My dad has been part of the Trustwell family for the past 2 months. We have been very pleased with the staff and their kindness and care. He has friends to play cards with and there are also daily activities to help him stay involved and active. I was hesitant and felt guilty that I couldn't take care of my dad 24/7, but Leslie and Kathy did an amazing job helping me know this was the best choice for him. They reminded me that I would not need to be the caregiver, but I could be just "a daughter" once again. I love that title so much more! I stop by almost daily and am happy to see that he is having fun and being cared for in such a positive way.

We needed an assisted living facility for my sister in law. Toured a few other facilities. We brought my sister in law on this tour of Trustwell. She was upset about this possibility. My SIL was crying as I was. Kathy Chastain came to greet us. Sweet. Showed my SIL the love, and compassion that was needed at this time. SIL calmed down, Ms Chastain escorted my SIL around the building, showed her an apartment. By the end of the tour my SIL apologized to me, then went on to tell some of the residents"I will probably be moving in." If you are in need of a place for a loved one, I strongly encourage you give Kathy Chastain a call at Trustwell. The rest of the staff are really nice.

We moved my mom to Trustwell assisted living from a skilled nursing facility. She loves her apartment and the facility. Kathy Chastain was very helpful in coordinating the move and making Mom feel welcome. Stacy Kietzman has been wonderful helping her get settled in, introducing her to other residents and fellow card players! Mom loves to play cards and has made many new friends. We are very pleased with the staff and kind care she is receiving.

I met Kathy while in a state of complete panic, trying to transition my mom safely from skilled care rehab to assisted living. She was truly the calm to my storm. She spoke with care and compassion and gave me the hope I was searching for. Although my mom's condition progressed too quickly for us to actually make it through the Trustwell doors, I will always be thankful that God put her in my path to provide me guidance when I was lost.

My mom has been in Memory Care for 18 months at Trustwell. It was a major change moving her from her assisted living facility into Memory Care, but with Dee's support, the change has gone well. My mother has resided at Trustwell for over a year. During her time there we have developed many relationships with the staff. One member of staff that goes above and beyond is office manager Dee. I moved my mom into the memory care unit at Trustwell of Springfield after repeated falls at the assisted living facility she had been in. It was a tough decision, but Kathy was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. I have been very impressed with the level of care she has received. After five months she has not had a single fall. The staff in memory care is very friendly and attentive. The facility feels clean, safe, and comfortable. I’m very happy with the decision to move her there.

My Mom has lived at Trustwell Living for a year and half. My Mom was never someone who wanted to live in a nursing home. But Trustwell is so much more the staff and Director have worked closely with us to make her stay the best. But there is one staff member who has become family. Dee Jockisch the best! She answers all questions we have or directs us to the correct person, she always checks in on Mom, has kept Mom’s puppy with her when we take Mom out, amongst many other things. If I was running an organization I would have Dee at the top of the chart and Head of my leadership Team. Dee is more than a team member to us, she is our 4th sister.

I recently moved my grandparents into Trustwell Living of Springfield, and our experience has been amazing! Kathy Chastain was absolutely wonderful to work with ” she went above and beyond to help us during a stressful time. She even made it possible for my grandma to stay in a fully furnished temporary apartment until the one we chose was ready, while my grandpa was in rehab after a hospital stay. That kindness and flexibility meant so much to our family. The staff here are all so friendly and caring, and the facility is always clean and welcoming. My grandparents have said the food is great too! We’re so thankful to have found such a supportive and comfortable place for them. Highly recommend Trustwell Living of Springfield!

This place is amazing. They worked with my father and I to get him in on short notice. Kathy and Penny make sure all your needs are met and are very caring and respectful. It is very clean and all staff are amazing. The food is really good. When you are at the hard time of making the decisions and transitioning to assisted living, the staff at Trustwell makes it less difficult and less stressful. I give them 5/5 stars.

Trustwell Living Springfield is a crown jewel in the Springfield, IL area. They just cut the ribbon on their brand new Memory Care community and it could be nicer or more inviting to our families and Residents. Kelly Ann our Community Relations Director and Shannon their Executive Director are seasoned, experienced professionals in the Senior Housing sector and are experts in their field and give the utmost care and attention to the entire moving experience as well as solid and sound advice. They will never steer you wrong and know every aspect of the search, move and living experience you will need to know when you’re looking for your loved one. Exceptional care, cleanliness and attention to detail you will find at this community.

I can’t say enough about TrustWell! My mom received the best care. Our family tried other places and we were not satisfied. TrustWell was a breathe of fresh air! All the staff were kind and compassionate. Rooms are so nice. Cost was cheaper than most. The remodel is quite beautiful. I highly recommend TrustWell!
