Who knew Springfield had resort style living?! From the building itself to the fine dining, this place is a 10/10. If you schedule a tour, you even get to try the food!! The Preston is like nothing else in the area, definitely worth going to see it in person.

Selena gave us a tour and the place is absolutely gorgeous! She was the absolute sweetest! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were happy to answer any questions I had! Definitely going to keep The Preston in mind when making my future decision!

We moved my grandfather in last fall. The facility is gorgeous, but it is really the staff that make The Preston home for him. They go out of their way to make sure he has everything he needs and that really puts my mind at ease. We love visiting him and interacting with the residents and staff. They are so welcoming and treat us all like family.

My husband and I moved in about three months ago and never want to leave. It is a beautiful property with so many great amenities. The Preston team members consistently go above and beyond. I highly recommend calling and setting up a tour because you won't believe how great it is until you see it!

The Preston is certainly a place that we can see ourselves living, sometime in the not so distant future! After touring the facilities, meeting many of the current residents, participating in some of the various activities and being able to enjoy the wonderful chef prepared meals in the dining room, we can appreciate the time, thought & hard work it took to bring this complex to fruition. The entire staff is so friendly & made us feel right at home during our visit. Thank you all so much! As a friend of ours used to say The Preston is "First Class!!"

We came here after selling our house as a short-term transitional solution. After only 1 month, we already feel right at home. The staff, facilities, residents and the chef prepared meals, make The Preston truly a one-of-a-kind living "experience". Although we do not fit the 55+ range, we are so glad to be here since The Preston was clearly designed with the full range of amenities no matter what phase of life you're in! Check it out for yourself, you will not leave disappointed!

The Preston is like a stationary cruise ship! There are lots of amenities and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. We were impressed with the bright, clean and inviting atmosphere. Top notch!

They have overlooked nothing at the Preston! From the fine dining, to the grand piano in the lobby, to the very unique way they collect your garbage without having to enter your apartment, everything is well thought-out and first class! Another thing that impressed me is that the owners of the property all live in Springfield. They created an impeccable place for their own parents to live. I'd give it more stars if I could!
