Our family looked at many places before selecting Sodalis. The studio apartment is very nice and has proved a safe place for a dementia patient. The staff has been responsive to our issues, and the director Melissa even sends me updates and pictures. Unsolicited! Tiffany at the front desk has been a wonderful addition. I have nothing bad to say about this place, after countless efforts of my family and I trying to find my great grand pappy a forever home he can spend his last days, we found Sodalis. I knew from my first visit that this was the place I wanted him to go. He ended up passing away early in 2023. I wish I could of helped him move in here because the cafeteria was the best place I have ever been on this earth, I mean the OJ alone I had for breakfast I still am convinced they picked and hand squeezed themselves. Not only that but it wasn't any BS microwaveable food we were having restaurant quality food for every meal, I mean they even had ice cream and I dare to say it was the best ice cream I have ever had. One morning we had eggs and my great grandpappy ate 2 plates! (A miracle to get him to eat two bites let alone two plates.) If there's anyway to go back to this place just to eat even id do it and it's about 5 hours away round trip. I mean seriously if I could have my great grand pappy back or their recipe book I'd say it's a head scratcher of a decision. I'd just like to thank this incredible facility for their hard work and persistence to make a damn good dining hall. When dads old enough I told him we're going here right away and when that day comes I will finally be reunited with my own personal heaven on earth.

I would love to thank all the staff and care providers in the Memory Care. Five months ago I needed a happy place for a dear friend. I had already checked on 4 other local providers and just was not happy with the staff, the facility, and location. Finally, I contacted Sodalis on Bearss in Tampa. I went for the initial visit and signed my dear friend up that day. I found the staff to be kind, attentive, and aware of all my needs. I found the facility clean, with a large room that would make it easy for me to set up her room so that it was familiar. I have not regretted the placement. She has progressed in the disease of Alzheimer's since her arrival, but now I feel she is safe in a secure location with the loving arms of caretaker's surrounding her.

NEW MANGEMENT= POSITIVE ATMOSPHERE!!! i have close family friends who have recently moved in and they are in so much peace. The staff is friendly and attentive plus the new director is young and upbeat. She's the only executive director that i have met that knows all of her residents by their first name. She greets them everyday and has her staff well trained. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANY PARENTS OR GRANDPARENTS THAT ARE IN NEED OF A GREAT PEACEFUL AFFORABLE HOMING.

When I first moved into Elmcroft almost 4 years ago, I really liked it. There were lots of activities, entertainment, trips to stores and restaurants, and long-time employees. Covid-19 hit the world hard, and Elmcroft did a good job of keeping its residents safe. They have, however, been having a hard time recovering since mandatory quarantine finally ended. On November 1, 2021, their management company, Eclipse, was bought out by a Texas company called Sodalis. Since then, things have continued to go downhill.. I had high hopes for the new management company's promises to improve conditions but am quickly loosing hope. They have already broken promises and several good caring staff have left.

The amount of time and care this staff puts into their residents and families is truly refreshing. They are patient and kind, the management actually cares, and you can even see how happy the other residents are to be there. This is one of the most enchanting facilities I've ever been too. Everyone I've shaken hands with has met me with a smile and everyone seems to love what they do here, it's refreshing to see. It's spotless, it smells amazing, they're pet friendly but also very cautious of others and their allergies by allowing the pets solely inside the unit. Family night brings the community together and it's a breath of fresh air. I would 10/10 recommend this facility to anyone who deems fit for the community, you won't be disappointed!

My mother is in excellent caring hands at Elmcroft. While she has great cognitive capacity, she has increasing physical limitations with mobility and eyesight. Staff has been so helpful to her, always kind to assist her with small things that count such as addressing a card. Her room and the facility in general are always clean, thanks to meticulous staff who stay busy with attention to detail. While visit restrictions have been tough during COVID-19, it is peace of mind in knowing staff and residents are virus free, and I appreciate Elmcrofts safeguards in keeping my mother safe.

I have worked her since 2013. As with any job there has been ups and downs, but overall I have had a good experience working for this company. Every job is what you make of it. We genuinely care about our residents and staff and their well being. If you are just looking for a paycheck, then this is not the facility for you. You need a heart for seniors and a willingness to be apart of a team! Everyone has their own opinion, but I say come see for yourself and make your opinion!

I have been in the senior living industry for a few years, and have experienced different environments in various communities. That being said, when I became an employee at Elmcroft 2 years ago I knew I found my second home. The standards of quality for the staff and the care provided to the residents are top-notch, resulting in our community being deficiency-free during our bi-annual state survey. The environment is family oriented in a home setting. All residents are known by first name, and their adult children are as well. When you choose Elmcroft, you join a family!

We toured many places before settling on Elmcroft. That being said, once we did Tour Elmcroft there was no need to look any further. The cleanliness and overall brightness of the facility jumps out at you. There is nothing to hide here. To this day I cant say that my mother has had any complaints about the staff. Many thanks to Delia Bailey for giving us the initial tour and answering all of our questions. She continues to this day to be as accommodating as she was on day one Lara Kelley always has her door open for anyone and will do her best to take care of any issue that you may have. Its been 5 months and my mother is very happy which means the world to me and the rest of my family.

This is a great home for seniors to enjoy their final years! It is clean, warm, and welcoming, with a fun, friendly loving staff. There is a locked memory care area which is wonderful to allow people to age in place if that need arises. I know several residents who call Elmcroft home, and every time I see them they have big smiles on their faces! Highly recommended!

We couldnt be happier with Elmcrofts facility, services and the wonderful staff. Our dad had unexpected medical and support needs that required we find a facility quickly. Elmcroft had an available vacancy in Memory Care and helped expedite the in-take procedure to accommodate us. The staff was very caring and attentive, not just to Dad, but to our entire family. They provided daily updates which assured us that they were meeting his needs. Unfortunately Dads health declined very quickly and he passed away at Elmcroft with additional support from Lifepath Hospice. We thank everyone for the wonderful service they provided.

Elmcroft has the perfect layout for assisted living. It's one story, the hallway goes in a circle, with a beautiful outdoor garden in the center. Mother was very happy there. The staff was caring and became like family. [Removed], the Executive Director, is amazing and treats everyone like family. [Removed] the activities director, was energetic, caring and friendly. Alma was one of Mom's favorite staff members. Elmcroft became like home. Many groups visit, including church and school groups. Nice entertainment on Family Nights as well, and the ice cream parlor is precious! This was a lovely place for Mom to live.

We toured this community. The staff was very nice and caring. The community is clean. They have a nice library and the community is beautiful. The other residents were nice and friendly and were happy to be there for the good care. The variety of meals are appealing and the activities are offered to the residents that want to participate. We would recommend this community for other families for the care of a loved one.
