After my husband had some health changes, my family and I toured The Fremont and absolutely loved the community. Billy greeted us and made us feel very welcome. The staff introduced themselves to us as we passed them on our tour and we never felt out of place. The community was clean, the staff were kind and the atmosphere was inviting. Thank you for your kindness. It warms our hearts that good places like this still exist for our seniors.

We moved our Mother to the Fremont Assisted Living in June 2026. This place is absolutely wonderful and the staff are top notch! Everyone has been very professional, friendly, kind and eager to help when needed! It is evident staff genuinely care about their residents. All staff (from the front desk, dining room, maintenence to Nursing) call residents by their first name. The food is also excellent and so are all of the dining room staff. A special thanks to Anthony & Sierra for giving us the initial tour and answering all of our questions, and to Cathy & Anita for always greeting our family with a warm smile when we walk through the door. Lastly, a huge thank you to Anthony Argenta, Wellness Director, for being on top of absolutely everything and the kindness and compassion he exhibits during each and every interaction with our family. Most importantly, our Mom loves being at the Fremont and has made many friends in the short time she's been there!

My sister has lived here for over a year. They treat her like family and take very good care of her. Anthony Argenta is The Director of Nursing. He is a true Servant Leader, and is professional, kind, and serious about quality patient care. He strives to hire only kind and professional staff. Amy, and LeighAnn are hard working, funny and help my sister every day. They go out of their way to see that she has what she needs. It’s a hard job , and they are consistently there for her. Her housekeeper always keeps her room and laundry spotless. Her chef James cooks her anything she wants. The dining Room is open 7 AM to 7 Pm, so people can go eat whenever they want to. It’s all about the residents. They don’t have to be on anyone’s else’s schedule with meals. I have never found this dining arrangement anywhere else in Springfield. There is a beauty shop and nice gym where she can go anytime. Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and even her Primary care providers come to see her there. The facility is small enough that it feels like a family more than an institution. My sister is happy and content there. She feels safe and secure. I am a retired Nurse Practitioner, so I do have high standards and expectations for quality patient care. Anthony and his staff always provide the best care I know of in Springfield, Mo. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility and the people who work here. When you have loved ones residing somewhere, you want to know they are being cared for, respected, and treated with genuine compassion. That peace of mind is priceless. I especially want to recognize Anthony Argenta. Anthony has been such a reassuring presence and has created an environment where I feel completely comfortable bringing forward questions, concerns, or anything that may be on my mind regarding my family. I can’t say enough great things about Fremont Senior Living. The nurses, CNAs, and support staff are incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive. They take the time to truly listen, learn personal routines, and go out of their way to bring joy to every day. You can tell this isn't just a job for them. I recently moved my mom into memory care at The Fremont. The transition, while challenging, was made better by the caring team. Morgan, the director of memory care, has been a dream. Incredibly kind and patient with me as I transition to this new role. Khloe and all the nurses have been kind and loving to my mom. She is very particular about her coffee order - and they never fail her. She is meeting people. She is safe. She is cared for in a way I never could have expected. The Director of Nursing, Anthony, and the medical team on-site have been able to help my mom be more mobile, more present, and happier than i have seen her in months. This disease is cruel. But the team at The Fremont have made the process manageable. Their kindness, caring, understanding, and expertise have made me feel so much better.

Our experience with Wyatt has been terrific. He's gone above and beyond staying after 6:00 p.m. to repair our garage door. Also fixed other items in our house. We are lucky to have him. He is a true maintenance man. Christina our RSD is very competent, pleasant, and helpful. Helps with computer questions. Very knowledgeable. Capri, our housekeeper is very helpful and pleasant. When she has time she does little extras when I ask her. When I broke my wrist she was extremely ac commodating. Always with a smile. Devon is an excellent cook. He always gives you adequate portions. Very pleasant. Honors our requests. Jessica is a very good cook and very pleasant. Gives adequate portions. Hannah is an excellent server. She is very efficient and pleasant. Gives you extras that you order but might forget. She always remembers. Lucky to have her. Kya is very pleasant, remembers our orders, is very kind and efficient. The Fremont Senior Living facility was home to my mother for three years. The staff there were always kind and supportive. The facility is clean and the food is always good. Between chef prepared meals that are available 7a-7p, the events and activities executed by our activities team and an integrated wellness team providing excellent care and management surrounding healthcare; this would be my only choice for me and or my loved ones when it comes to choosing senior living. I visited The Fremont Senior Living facility & had a great tour of the facilities & Brittany answered all my questions & provided floor plans of the different Villas & apartments. This transition in my life’s journey can be difficult but I don’t want to be a stubborn old’ person for my family & I want to have a say in where I want to live. The Fremont has been a great fit for my father, both as a rehabilitation facility, and as a long-term home for him. There are so many caring staff members and care team members who have become somewhat of an extended family for us. It's a small enough community that I'm able to check in on my father without having to let him know I'm keeping tabs on him! We really appreciate the care he receives and feel the value and professionalism displayed is among the top of other facilities in this industry.

I have been at The Fremont 2 1/2 years and don't know of any other place I would rather be. The caregivers are very d edicated, working extra hours to make up for the shortage of staff. There are lots of activities to choose from with the activities' directors going the extra mile to entertain us. My only complaint would be the food service which seems to be getting better as of late. I am still wishing for "donuts onTuesdays" that was discontinued because of "budget concerns" but seems like such a small thing that most of us could look forward to. The Fremont is a place where friends are made and caregivers feel like family. It is home for me--a place where I feel safe.

For several years after living as a widow in my three story house, I started looking for a place where I would be safe and not likely to fall. I just lived a few minutes away but wasn't aware of the The Fremont. Having a pedicure one day she mentioned that she had a client who lives here. I came directly across the street and signed up for a villa. I was in an apartment for six months and have been here since January. It is actually one of the smartest moves I have ever made. I think it was fate that brought me here. I would highly recommend this life to any senior. My relatives and my family are all happy to see me safely here, not sitting home alone, and very happy.

My Mother moved to the Fremont in June 2022. She enjoys her apartment and everyone who lives there. The staff is friendly, but there is a problem with the food service. When my Mother goes to the dining room, there is not enough help to wait on residents and they have always run out of items that are on the menu. This has been an ongoing problem since she moved in. We have complained about this to management, but nothing ever gets resolved. If she went to eat at 4pm, they might be able to accommodate her with all the choices on the menu. This is extremely upsetting to her, as well as, my sister and I. Living at the Fremont is not Inexpensive and for what she pays every month, she should be able to eat in the dining room anytime of the day and be able to be served items that are on the menu, instead of being told, sorry, we are out of that. It’s very disappointing, when my Mother tells us that maybe she should start cooking for herself again.

I have been in and out of this community and others for the last 6 months. I am honestly amazed at how caring the staff is and how well they pull together as a team at The Fremont. The Fremont’s Memory Care Cottage is wonderful! Nicole (Nicki) has gone above & beyond as Memory Care director! She has the residents involved and active during the day and her staff is always so caring and helpful! I like that they encourage my mom to take part in all the different activities and crafts they have planned. We transferred our mom from a different MC residence in Springfield and we are SO HAPPY with the switch!!

My mother has been here for 6 years, shortly after the facility opened. I can't say enough good things about this place. My mother can be difficult and everyone treats her with respect and helps her through her hard times. I recently had to put her in a rehab center in Springfield and realized then how great the Fremont is compared to other facilities. I can't give enough credit to Christy, Billy, Cindy and the nursing staff, DJ and all the other care partners, Fran, Marcia and the dining staff, Gaylen, and all the other that have helped my mother and made life easier for her and me!!!
