My wife and I went to see a friend that had just recently gone to the facility for rehab from a stroke. It was later in the evening and front door was locked but woman at front desk saw us immediately and let us in. She was also very helpful with the sign in process. We were not there long but it seemed quiet and peaceful. The few staff we encountered were very friendly and the place seemed to be well kept

This is the first time I went to this residence. The front door attendant was smiling and very conversational in a very positive way! The entryway was narrow, but opened up into a very large Beautiful lounge Decorated with pumpkins and lights. The residence smelled very clean and that makes a difference to me! We were visiting my husband’s uncle Danny, and once we entered into the Alzheimers unit, we saw that he was clean, comfortable and well groomed. And I always look at the teeth and uncle Danny had clean white teeth :-)The residence there with uncle Danny seemed very happy and conversational. We met Anna and Rene. And they had no complaint and seem to be happy. The nursing staff was very helpful getting us into an out of of the Alzheimer’s unit. We thanked them for their job well done!

This place is by far the WORST nursing home I’ve ever visited in my lifetime. The staff members are very rude and disrespectful to the residents. The roaches at this place are uncontrollable. This place is NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LEAVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS if you truly deeply love them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY AT ALL

I was prepared for the usual experience smell bad and so forth. BUT! This facility smelled super clean and was clean!! I did not smell any urine or dirty linen. The front desk receptionist was polite and easy to talk with!!

This place has been so good for my mom. The nurses and staff are so great with her. They keep me updated on her always. Whether it’s to let me know of test results, any changes in her health good or bad, or fun news about her day, they always let me know. She always looks happy there. Oh and I love the pretty hairdo’s they do for her often.

I can’t say enough good things about this facility. The staff overall is wonderful, but I want to especially recognize Mz. Candice for her outstanding dedication and care. She is always so attentive to the residents, treating everyone with warmth, patience, and genuine kindness. It’s clear that she goes above and beyond every day to make sure the residents feel comfortable, heard, and valued. Seeing how she interacts with everyone gives families like mine real peace of mind. This facility is Awesome. The Staff is caring and the Administrators are knowledgeable. I've been coming here for months to see a clients of mine (she has no family). My client loves it here to the point where she begged me to change her address to this one, saying she never wants to leave. The staff, especially Kayla and Jessica, is so loving and stern. They love on their residents while also not allowing the residents to run them over with an 18 wheeler. Lol.

Westside campus of care is one of the top notch nursing facilities in the Fort Worth area. Typically you see most facilities that simply do not care about their residents but not this facility this facility is huge facility with multiple nurses and CNAs that will go the extra mile to take care of the residents, on top of everything they have a full rehab team with each member of the rehab team being experienced and great at what they do.

Westside campus of care is an awesome facility. The whole team, nursing, rehab, dietary and housekeeping work together to ensure their residents are taken care of. The therapy team is exceptional with interactive group exercises and activities that are geared to keep the residents interested and motivated! Overall, this is a great facility!

This place has the best food I've ever seen in a nursing facility, rehab or otherwise. As a probate lawyer for 35 years, I've been in a LOT of nursing homes for all kinds of reasons. I've been in fancy, expensive ones and ones that could barely stay open and were "not nice". This place has the best food on a consistent basis. It's reasonably clean and well kept. I know this because my mother was in West Side for over 8 years. She came in at age 90 with rehab from surgery and stayed 9 months, then went home. West Side was suggested by one of the hospital docs, so I went out there on a Sunday afternoon to see it. I thought it was pretty good, and the rehab wing where mother would be is quite good. Home three weeks, and she breaks some other bones and has more surgery. So then she's back at West Side and stayed until she passed last week. The staff was always understanding and mostly cooperative. As a chronic manic depressive, my mother could be argumentative, rude and stubborn. She was usually very sweet when on her meds. She was never as monitored on her meds-and therefore generally not depressed or manic-as she was at West Side. She got excellent care there and wouldn't have lived as long elsewhere. I know the food was good because I watched her be excited about her meals and eating them many, many times. It's not perfect-ALL nursing homes smell strongly of urine, feces or cleansers sometimes and have disturbances from other patients, plumbing problems, A/C and TV outages, etc. that can upset the patients. It's hard for any of them to keep staff. West Side isn't a new facility. But it's the best I've seen for a place to put a loved one if you're on any kind of budget. They handled Covid exceptionally well in my opinion. They were very aggressive and defensive for their patients. If she were alive, she would still be there.

Westside has come such a long way! Jackie has always been so kind. Rosina, the DON, has been helpful in answering nursing questions. The administrator is helpful and knowledgeable. It has been nice being able to build a relationship with a facility that loves their residents and the community.
