I recently found myself in an unexpected and rather urgent situation in needing to find a living situation my father. The Bozeman Lodge has come to our rescue, going above and beyond in helping us secure a place quickly for my dad, that will be safe and exceptionally comfortable for him. The facility is beautiful, the people are lovely, and the array of activities and services are impressive. A special thank you to Andrew and Megan for all the time they have taken to make my father's transition as smooth as possible.

We've always enjoyed out visits with the employees and guests at Bozeman Lodge. They're warm, welcoming, delightful. And even though we don't live at Bozeman Lodge, we're made to feel at home.

Andrew Steighner was introduced to my daughter and me when we came in to Bozeman Lodge on a day we were just looking at places for my 86 year old Dad to relocate to from Portland OR. He showed us around and was very informative. We left with a folder with all the info we needed to send to my Dad. We had visited several places that day and Bozeman Lodge, Andrew was our first choice. We mailed info on several to my Dad. He chose Bozeman Lodge and wanted a move in date of November 1st, 2024 for independent living. To make a long story short…We needed to move him in sooner. Within a week we had my Dad in Bozeman and by the luck of the universe Andrew was able to help us get him in and settled. Andrew went above and beyond for our Dad and he is an amazing asset to Bozeman Lodge. Stress was relieved. Thank you Andrew, from the bottom of our hearts.

We attended the car show at the Bozeman lodge for the second time. It has been a good experience with good food , music and fun people. It's been well run, organized and the residents and participants swapping stories and knowledge. If you get a chance come by next year for a enjoyable couple of hrs. We will be there again with our 1949 red ford pickup.

My Mother has been in the Bozeman Lodge for almost two years. And in that two years, I have been nothing but impressed. From the moment I met Andrew and the staff I could tell that they truly cared about the people living there and that has shown through over and over. My situation allows me to visit my Mom at the Lodge 6-7 days a week, not occasionally like most children. So I have come to see the workings of the Lodge and the difficulties that arise in keeping a large number of Independent Minded elderly humans healthy, safe, organized, engaged, and happy. I have seen the issues in staffing (a common problem in the Bozeman job market). I have seen normal issues that happen to a building that caused disruptions for the residents. I have seen the staff have to navigate under corporate rules that do not always allow for local flexibility. And sadly I have seen staff treated poorly by children of residents who expect nursing home care at an assisted living facility. Through it all I have seen the Bozeman Lodge staff handle the issues with professionalism, flexibility, caring and empathy… going above and beyond their job descriptions. It is a tough situation in life for all involved and the Bozeman Lodge staff understands that and they do their Best. The Physical therapy and Occupational therapy offered on premises has been extremely helpful to my Mother and the people who provide it are amazing at what they do. The Nursing staff has been awesome with my Mother as well. They thoughtfully navigate the balance between her desire for no help at all from anybody with giving her the care she needs. I do not envy their job. When she does ask for help though, they are there as quick as possible. The nurses are also more than happy to stop in the hallway and give me an update on my Mom, Miss Lois. My Mother at 90 is not an easy human to deal with. "Spicy" is a nice way of describing her. Yet the staff always finds the goodness in her. They truly care about her and my Mother feels it. At her age, to feel valued means so very much. As my Mother moves towards hospice I am glad that she will end her life in a place where so many people care for and love her. There are many good things that Bozeman Lodge has to offer but from a son's perspective, what more could I ask for than my Mom being loved and cared for. Thank you Bozeman Lodge for making my Mom's last two years the best they could be in her situation. To Andrew and ALL the staff at Bozeman Lodge…From a Loving Son's heart…I appreciate all you do and how you do it…I am Grateful and I Thank you. Craig Swatland

I commend the professional and caring staff at The Bozeman Lodge! My mother-in-law has been in assisted living at The Lodge for a couple of years now and at 90 years young, faces her own unique challenges. I personally witness frequently the kindness and compassion of ALL the staff towards Lois. 'It takes a village', and I am grateful for All of YOU for All you do!!!!

