This place is fantastic and affordable. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the view is beautiful. Its also conveniently located. My family is so thankful for this place as it allows my father in law to live independently a bit longer. Highly recommended.

If your looking for a place for mom and dad, this is the place, staff very nice and helpful, only negatives trying to get hold of mgmt, they are very busy so an appt email or text is the best way to go. Place smells clean all the time apts well maintained, cable,electricity,water,gas all included in rent, appts very nice, 2 bedroom have a dishwasher,stove,fridge...staff great and on top of everything....great experience!

I think Victory Hills is a very nice place to live. The food is good, we have programs and activities, we're not just sitting around. That helps a lot. As we get older we start to lose our spark and Victory Hills can bring it back. Everyone enjoys it, I know I do!!

I had a small water leak a few days ago I thought it was the ac but noticed it was the window. I called the office and during the next few hours I had 4 people come nursing and the front office brought towels, maintenance came promptly determined what the issue was and within hour it was fixed!! They made sure I had a fan and dehumidifier, so, I just want to summarize by saying I am very grateful!!

I am contracted with Victory Hills through Aegis as the new Wellness Coordinator. The community here is full of energy and everyone has been so nice. Some of the favorite activities are Happy Hour, creative art club, excursions to the corner cafe and so much more!!!

This is my second time at Victory Hills and I have loved every minute of my time here. The staff are all helpful, friendly. They care about all the residents equally and make each one of us special.
