The meals are wonderful and well proportioned. Tish is amazing at helping with dietary needs.The staff is very friendly. There are a few that really go above and beyond to meet your needs. Lisa is very good at finding you "the perfect" apt and then following up to make sure you feel at home.

My Mother and my step father have lived at Sun Terrace Prosser for two years!!! As a family we are truly grateful for the care provided. My Mother is solely dependent on the staff and they do a fantastic job of being attentive to her needs!!! They are number one in my book!!! I’m at ease whenever I walk out of their doors knowing she is safe and properly cared for. Thank you Sun Terrace staff!

My parents were in Sun Terrace for 7 1/2 years. They took good care of them through the covid years and as they each declined in health. The staff really cares and I had peace of mind knowing they were looking out for them when I wasn’t there. I would recommend Sun Terrace to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place for their loved ones to live, knowing they are in good hands.

The staff has been beyond accommodating and welcoming to my mother at this juncture in her life. This stage has been trying for both my mother and myself. They always have a smile and know everyone by name. They treat everyone with respect and dignity. I am thankful for Sun Terrace!

Parking is good. Hallways are kind of small for two way traffic. Rooms ate tiny but functional.

This facility is one of the best I’ve been too. I’ve visited most in Yakima and never had a pleasant experience the staff is awesome ! Very kind and polite my client loves to stay here she loves this place and the food is great!

I always had reservations about assisted living facilities in the past, but Sun Terrace has completely changed how I feel about senior living! I visited with the staff at length and the residents, and I have toured several times. I absolutely LOVE this place! The residents are always engaged in activities and smiling, and they seem to be a pretty active group. They even have Wine Down Wednesdays and Bingo! I appreciate how the staff respects the privacy of some residents, who choose to leave doors closed and also some who choose to leave their doors open. Each time I have toured, there was always staff around every corner either cleaning or visiting with a resident. This level of respect and honor for seniors speaks volumes to me, and I feel excited that my grandmother will have the attention and care she deserves. Sun Terrace has absolutely demonstrated the "above and beyond" attitudes that should come with every assisted living facility community. When it comes to my grandmother and my own personal quality of senior life, I choose Sun Terrace, hands down!

Mom moved to Sun Terrace out in Prosser a year ago or so. Our family all lives either in Richland or Sunnyside. We worried at first about the drive to go and see her but it is not bad at all. The building is in a very pretty location and is very nice to drive in to. Mom is happy with the care she was worried that she would not like having new caregivers but she settled in very good. It took her about 3 weeks to finally get settled but she has done very good ever since. The one complaint mom has is that she has a courtyard apartment and one of the other residents that has a courtyard apartment has a dog that is very friendly and will come over to mom when she is on her patio. She does not like dogs so she dislikes this. They do host a monthly friends and family event that we don't always get to but mom loves. The food is very good. Everything looked at we are very happy. good care, good food, plenty of activities and mom is happy.
