My mom has been in Prestige Senior Living for over three years now and has cognitive impairment. Overall, we're very pleased with this community. The staff is very compassionate and supportive of her care in various ways including helping to ensure that her medical and physical needs are consistently addressed. The atmosphere is very pleasant - we enjoy walks around the building to enjoy the lovely flowers and little vineyard. I appreciate so many people on the staff it's hard to name them all, but stand-outs include Julie, Ralf, Kisa, Kathleen, Maseh, Flower, and so many more. We are fortunate that my mom has such a caring home!

Lunch was great and staff were kind and attentive but they forgot that I wanted coffee and gave everyone at the table coffee but me. The tables were well decorated for Easter and the squirrels outside were nice entertainment for our meal, they have the most rotund bellies and eat peanuts outside.

I can't thank the team at Riverwood enough. They are detailed, professional and compassionate. My mother became a resident about thirty days ago and she couldn't be happier. From her initial evaluation through move-in, the process was simple and welcoming. It was not easy for her to leave the home she lived in for over 45 years but the personal attention Ralf Brabandt added along with the care team made the transition a pleasure. It's a huge weight off our shoulders knowing she is getting her medications on time, is never alone and is always comfortable. We couldn't ask for more. There are daily activities, good food in the dining room and a warm accepting community. My mom is living with the early stages of dementia and on her way to a new chapter in her life. I am confident her care team will make sure she is safe and happy. Thanks again to everyone at Riverwood. Job well done!

My experience, as a short-term resident at Prestige, was overwhelmingly positive. The caregivers, and administrators are just plain competent and caring. I’ve recommended it to family and friends whose loved ones are in need of a care facility. This is why I gave Prestige five stars. I would give them six stars if I could.

My brother has been a resident of Prestige Riverwood for several years. The staff care for him kindly and with respect. On Thanksgiving day, our family attended a lovely luncheon which was very festive and upbeat. The facility coordinates many activities for the residents, my brother especially enjoys the movie gatherings. Our family rests easier knowing that our brother is well cared for at Riverwood.

My wife has been a resident for a little over a month. Prestige is a very bright cheerful facility. Her apartment is very nice, bright and clean. The staff is very friendly and cheerful, and seem to be very caring for the residents. It has a great feel to it. There are many activities that are available, and can do whatever you care to do. She is very happy with her choice of Prestige Senior Living. Highly recommended.

Prestige Riverwood Assisted Living has been a wonderful home for my mom these past two years. The staff is incredibly kind, caring, and attentive ” they truly listen and go above and beyond for residents. The facility is always clean, bright, and welcoming (and smells like fresh coffee and popcorn, not old folks home ” huge win!). The food is great, too! I appreciate Director Ralf’s attention to detail, Office Manager Julie’s pleasant and helpful nature, and Kathleen’s warm friendly smilethat greets everyone at the front desk. The new vineyard and backyard garden are beautiful, and activities keep residents engaged and happy. We deeply appreciate everyone who works so hard to make Riverwood feel like home ” Mom has truly found her second family here!

Attended an amazing open house today hosted in the renovated dining room overlooking at the beautiful new vineyard. As they celebrated world champagne day, staff were incredibly kind, and residents are welcoming and well cared for

Our Mom moved into Prestige Riverwood in June of this year, and she (and we!) couldn't be happier with her life at there! The staff is really terrific and genuinely care for her. Her room is freshly updated and clean, and the public spaces are pretty, modern and all in good repair. We feel so lucky that she's there!

I have been to this community several times and I must say it is beautiful! The rooms and amenities are full of thoughtful touches meant to enrich every community member’s experience. Catherine is their Community Sales Representative. She is a true gem and has a genuine caring servant’s heart. I highly recommend this community for your loved one. Matt Holton was extremely helpful in the intake process and was very available to us as a family. He answered all of our questions and was reassuring about the process. Mom loves the new place, and calls it her "forever home". The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and welcoming. This is a great place, and I'm so thankful we found it.

How lucky I was and thankful I am to have had the experience in finding a relations director like Matt Holton. Matt not only understood the importance of urgency I felt in finding a safe, clean and happy environment in which my mother would feel welcomed and comfortable. He and his staff went above and beyond in guiding and helping myself and family understand and complete the process. With Matt and all the staff which my family and I have had the pleasure to meet so far, we are thankful and much more stress free knowing our mother is in a safe caring environment and still has the feeling she is in control of her life.
