Very friendly staff and plenty of activities for the residents. However, badly in need of updated appliances, new carpeting and a paint job is in order. The carpet was very old and nasty and the appliances are very old.

Love the new sign in system and how it takes your temperature at the front desk. The front desk receptionist CeCe is so kind and helpful. The front of the building where people get dropped off and picked up needs to be widen so more vehicles can pull up. When someone pulls up to curb and leaves the car parked there so they can go inside to get their loved ones other people are waiting so there ride can pull up. Just a suggestion

Good senior living facility… staff nice and helpful… would be nice if they had working hand sanitizer stations since Covid is still here… and with new changes with management, cafeteria food and feeding the residents needs attention too…. But I would recommend this facility.

Waterford Estates is a wonderful Senior Living facility. We are impressed with the staff, the facility itself, and what it offers there. The staff is easy to work with. They are all so friendly and helpful. When we moved my sister into her apartment, there was a small table outside her door with a framed welcome sign. The food is good and there are many activities for the residents. I have yet to meet a resident who isn't happy. I highly recommend Waterford Estates!

A friendly placeto live and visit. Very. One suggestion however. Was very disappointed in the condition of the basement storage room key. It was grimy and dirty and tacky . Believe many germs are transmitted from it. Maybe it should be antibacterial wiped when returned. I used the B key. I don't know about the A key. I personally took it to my sisters room and washed it. FYI

Dining Room - Easter Box Supper Menu (printed) for 4/44/21 Egg Salad Sandwich, Chips, Fruit and Dessert. Resident received a sandwich and small can of soda. This is unsatisfactory. The Easter dinner of ham and sides was enjoyed. Activities - When you offer activities, have activities. Even if only a few show up have something to do for those who show up.

Recently I submitted a post regarding items that had been stolen from my God-mothers apartment while she was in transition and also items taken after she passed. I was very upset with the behavior that occurred on the premises. I now know that the individuals who removed those items were not employees of Waterford Estates, but on-site contract employees. I would like to take this time to apologize to Waterford. Jenna, the Executive Director, informed me through her investigation that she was able to retrieve all of the items stolen from the room for me. I am eternally grateful to Waterford and Jenna for their efforts. My family greatly appreciates your diligence and tenacity in recovering those items during this difficult time. Thanks again.

I like Waterford Estates, the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. I moved my brother in 8/21/17, no problems, he likes it. I have co-workers and friends who have relatives there and they love it.

I cant say enough positive things about Waterford. Every level employee from executive to staff go out of their way to create a comfortable, home-like atmosphere to make each resident feel at ease. An excellent resident-to-staff ratio, a wide variety of options for outings and group activities, healthy delicious meals and an individualized plan for each resident which can be adjusted as life circumstances change, are just a few of the things that attracted my brother and myself to select Waterford for our parents. The caregivers and nurses are attentive, compassionate and friendly. Just knowing that there is on-sight medical care has given us peace of mind that someone is always available to help if needed. Another plus is that physical and occupational therapy can be done without leaving the facility to help residents stay active and engaged. We would definitely recommend Waterford. 10 stars! Waterford Estates has proven to be a perfect fit for my sister-in-law. She has been on the memory floor for over eight months. The staff as well as the administration have been there to help her every step of the way. No matter the situation,the concern and care is always of primary importance to the staff.They give her comfort in that she feels they are her extended family.

We are Perfect Bath Solutions and we have worked together with Waterford Estates to make the bathtubs safe and easy to access. It is one of the many ways Waterford cares for their residents safety and independence. They have a truly caring staff that oversees day to day activities to keep everyone busy and active and happy. My father has been living in the Memory Care community, Reflections, for a year. The atmosphere of the facility is cheerful, decorated with bright colors and residents walk around freely within the secure premises. The knowledgeable staff recognizes the distinctive behaviors and personalities of all the residents. This recognition of each individuals needs has provided me the comfort to know that Dad is treated well and cared for. The staff provides my dad with structure, fun activities and choice. The staff provides me with guidance, updates on dads condition, laughter and hugs. Reflections highly trained personnel is our extended family. My Dad feels like he is at home and tells me frequently I like this place.

I feel so much relief knowing that there are caring people looking after my mom. She started out in independent living and now needs more help with daily tasks and they have been fabulous in accommodating her needs.
