We ultimately chose another facility only because a room unexpectedly became available elsewhere and we were under a very tight timeline. Otherwise, Vintage Health Care Center would have been our choice. I reached out to Alex around 9:00 PM, fully expecting to hear back the next day, but she responded almost immediately. She arranged a tour for us the very next day, and from the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome. Alex took the time to show us the entire facility, introduced us to the different department heads, and answered every question we had with patience and compassion. She never made us feel rushed or pressured, and her warmth and professionalism made what could have been a very overwhelming process feel much more manageable. While I can't personally speak to the experience of having a loved one as a resident, I can absolutely speak to the exceptional experience we had during the admissions process. The facility was clean, welcoming, and everyone we met was friendly and engaged. If you're looking for a place that makes families feel heard, valued, and supported from the very first interaction, I would absolutely recommend scheduling a tour with Alex.

Independently dependent. Being paralyzed from the chest down I am dependent upon others to get out of bed, in the shower, dressed and in my wheelchair every morning. Skilled nursing is also needed daily. Well this morning.. it was a great team effort timed perfectly. Starting with CeeCee. She was a hard drivin', bed makin', hard workin', happy smilin', shower slingin' and hoyer haulin'machine!! She also had Angela, the wound care nurse lined up, immediately after my shower (which is the key to me getting up before lunchtime). The "calm as a cucumber" Angela had me patched up with pride w 40 minutes to spare. Within 15 minutes, in comes the one and only positive and powerful heartbreaker "cor-yVETTE"who handled another necessity and finallyl CeeCee,(Jessica's lil sis - obviously beauty and smiles run in the family) showed right back up and finished the job of readying me for my day by lifting me into my motorized wheelchair just in time to enjoy some meatloaf and Texas longhorn softball. Credit where credit's DUE, TO all of YOU, Thank YOU, DREW and YOU TOO Miss Shenise.

We recently moved my 85 year old father from a similar facility in CA. The administration and staff have been great. Everyone has been very friendly and have gone above and beyond to help my father in this transition. The only facility as well that took an active role in helping me acquire and guide me on all the paperwork from going from one state to another, Medicare/Medicaid is tricky let alone the differences in each state. My family and I feel Blessed to have my father close and living at The Vintage.

I have loved ones that have been at this facility and the nursing staff and CNA staff are all great! They're attentive to the residents who live there and the residents come first. I really appreciate the care and concern that has been given to my father and brother.