Recently went to their BBQ celebration for the 4th of July. The Lodge always puts together a fun event with great food and music. I have enjoyed partnering with this team and supporting any events I can. I think you will find friendly, attentive and compassionate nurses and administration. They have the best food in the Valley and I look forward to their next event as well.

My mom's move in was seamless. Everyone at The Lodge we have met has been wonderful and so helpful. Special thanks to Hanna (med tech), Andrew (maintenance), Anna (PT) and Andrew (General Manager) for making her (and all of us - family) feel welcome from day one and answering our many requests. 🙂 I love to homey feel of The Lodge, the genuine caring, attitudes and kindness of all of the staff members we have met.

They were ready to do whatever was necessary to help our family get what we needed. Andrew was very informative during the tour process and brought up several options we hadn't even thought of. My 91 year old mother recently had a surgical procedure, and my family was unable to provide the necessary care for a few days after her release from the hospital. A hospital case worker mentioned that the Bozeman Lodge had a temporary respite care program. The respite care was just what we wanted. I found the service was quick and efficient, and all the staff have been excellent. I would recommend The Bozeman Lodge’s respite care to anyone in need of a temporary solution to a medical situation.

I was perhaps overly cautious at my first visit as looking for a care facility for my mom came with substantial expectations. From our first visit and tour with their General Manager, Andrew, my fears and suspicions were alleviated and I grew quite fond of the Bozeman Lodge. My siblings and I have been comparing assisted living sites in Illinois and in Bozeman, and in all honesty, Bozeman Lodge surpasses everything we looked into. The rooms are fantastic and the rates were upwards of $1000 less than all the places in Illinois that we looked at while providing many more features and amenities. Not only was I impressed by Andrew's kind demeanor and knowledge of the needs for adult care, but every encounter with staff there helped us to feel settled and confident. In the end, our decision was to keep our 90 year old mother in Wheaton because she has now put down roots there for over 70 years and it was too hard to give up what was so familiar. With other parents getting on in years, I expect to be revisiting Bozeman Lodge as my first choice in this area.

We were very recently faced with an emergent situation requiring the relocation of my wife's brother from Missoula to an assisted living arrangement here in Bozeman. Fortunately for our family, Andrew Steighner, the GM of Bozeman Lodge, did not hesitate to go above-and-beyond the call of duty to assist us in expediting this difficult and urgent situation, making thie corresponding transition process far less complicated than otherwise would have been expected. Andrew and his incredible staff members have been extremely cooperative, pleasant and professional; the rooms and facilities are quite spacious and attractive, and the food offered to residents seems top-notch, as well. Consequently, it came as no real surprise when we learned that Bozeman Lodge had been voted the area's best assisted living facility for 2023.

Camille was professional and helpful.She provided me with valuable information as I looked for a place for my in-laws. Not only did she give me a great tour of the Lodge but she gave me valuable tips and other senior resources that would be beneficial to them. Its a lovely, well maintained place with caring and accommodating staff.I also like its quite, residential location which helps it feel like a luxury home with all the amenities. Unfortunately my Mother in-Law passed away suddenly and was never able to move in.

Bozeman Lodge has been a great place for my mother. She absolutely loves her sunny apartment with an outdoor balcony! The staff interacts well with her teasing and continual requests of ice cream to go! The nurses are caring and really listen to concerns. I feel that they are an extended family.

We have had an absolute amazing experience working with Michael at Bozeman Lodge. Even with the COVID protocol, he sent us video and went above and beyond to make our tour inviting and comfortable, with this huge decision for my mother in law. I cant wait until she moves in and gets to enjoy all the amenities the Lodge has to offer. Rita Christensen and so many patient, friendly and respectful staff members have taken very good care of my father for years now. During this time of limited contact due to Covid-19 concerns, it is a relief to know my father is kept safe and well in the Lodges community setting. Its hard work and they offer it up with genuine kindness.

Our grandmother has been at Bozeman Lodge almost three months. She loves all of the activities. She attends church and bible study weekly. We love that there is a community puzzle anyone can work on. The staff goes above and beyond. She also scheduled weekly trips, that they take her to. We have had a few issues, mostly resolved. Meals are wonderful with a nice variety daily. Rita and her team do a wonderful job.
