The community was clean, inviting, and from the moment you walk in, you can feel the warm, welcoming environment and genuine care for residents. Honestly, one of the first things I noticed was how happy the staff looked—it really speaks volumes about the culture and the care provided. A special shoutout to Kyle Donohue, Senior Advisor, whose customer service was truly outstanding. He was really down to earth, took the time to listen, answer every question we presented, and helped us feel confident and supported during this very emotional decision. His compassion really made us feel comfortable and at ease. The amenities offered are wonderful—Everything feels well-maintained. We loved to learn thar there are team members on-site 24 hours a day for safety and support. Not only do they have a workout space, but they also have a pool. I want to move in myself! I especially loved that they offer a chauffeur service for medical appointments—this would make things so convenient for us. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a place for your family, call Kyle and visit Deer Park Village. It’s beautiful community that checked all our boxes.

Now her perfume was stolen and her neighbor had money stolen. Police were called and fingerprints being done but management has not taken this seriously. If you move here GET CAMERAS!!!!

In looking at a number of Senior Living options for Mom, the moment I walked into Deer Park Village Senior Living, I knew it would be "home" for her. The facility is elegantly appointed, a welcoming friendly community atmosphere, well maintained with a high attention to cleanliness was my first impression just to name a few. Mom has been a happy resident going on six months. We are appreciative of the wonderful Administrative staff to aides, caregivers, nurses, dining room servers, maintenance personnel, drivers and all that work with heart at DPV, and of course, to mention the amazing residents! Mom considers all her family and is thankful everyday living and loving the Deer Park Village "experience". And the food!!! The culinary creations are superb - variety, quality, quantity and presentation exceed excellence. Activities, events and performances are professionally well chosen and always something for everyone's personal interests and taste. A huge plus is residents are encouraged and engage in suggestions and recommendations on all. If you, family member or friend are considering Senior Living, I highly recommend scheduling a tour at Deer Park Village Senior Living.

I came to visit today looking to find a place which might be suitable for my grandfather, now that my grandmother has passed along. William was particularly helpful in giving me a guide through what to expect from the continued stay, along with going into detail on what sort of activities are available for residents to partake in. The facilities are kept clean. the staff that i saw were all very friendly, and I could tell William thoroughly enjoyed the work he did by the way he talked about the fun he has making the living experience enjoyable here. All of the amenities we toured were fantastic. The halls and rooms felt spacious with plenty of room for wheelchairs and walkers. Food from the bistro smelled delicious, although I did not try any. All in all, I would say this senior living establishment is one of the few I'd even consider.

My husband and I are overwhelmed regarding looking into senior assisted and memory care facilities for my mother-in-law. We called Deer Park Village asking if we could stop by in 15 minutes (without an appointment) to get some information about the community. Kyle took the time to meet with us, answer all of our questions, provide the information we needed, AND Kyle even gave us a tour of the community! Deer Park Village assisted Care facility was clean and welcoming. I told my husband if I’m missing one day check there! What a beautiful place with a lot of fun activities. As Kyle gave us a tour, he seemed to know everyone by name and greeted them warmly. His very detailed follow up the next few days was very helpful. It’s never easy to realize your loved one needs to be put into assisted living and the process of convincing your loved one that it is best for them.

It’s never easy to realize your loved one needs to be put into assisted living. We moved my mom into the Deer Park Village Memory Care facility. I must say that it was the best thing for her. The facility is state of the art. Clean, colorful, welcoming. The food is excellent and top notch. Restaurant quality. And let’s not forget the most important aspect. The staff. The staff members are so friendly and helpful. You can tell they truly care about the well being and needs of each and every resident. That is very rare to find. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to have their loved ones receive top notch care with a superior staff and very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I just called the front desk at this place to inquire about pastoral care for residents. Basically, do they offer any kind of spiritual services? The rude woman who took my call replied very curtly, "No, we don't do that here." Then she promptly hung up on me. Great first impression! Deer park village is a very welcoming facility with fabulous activities and events for residents and families to take part in. Some of the best activities I've seen is the Derby races where staff raced each other and residents predicted the winners, Mothers day brunch where the mothers walked a red carpet, Easter egg hunt for the community, trick or treating for the community with a haunted room for Halloween 🙂 I also love the different fitness classes that Deer Park Village provides such as daily aerobics class, Gari's classes on Mondays and Thursdays are fantastic and everyone loves Maureen's bands class as well as her dance class. The culinary staff provides wine nights every month or so where they showcase wine and food from different regions. Also, the staff is very attentive and willing to help whenever needed. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area either looking for a loved one or themselves!

My husband and I toured Deer Park Village this week. Our experience exceeded any and all expectations. This review is a 5 STAR+ Rating. Prior to our visit, I had an introductory call with Kyle Donohue. Looking into Independent/Assisted living facilities wasn’t part of the plan for parents. I was forthcoming with Kyle, wanted full transparency. Kyle was extremely patient, kind and understanding. After our call, Kyle followed up with an email including a few attachments so my husband and I could familiarize ourselves with Deer Park Village, prepare questions accordingly. When scheduling our visit, Kyle was most accommodating since our daily work calendars are hectic. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted. The receptionist clearly didn’t know we were there for a tour. We could have been a couple visiting Family/Friends. We were nicely greeted, asked how we could be helped. The lower level and entry is immaculate. This was my first impression. However the biggest selling point for me is there is no nursing home or hospital smell. This is the case throughout the entire facility. Kyle’s presentation was exceptional. He truly went above and beyond. Each level of care was covered, options, choices, suggestions and examples. This was not a Sales Pitch. Genuinely felt like Kyle is representing his own family member and wants the best for ours and us. The tour left us speechless. Felt like we were on vacation or at a resort. The decor, colors, tone and themes are most appealing. The facility is secure, parking options available and food options are excellent! The areas of interest are endless and that’s just at the facility; activities, events and social gatherings. This doesn’t include excursions. A Salon, art studio, various therapy sessions, driving services, pool, etc… Hallways are wide too. The layout is unique, great floor plans. The unit we toured was bright, spacious and roomy. Fantastic kitchen. We can’t say enough about Deer Park Village. Kyle, thank you!
