I enjoy living at New Pond and spending time with all the residents and staff. I love that I do not have to shop, cook or clean. I love the ease of life. I like to walk around the delightful campus, participate in the activities of my choice all while enjoying privacy in my beautiful apartment.

We have lived in New Pond Village for five years and are very happy that we chose to come here. It is a very warm and casual atmosphere. The residents and staff are friendly and welcoming. There are numerous enjoyable activities to keep us entertained and active physically and intellectually - lectures, concerts, workouts, games, etc. You can be as busy as you want to be.

The personalized care that is provided for my mother & father at New Pond Village in Walpole MA truly is extended from every staff member in that facility. The better word is actually a community and every staff member from housecleaning, coordinators, dining staff, nurses, personal care attendents and all members of management truly care for my parents. As an adult son who is in the throws of still caring for my own children and now caring for my parents, New Pond Village has given me not just the knowledge that my parents are in a safe place but are actually enjoying their time while giving me piece of mind. I cannot stress the amount of social activities that are offered for my parents and not just at the independent living area but also in the memory care unit.

I have lived here for two years. I'm very pleased with the surroundings and setting of New Pond. I love my apartment and large balcony. The food is very good. I look forward to the outings they provide. Both staff and residents are friendly. I'm an artist, so I enjoy going to the activity room twice a week to paint.

My Dad needed more care than I could consistently provide and I needed to move him somewhere with 24/7 support. I'm so incredibly happy that I chose New Pond Village. He loves the staff, food, and activities amd I love the cleanliness, responsiveness, security, and dignity afforded him. He had been in his home for nearly 50 years and said he'd never move to assisted living. Beautiful place. Bright cheery rooms. Kind caring staff that do everything to make your parents move there a smooth seemless event. I’m so happy my mom is in the dementia ward tomorrow and dad should be there soon in an independent living apartment making it very easy for him to see mom when he wants while not worrying about her care . I feel so at ease knowing they’ll be well cared for and happy there! I look forward to pushing them and walking with them around the grounds when I visit!

I am proud to live at new pond village because there is a good reputation for friendly, inclusive residents. There is excellent staff who care about doing good work. The thing I enjoy most about the dining experience are the pleasant hostesses and servers who do their best to please the residents requests. My favorite things to do here at new pond include the YMCA stretch and tone classes 4 days a week; chair yoga and Saturday stretch class. I also enjoy rummycube, bingo, lucky dice and Tai Chi with Minor Diaz. Special events such as Netflix (watching the crown series currently) and movies.

I am proud to live at New Pond Village because the residents and staff are very friendly and helpful and make NPV feel like home. We feel proud to live in a lovely, upscale community. The grounds and apartments are beautiful. I enjoy the dining as the food is very good, the staff is friendly and the dining room is attractive, it is fun and interesting to dine with our neighbors at NPV. My favorite things to do include the consistent daily exercise classes in the morning, walking around the grounds for exercise and the special programs especially musical programs.

I am glad that I choose NPV when looking for a retirement community three years ago. It has something for everyone, in a friendly and home like atmosphere. I have always been involved with bridge and reading groups and am delighted to be able to continue those activities here. Also, a chance to start something new for me in the Creative program and I have started painting which I am enjoying very much. Dining here is a social time of day.. being with friends.,, and getting to meet new ones. The menus offer a choice of three entrees each evening and there are always other options if you prefer . The food is mostly outstanding.

This is a great complex of full-service elder care. They have a wonderful staff that clearly cares about the residents, and they are constantly making improvements. I am very familiar with a lot of Benchmark properties in the area, and this is a great one. I perform at over 30 elder communities in the area, and from a vendor point of view, they have a great back of house operation that is reliable and has a lot of Integrity to it. That would be very important to me if I were someone exploring elder care for my parents.
