move him to when he passed due to injuries from a fall. I can't speak to condition there after that.

We are very thankful for the positive changes that have been made recently by the management and employees at Westview. Coming out of COVID, they experienced problems but the improvements implemented by the current management has affirmed their commitment to quality care. We appreciate the people at Westview striving to care for our mother in Memory Care.

I am a care Manager and have been pleasantly surprised by the home-like, warm atmosphere that I have found for my client at Westview. Staff is responsive and wants to help. I have had good communication with nursing, therapy as well as office staff. I will refer others to Westview in the future.

We have found Westview to be a stellar and unique assisted living community. Our dad lived on his own until a bad fall last winter. He is a very young 96 years of age and can do just about anything he has always done. It is hard to find a facility which acknowledges and appreciates that in a resident. Our most important criteria in assisting him in finding a residence was to find a place where his intellect, personality and talents were appreciated. Besides being a lovely, homey community with a caring, kind staff, the people at Westview treat Dad as a contemporary with respect, kindness and a love of life that is wonderful to see. The staff got to know him immediately which allowed him to develop a sense of belonging that is so important to all of us.

I would like to highly recommend Westview at Ellisville Assisted Living for their loved one. My mother was a resident there for over a year, until she passed away last month. I cannot say enough nice things about the care she received and the very caring and loving staff. They were very attentive to her needs, and were very patient with her moods and stubbornness. I found that there was a low turnover of staff, so it was easy for me to deal with someone who was familiar with her. The care she received was over and above what I expected. They were quick to call if something did not seem right with her health. Excellent care to the end. They treated my mom and I like family.

My parents have been at Westview at Ellisville for over 6 months and we have all been very pleased with their expertise and care. During my first visit to Westview, a lady stopped me in the hall and asked if I was considering Westview as a home for my parents. She told me that her mother had been there for 3 years and they were very satisfied with the care and treatment, and would highly recommend it. After experiencing Westview for myself, I too am extremely satisfied with the care and feel very fortunate to have discovered Westview. Their entire staff is extremely caring and supportive of my parents. Both my parents have experienced some health / rehab issues, and we couldn't have asked for a more caring staff to help them through those times. My father also thinks the food is very good.

My mother has been at Westview about a year now. We love the staff and the facilities are wonderful. The nursing staff is very responsive as are all the other departments. Everyone always has a smile or a hello. The activities are abundant and varied. They include everything from outings and exercises to bingo and movie nights. The most important thing is that she is not alone and has people to interact with and to watch over her.

My Mother lives in the memory Care unit. I love the look of the unit and the fact that she has her own room. The staff is like family and does such a great job of caring for my Mother. After looking around I am so happy I found Westview of Ellisville. It has been a great place for my Mother to call home.
