Do not send your love ones to this facility, especially memory care. My son in law was there and the staff is not properly trained for dementia patients. When you needed help, you were told everyone is busy and had to wait sometimes a half hour to an hour. Never enough staff. Night and day staff never communicated. If there was a problem with a patient no one claimed to know anything that happened. Patients were sent to the hospital when it was not always necessary, causing family to pay many unnecessary medical bills. When insurance stopped paying for certain medication, family was not notified in a timely manner.. Total lack of communication. This is a high price facility and not worth it.

During the height of the pandemic the staff fought the virus and kept our family safe with low infection numbers within the building!! The management team and staff truly care about the residents and are constantly exceeding our expectations. Have been amazed how management has been available to address any concerns we have had 24 hrs a day by phone or in person if required. In our experience the staff truly is concerned and cares about our family. Even maintenance staff has been capable and patient with our family.
