The staff at Lexington Manor is second to none. I watch them interact with my parents and I realize I have made the right choice. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a caring place that feels like home for your loved ones…LEXINGTON MANOR IS THE PLACE!! I must make a huge shout out to BRANDY, although every person here is warm and friendly and caring. My dad was not having it(early dementia)Brandy and her helpful & caring staff helped him navigate through the newness of his new life & new HME. I have so much peace knowing he is so well cared for, and he absolutely loves it there and carries on of how wonderful his meals are and so healthy & they have his ice cream too 5 star all the way!! Thank you Lexington Manor for caring for my dad! I would recommend this wonderful assited home to everybody!!

I knew my mother was going to have to go into assisted living soon, so I spent a year or so looking at different communities in the area. Lexington Manor was by far the best for my mother and she is there now. The staff are very caring.

It has been a little over a month and our family has been very pleased with Lexington Manor. From the very beginning, Brandy was available to answer our numerous questions, provide us with information about what Lexington has to offer, tour the beautiful community and so much more. Her friendly and positive attitude made us feel comfortable and at ease during this very important transition. Over the past month, we have been getting to know all the various staff at Lexington and have observed that they really treat the residents like family. The staff at Lexington have been very friendly, helpful, respectful and accommodating. From Brandy to Noelle, Jackie at the front desk, Angela in the business office, Tom in maintenance, CNA's Pam and Greg, and Lela, Daniel, Brooke, Karen and so many more in nursing. Our family is confident that we made the right decision when choosing Lexington Manor.

We toured seven facilities when looking for an Assisted Living Facility for my mother in law. This was the last one AND THE BEST! She has only lived here two weeks and could not be happier! My husband and I are impressed with how clean it is and how incredibly friendly the staff is. I think they all knew her name by the third day. She says the food is very good, lots of activities...she can be busy or read in her room. Nursing staff stays on top of everything! We truly appreciate the care they provide.

When I knew it was too much for my mom to live alone, I looked for an assisted living facility for her to move to. I checked out all available in the area and just knew that I wanted her at Lexington. She agreed she liked it best, as well. She has been there six months now and has made friends and eats much better than when she was alone. ALL the staff are caring, respectful and genuine. They treat each tenant with the respect they deserve and work with the families so as to provide the best care. From the beginning, Noelle and Brandy have worked with me and will talk to me any time I have questions. I am so happy to have my mom there.

I had my 93-year-old mother 101-year-old aunt at Lexington Manor. They were comfortable and happy. My mother loved all the people who work there. I love that everyone that works there and helped my mother remember her every time I go in. My aunt has since moved to a nursing home do to her health. Oh how we miss Lexington Manor. So many compassionate people employed there. I highly recommend Lexington Manor.

There was never a question after visiting with Noelle and others that our uncle would always be in caring and capable hands. The transition was seamless throughout the entire process and each day since he moved in we continue to feel confident we picked the very best facility in the area. His new home is cozy and safe and he’s made lots of new friends. The entire facility is spotless and mealtimes are fun as are many other activities planned in advance. He always has something to look forward to as he stays engaged with the others residing at the facility. The music, laughter, games, and outings are such a joy led by Brandy and others. The administrative staff are always helpful and the nursing care comes with a gentle hand and it’s just amazing how they go out of their way to be sure every need is met. We find comfort knowing he wears an alert button that he can push at any hour on any day and someone will always be there. Thank you to Lexington Manor for all you do every single day!!

My parents were at this facility for 3.5 years . My father died 18 months ago but my mother continued living here. Unfortunately, we noted this facility has declined steadily in several areas. The food quality, variety and service has dropped precipitously. The general staff tries hard but as they appear understaffed , they seem to have significant turnover and in my opinion the rank and file employees morale has declined . They have had significant turnover in upper level day to day management , the current management staff seems destined to perpetuate the downward trend . The nursing coordinator struck me (I happen to be a physician ) , as woefully out of date on basic knowledge and in fact not only wrong but far worse headstrong and unyielding . They gave us mixed messages as to my mother's return after an extended hospitalization and resulted in great distress to my 86yo mom and significant logistical problems for us as a family . I found them callus as to the gravity of the problems they created for us but much more importantly for the emotional state of my mother . I would not recommend this facility in its current state , we have moved my mother to another facility and she is very happy and often remarks on how much better the food and cleanliness is at the current facility.

My uncle has been living at Lexington Manor for 14 years! He is so well taken care of by the staff! He just celebrated his 104th birthday! The staff went all out to make it a phenomenal day!

This is an absolutely wonderful place for your loved ones to live. The alert pendant made this an easy decision to make. My father was here a short amount of time but more staff knew and took interest in him than the facility where he lived for 3 years. The management is very kind and considerate of the resident's needs and covers all the bases with medications and assisted living. The staff is very diligent from nurses, LPN, aids, and dietary and each took their roll professionally with heart. There were many times I would witness staff with kind words, hugs, and understanding with a tremendous about of empathy. The staff always made me feel I was part of the Lexington Manor family.

I moved my 88 year old Aunt and Uncle into Lexington Manor in Feb of 2020 - and Im so glad I did! No sooner did I get them moved in, COVID hit. There is no way they could have managed on their own. Noelle, and all the staff there are extremely nice and my Aunt and Uncle love it there!

If you are looking for a place to live with a great wonderful caring staff this is the place you are looking for. I had the privilege of working there and the staff I worked with are all in tune with one another and very caring of the residents. Know each resident and their needs too. I can't say enough about them. The kind of place you want to put your family in and feel good about their care. Also if you are looking for a good place to work I can't say enough about how everyone helps one another here.

Lexington Manor is a wonderful assisted living community. I am so grateful to the caring staff including Noelle, Samantha and Brooke, who have been so helpful. The facility is beautiful and clean, and the compassion for the residents is clearly evident. The schedule includes good meals and many fun activities. Lexington Manor deserves the highest rating, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone searching for an assisted living facility.

I moved my 87 year old Aunt and Uncle into Lexington Manor in Jan 2020. They lived alone and I was constantly driving down (from Myrtle Beach) to take care of them. My Aunt had some surgeries and needed help recovering from both. I was with them at their home for approximately 1-2 months every time I went down. In Jan 2020 we talked about them needing help because my Aunt wasn't able to cook, clean, do laundry, etc because of her age and recovering from multiple surgeries - that's why I kept going down - I was so worried about her. We toured Lexington Manor with Noelle and they loved it! They were moved into their 2 bed, 2 bath condo within a month - all their meals are prepared for them (they get to choose from a menu!), their condo is cleaned weekly, and they even do their laundry! When COVID-19 hit, I was so relieved knowing they were being well taken care of at Lexington Manor. Best decision we ever made! They love it there! I'm so thankful for Lexington Manor.

What a blessing they all are to so many Residents and their families. Thankful to have a community such as this in our neighborhood! Live to serve others every day! I would definitely recommend Lexington Manor. I had 2 neighbors who moved into Lexington Manor and have been very happy there. They love the food and care they receive. It is a well maintained facility and always has lots of activities for its residents.

Clean, bright, friendly. One of the best assisted living facilities in the area. The staff are caring and friendly.. If you choose to participate, there are plenty of planned activities; games, socials, music, arts and crafts, cooking demos, bus trips to banks, doctors, restaurants, shopping or mystery ride. Very nice dining room with plenty of choices.
